Abstract Today the capital market is one of the instruments that plays an important role in the economy of developed and developing countries. For developing countries like Indonesia, the capital market is an economic potential that is able to offer solutions to capital problems that are often faced in the context of national development. Especially when efforts to obtain additional capital through loans are felt to be increasingly unprofitable. Likewise with the Islamic capital market, although it is still new when compared to other Islamic financial instruments, the development of the Islamic capital market in Indonesia is considered quite good. One of the sharia financial instruments that is an important financing for the state budget is sukuk. At home, sukuk are growing quite rapidly although the proportion is still relatively small compared to conventional markets. This will be able to support the development of the Islamic capital market in Indonesia, especially if it is able to capture the opportunities that exist. One such opportunity is waqf assets which are widely available in various regions in Indonesia and many are still not being worked productively. Dual integration between sukuk and waqf in Al Intifa‘a Sukuk is expected to be able to create a financial instrument that can boost economic development and alternatives for poverty alleviation efforts in Indonesia. Demikian halnya dengan pasar modal syariah, walaupun masih baru jika dibandingkan dengan instrumen keuangan syariah yang lain, tapi perkembangan pasar modal syariah di Indonesia dinilai cukup baik, Salah satu instrumen keuangan syariah yang menjadi pembiayaan penting bagi anggaran negara adalah sukuk. Di dalam negeri sendiri, sukuk tumbuh cukup pesat walaupun proporsinya masih relatih kecil dibandingkan dengan pasar konvensional. Hal ini akan mampu menunjang perkembangan pasar modal syariah di Indonesia, apalagi jika mampu menangkap peluang yang ada. Salah satu peluang tersebut adalah aset wakaf yang banyak terdapat di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia dan masih banyak yang belum tergarap secara produktif. Abstract Gojek is a company that offers taxi transportation services that are integrated with technology, using the motorcycle taxi booking application. However, the problem now is the large number of motorcycle taxi driver, causing intense competition, not only in one company but in other transportation companies. There is a rates war (promotion) given by other companies that causes the entry and exit of the driver's and causes some rogue drivers to play two legs. Uncontrolled driver, such as: driver use vehicles that are incompatible with those recorded in the application. And not provided a place to "waiting in passanger" the driver's which causes irregularity of the driver's so that it fills part of the shoulder of the road, the sidewalk that causes congestion. The sample in this study was 200 respondents. The technique uses purposive sampling or sampling based on criteria. The analytical method used is SEM analysis with 7 criteria using the Amos 21 application. From the results of the study, the authors conclude that, 1) Marketing Relations have a positive and significant effect on Driver Loyalty 2) Service quality there is a significant positive effect on driver loyalty. 3) The marketing relationship has a significant positive effect on driver satisfaction 4) service quality has a significant positive effect on driver loyalty 5) driver satisfaction has a significant positive effect on driver loyalty. 6) Relationship Marketing influences Driver Loyalty with Driver Satisfaction as an intervening variable 7) Service quality affects the loyalty of the driver's with driver satisfaction as an intervening variable. Tidak terkontrolnya mitra pengemudi, seperti: mitra pengemudi memakai kendaraan yang tidak sesuai dengan yang terdata di aplikasi. Dan tidak disediakannya tempat “mangkal” mitra pengemudi yang menimbulkan tidak beraturannya para mitra pengemudi sehingga memenuhi sebagian bahu jalan, trotoar yang menyebabkan kemacetan. Infrastructure development in Indonesia has been going on for a long time and the investment has been very large. Infrastructure is an infrastructure. The availability of infrastructure is an important matter in the framework of economic developments in a region in accelerating the economic development process. Economic growth is an increase in the capacity of a long-term nation to produce various goods and services. The data used are panel data with a period from 2010 to 2014 for 17 regencies / cities in South Sumatra. To find results that are BLUE (Based Linear Unbiased Estimator), a panel test such as the Chow test and Hausman Test is conducted to complete the data with the characteristics as above. Than, tested classical assumptions such as normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. From the chow test and the best hausman test model in this study is the fixed effect model. While the results of the classic assumption test, f test t test, R2 test are from the four independent variables that have a significant effect on economic growth

This study aims to analyze the effect of the distribution funds of Zakat Infaq Shadaqah (ZIS), social assistance expenditure and subsidy expenditure on poverty in Indonesia 2013-2017 period. The sample from this study consisted of ZIS data obtained at the National Alms Agency (known as BAZNAS). Then social assistance expenditure and subsidy expenditure and the latest poverty data obtained at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). In this research, the method used multiple linear regression analysis by testing classical assumptions. The results of this study are according to the results of the F test that the three independent variables (ZIS, social assistance expenditure and subsidy expenditure) have a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable (poverty) by having a significance value of 0,000, which means less than 0.05.Furthermore, it is supported by the results of the T-test that the three independent variables partially have a significant effect on the dependent variable, with a significance value in the ZIS variable was 0,000. Then, social assistance expenditure was 0.025. The last, subsidy expenditure was 0,000. It means lower than 0.05

The results of this study are according to the results of the F test that the three independent variables (ZIS, social assistance expenditure and subsidy expenditure) have a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable (poverty) by having a significance value of 0,000, which means less than 0.05.Furthermore, it is supported by the results of the T-test that the three independent variables partially have a significant effect on the dependent variable, with a significance value in the ZIS variable was 0,000. The ideal goal of interactions that an ethnic group performs within itself or with other ethnic groups entails more than mere actualization of values; good and bad, proper and improper, right and wrong. The diverse ethnic groups living together in the Northern Coast of West Kalimantan which covers: Bengkayang Regency coasts, Singkawang City, and Sambas Regency have revealed at least three dominant local ethnic groups, i.e. Dayak, Malay, and Chinese. The dynamics of economic relation between Malay and Chinese people in the Northern Coast of West Kalimantan, from Functional Structural perspective and regarding Malay economic actors in Sambas Regency and Chinese economic actors in Singkawang City both were based on ethnic dominance—was deliberately created as an effort to strengthen system stability or status quo for the interest of the dominant group. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dengan pendekatan strategis mengenai prospek pengembangan bisnis di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini yaitu Literature review papers (LRPs) dengan pendekatan empiris yang berarti sintesis dari yang sudah diketahui dalam hal ini data sekunder dari bisnis syariah di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kajian strategis pada penelitian ini tentunya menjawab beberapa hal yaitu dari aspek formulasi strategi untuk mengembangkan sektor bisnis syariah dengan cara perencanaannya tentu harus mengikuti ketentuan umum, namun tidak meninggalkan prinsip syariah dengan menyediakan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dengan jujur, adil, ihsan dan amanah. Pada implementasi strategi harus bersinergi dengan formulasi yang disusun dengan sinergi pemerintah dan lembaga terkait agar geliat bisnis syariah terus mampu didorong untuk berkembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of success of the implementation of social entrepreneurship-based community empowerment programs in the training of business management of coffee skin brownies in Soppeng City, South Sulawesi. The population of this study was all people who participated in entrepreneurship training in the community empowerment program as many as 285 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument that was processed and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the level of success of the implementation of social entrepreneurship training-based empowerment programs in Soppeng City was highly measured by indicators: (1) increased knowledge and skills of the community in managing coffee skin into brownies, preparing business/business plans, and making simple books; (2) increasing community participation in training programs; and (3) increasing interest in the community in developing social-based creative entrepreneurship

In the millenial era, coincided with the Millennial Road Safety Festival that took place in Ampera bridge of Palembang and attended by the Presiden of Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, a new entry in the Indonesian Record Museum (MURI) is made. The new entrydocumented the longest jumputan cloth in Indonesia that is 1,117 meter long and consisting of 500 designs. In comparison, there is also Songket in Palembang that have been famous since a long time and became the icon of the city that is put on with a sense of pride by its people,but less marketable. The potential and buying power of the public for Palembang songket tend to declinedue to its high price, so that only the upper middle class society who have the capacity to buy this traditional cloth. In addition, songket is used only on formal occasions, thus the lower mid-level people have less purpose to own it. As an alternative of formal attire, Palembangnese uses jumputan that is available in variety of design and less expensive. Its more affordable price make it more popular for the lower mid-level public to buy. Abstract Factors that influence the consumption pattern of the poor in Islamic perspective have been analyzed in depth in this study. Inventory variables refer to the concept; Al-Ghazali which consists of aql, qalb and nafs. These three variables & nbsp; asymmetrically affect the tendency of consumption patterns. & nbsp; This study uses an explanatory survey method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The population of 68 people who are recipients of zakat distributed by the Zakat Agency Bandung City. The data that has been collected is then analyzed by multiple regression. The results of the study show that consumption patterns & nbsp; poor people in Indonesia (Bandung City, West Java) are influenced by Aql, Qalb and Nafs. These three factors significantly and positively affect consumption patterns of the poor in the city of Bandung. This finding implies that the consumption of society should be Simple behavior. Abstract The growth of sharia financial institutions in Indonesia has experienced excellent growth, and has contributed to the development of the country. The existence of sharia financial institutions is increasingly in demand and many investors to develop sharia financial institutions. Without exception, sharia micro financial institutions consisting of BPRS and BMT. The account of BMT and BPRS continues to grow and experience growth, requiring governance in line with its character. This paper is qualitative, and uses descriptive qualitative analysis method, by describing the growth of sharia micro financial institution that is BPRS and BMT. Then describes the existing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) with BPRS and BMT. The results of this paper indicate that BPRS experienced good growth. Third Party Funds grew by 19.144% and financing grew by 14.862%, while the number of offices decreased by 0.222%. The BMT experienced 72.418 percent of receivables growth, 52.885 percent financing, and assets and placements grew below 40 percent. The concept of GCG with the five principles of Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Professional, and Fairness, fits perfectly with BPRS and BMT. It's just that it has different characters so it needs to be added the principle of partnership / friendship. Hasil dalam tulisan ini menujukkan bahwa BPRS mengalami pertumbuhan yang baik Dana Pihak ketiga tumbuh sebesar 19,144 persen dan pembiayaan tumbuh sebesar 14,862 persen, sedangkan jumlah kantor mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,222 persen. Adapun BMT mengalami pertumbuhan piutang sebesar 72,418 persen, pembiayaan 52,885 persen, dan aset serta penempatan tumbuh dibawah 40 persen. Konsep GCG dengan lima prinsip Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Tanggungjawab, Profesional, dan Kewajaran, sangat cocok dengan BPRS dan BMT. Hanya saja memiliki karakter yang berbeda sehingga perlu ditambah prinsip kemitraan/silaturahim dalam kegiatannya.
