Information System for Monitoring High-Risk Pregnant Women 高危孕妇监测信息系统

Maternal mortality rates are still high in several areas, including Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Based on the data obtained from the Bantul District Health Office, from 2018 to 2019, 28 pregnant women died. Posyandu and Puskesmas cadres often encounter problems in collecting data on pregnant women because they still use manual methods. Manual records using books has disadvantages because sometimes pregnant women forget to bring their books. Therefore, an application for recording pregnancy history is needed to enable convenient monitoring by Posyandu cadres, Puskesmas, doctors, and hospitals in order that pregnant women patients can be handled properly in case of emergency. The application used by pregnant women is Mobile App-based, meanwhile, the Web-based Monitoring Information System is used by Posyandu cadres, Puskesmas, doctors, and hospitals. The application allows displaying the medical history and makes it easier for pregnant women to have counseling or examinations without meeting directly with the doctor. If there are any problems in the womb, the doctor will immediately provide a solution or recommendation. The results of the system testing with 15 respondents as users show that 52,1% strongly agree, 37,7% agree, and 10,2% neutral in response to the system interface. The implementation of the information system for monitoring high-risk pregnant women in the majority is accepted by all actors. Hence, it can be concluded that in an attempt to digitalize manual recording of pregnant women's examinations, this information system for monitoring high-risk pregnant women is reliable to be implemented.

Sentiment Analysis and Topic Modeling of Indonesian Public Conversation about COVID-19 Epidemics on Twitter 印尼公众对新冠肺炎疫情的情绪分析与话题建模

The World Health Organization (WHO) declared the COVID-19 outbreak has resulted in more than six million confirmed cases and more than 371,000 deaths globally on June 1, 2020. The incident sparked a flood of scientific research to help society deal with the virus, both inside and outside the medical domain. Research related to public health analysis and public conversations about the spread of COVID-19 on social media is one of the highlights of researchers in the world. People can analyze information from social media as supporting data about public health. Analyzing public conversations will help the relevant authorities understand public opinion and information gaps between them and the public, helping them develop appropriate emergency response strategies to address existing problems in the community during the pandemic and provide information on the population's emotions in different contexts. However, research related to the analysis of public health and public conversations was so far conducted only through supervised analysis of textual data. In this study, we aim to analyze specifically the sentiment and topic modeling of Indonesian public conversations about the COVID-19 on Twitter using the NLP technique. We applied some methods to analyze the sentiment to obtain the best classification method. In this study, the topic modeling was carried out unsupervised using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). The results of this study reveal that the most frequently discussed topic related to the COVID-19 pandemic is economic issues.

Song Recommendation Application Using Speech Emotion Recognition 基于语音情感识别的歌曲推荐应用

This research was conducted to facilitate the interaction between radio broadcasters and radio listeners during the song request process.  This research was triggered by the difficulty of the broadcasters in monitoring song requests from listeners. The system is made to accommodate all song requests by listeners. The application produced in this study uses speech emotion recognition technology based on a person's mood obtained from the spoken words.  This technology can change the voice into one of the mood categories: neutral, angry, sad, and afraid.  The k-Nearest Neighbor method is used to get recommendations for recommended song titles by looking for the closeness of the value between the listener's mood and the availability of song playlists. kNN is used because this method is suitable for user-based collaborative problems. kNN will recommend three songs which then be offered to listeners by broadcasters. Based on tests conducted to the broadcasters and radio listeners, this study has produced a song request application by recommending song titles according to the listener's mood,  the text message, the searching songs, and the song requests and the song details that have been requested. Functional test that has been carried out has received 100 because all test components have succeeded as expected.

Self-Evaluation of Jurnal Informatika Sunan Kalijaga (JISKa): Perspectives of Reviewers and Authors 期刊信息学(JISKa)的自我评价:审稿人与作者视角

The success of JISKa is inseparable from the role of reviewers and authors. Unfortunately, JISKa had never been assessed or evaluated by reviewers and authors despite the fact that assessment from the reviewers and authors would be valuable feedback for JISKa’s self-evaluation. Therefore, survey-based research has recently been conducted to assess JISKa’s performance using the User Acceptance Test of OJS version 2.4.8.0. This study used a survey method to obtain an assessment and evaluation from reviewers and authors related to JISKa.The respondents in this study consist of 68 authors and 26 reviewers. The result of this study stated that 91.2% of the authors and 84.6% of reviewers are satisfied with JISKa. A percentage number of 100% of writers and reviewers wants JISKa to raise its level of Sinta accreditation. This accreditation is awarded in 2018 and will end in 2023. JISKa is now on Sinta 4.The JISKa website appearance looks good and easy to use. The dashboard on the JISKa page is user-friendly for the author. However, the current version of JISKa OJS 2.4.8.0 needs to be upgraded to OJS version 3. There are some points for the future consideration of JISKa: JISKa needs to promote itself more, upgrade the OJS version, and provide the reviewers with certificates of appreciation for future consideration.

The Social Engagement to Agricultural Issues using Social Network Analysis 基于社会网络分析的农业问题社会参与

Twitter is one of the micro-blogging social media which emphasizes the speed of communication. In the 4.0 era, the government also promotes the distribution of information through social media to reach the community from various lines.  In previous research, Social Network Analysis was used to see the relationship between actors in a work environment, or as a basis for identifying the application of technology adoption in decision making, whereas no one has used SNA to see trends in people's response to agricultural information. This study aims to see the extent to which information about agriculture reaches the community, as well as to see the community's response to take part in agricultural development.  This article also shows the actors who took part in disseminating information. Data was taken on November 13 to 20, 2020 from the Drone Emprit Academic, and was taken limited to 3000 nodes. Then, the measurements of the SNA are represented on the values of Degree Centrality, Betweenness Centrality, Closeness Centrality, and Eigenvector Centrality. @AdrianiLaksmi has the highest value in Eigenvector Centrality and Degree Centrality, he has the greatest role in disseminating information and has many followers among other accounts that spread the same information. While the @RamliRizal account ranks the highest in Betweenness Centrality, who has the most frequently referred information, and the highest Closeness Centrality is owned by the @baigmac account because of the fastest to re-tweet the first information.

Online Public Access Catalogue: Factors Affecting Use E-Catalog 网上公共目录:影响电子目录使用的因素

Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) is one of the e-catalog information technologies applied in libraries. OPAC is a library information retrieval system that can be accessed online. State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta has been using OPAC since 2012 and OPAC users are increasing from year to year. An information system will be used by users if it suits their needs. The successful implementation of OPAC raises questions about the factors that influence this success. For this reason, this study aims to determine the factors that influence users to use OPAC. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a multivariate statistical technique which is a combination of factor analysis and regression analysis (correlation) which aims to examine the relationships between variables in a model. Processing using SEM will be carried out to find the relationship between the variables to be tested, which variables are interconnected, and are there any unrelated variables. The results of processing the variables using SEM can show what variables attract users to use the e-catalog. Acceptance of information systems can be measured by several evaluation models that have been developed at this time. There are many evaluation models used to measure. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is the appropriate model to use for this study, because this study is about the acceptance of a system. In addition, several previous studies used by researchers as references also used TAM as their study method to assess user acceptance of a system. This study modifies TAM, which is used to determine user acceptance of an information system, by adding three exogenous variables, information quality, perceived enjoyment, and user interface. Results of this study proved that information quality, user interface, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intention to use, are all factors that influence the actual use of OPAC. Perceived enjoyment is a variable that cannot be proved affects the actual use of OPAC.

An information system will be used by users if it suits their needs. The successful implementation of OPAC raises questions about the factors that influence this success. For this reason, this study aims to determine the factors that influence users to use OPAC. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a multivariate statistical technique which is a combination of factor analysis and regression analysis (correlation) which aims to examine the relationships between variables in a model. Processing using SEM will be carried out to find the relationship between the variables to be tested, which variables are interconnected, and are there any unrelated variables. The results of processing the variables using SEM can show what variables attract users to use the e-catalog. Acceptance of information systems can be measured by several evaluation models that have been developed at this time. There are many evaluation models used to measure. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is the appropriate model to use for this study, because this study is about the acceptance of a system. In addition, several previous studies used by researchers as references also used TAM as their study method to assess user acceptance of a system. This study modifies TAM, which is used to determine user acceptance of an information system, by adding three exogenous variables, information quality, perceived enjoyment, and user interface. Results of this study proved that information quality, user interface, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intention to use, are all factors that influence the actual use of OPAC. Integer Representation of Floating-Point Manipulation with Float Twice 浮点操作的整数表示

In the programming world, understanding floating point is not easy, especially if there are floating point and bit-level interactions. Although there are currently many libraries to simplify the computation process, still many programmers today who do not really understand how the floating point manipulation process. Therefore, this paper aims to provide insight into how to manipulate IEEE-754 32-bit floating point with different representation of results, which are integers and code rules of float twice.  The method used is a literature review, adopting a float-twice prototype using C programming. The results of this study are applications that can be used to represent integers of floating-point manipulation by adopting a float-twice prototype. Using the application programmers make it easy for programmers to determine the type of program data to be developed, especially those running on 32 bits floating point (Single Precision).

Evaluation of e-Government Service Quality Using e-GovQual Dimensions Case Study Regional Office Ministry of Law and Human Rights DIY 利用电子政务质量维度评估电子政务服务质量——法律和人权部地区办事处案例研究

Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights DIY organizes a variety of public services using information technology, including correctional services, immigration services, general legal administration services, intellectual property services, communication services, data and information services, and other administrative services. None of these services can be separated from the role of information technology to provide services that are fast, cheap, effective and reliable to the public. This study was conducted to assess the quality Ministry of Law and Human Rights DIY e-Government service using e-GovQual dimensional framework as a best practice. This study includes quantitative research involving a number of respondents for the survey. Research questions are based on the dimensions of e-Govqual and represent the attributes of each dimension of e-GovQual to assess the quality of Ministry of Law and Human Rights DIY e-Government service. The question must pass the validation test using Cronbach’s α. The processing of data using confirmatory factor analysis to obtain the main factors that affect each of the dimensions of e-GovQual. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method helps e-GovQual to measure the level of importance and level of performance of each e-GovQual attribute by classifying it in the Cartesian quadrants, which can help ensure the quality of e-Government services according to the needs and expectations of citizens as service user. Values in IPA (concentrating here, keeping up the good work, low priority, and possible overkill) will be the value of quality e-Government services. The results of this study are expected to give priority as a recommendation for Information and Communication Technology to the development of e-Government services in order to improve service quality.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE WEIGHTED AGGREGATED SUM PRODUCT ASSESMENT METHOD IN DETERMINING THE BEST RICE FOR SERABI CAKE MAKING 运用加权总和产品评价法确定沙拉米糕的最佳原料

This study explains the implementation using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment method in determining the best rice to be used for making Serabi cakes, the case was taken from a Serabi cake seller in Tegal City, Central Java with the aim of providing knowledge to Serabi cake traders to be more detailed in determining the rice that is used. suitable for use in making Serabi not just rice is cheap, but it is necessary to see the shape and characteristics of the whole rice. The steps taken to determine the best rice which will then be used as the basis for making Serabi cakes using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment method are: (1) Prepare a matrix in which is the value of each set of criteria, (2) Normalize matrix data x becomes normalized data, (3) Calculates alternative values using Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment formula so that the ranking value is found. After these steps are carried out, in this study the best rice that is right to be used as a material for making Serabi is Pelita rice with a yield of 7.12 by occupying the first rank.

Nonlinear Controller Design via Inferenced-Augmentation of Equivalent Linearized System 等效线性系统的推理增广非线性控制器设计

Output compensation of nonlinear system response is studied in this work with an inference-based design method used to control the nonlinear dynamics in the presence of non-linear effects. This design which is driven by practical considerations is informed by the comparisons made between nonlinear models and their linearized derivatives. While a detailed mathematical route has not been followed here, the results seem to show the workability of the proposed method and at its core, the design is driven by its intuitiveness. The proposed technique utilizes as primary parameter for comparison, the steady state error term which is derived from the behavior of the linear dynamics. Possible application areas for this design is in reduced energy control of nonlinear systems. The method was tested in simulation on a generic nonlinear system and a cart-driven inverted pendulum benchmark system.
