Defining ICT in a Boundaryless World : The Development of a Working Hierarchy 在无边界世界中定义ICT:工作层级的发展

Subsequent to rapid information and communication technology development, the scope of the definition of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT or ICTs) has been utilized within diverse contexts including economic development, education, IT, business and personal usage. A review of academic literature, trade publications and general information was undertaken to establish a hierarchy of applications for the term ICT or ICTs.

A DESIGN SCIENCE APPROACH TO DEVELOP A NEW COMPREHENSIVE SOA GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK 一种用于开发新的全面soa治理框架的设计科学方法

SOA governance has a critical role in achieving success and realizing the benefits of SOA. Without effective SOA governance, organizations will experience some significant challenges including difficulties in designing effective decision structures and managing services. To address SOA challenges, organizations require a comprehensive SOA governance framework to implement management and control mechanisms. Study of existing frameworks reveals that these frameworks are not expressive enough to cover all elements of SOA governance and also, they do not completely document underpinning structures such as processes, procedures, responsibilities and measurement metrics. In this paper, we propose a new SOA governance framework that is more comprehensive and expressive than its counterparts. In the process of developing the framework, a set of important elements for a desired SOA governance framework is proposed. Based on these elements, a new SOA governance framework is developed. The proposed framework is obtained by extending characteristics of COBIT and applying ITIL service lifecycle activities to support the SOA governance principles and requirements. It is a perceptible framework that clarifies all processes, activities, metrics and other related elements in a logical structure. Also, to simplify the application of the framework, an implementation process is proposed.

ETC ASSISTED TRAFFIC LIGHT CONTROL SCHEME FOR REDUCING VEHICLES ' CO 2 EMISSIONS 等辅助交通灯管制计划,以减少车辆的二氧化碳排放量

This paper presents a vehicle’s CO 2 emission reduction scheme by an ETC-assisted real-time traffic light control scheme in vehicular networks. Using Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) devices, real-time road conditions can be obtained by wireless communication between the ETC devices and the traffic lights. A decision tree classification algorithm is used to assign the changing policy for the traffic lights, and then the optimal average waiting time can be calculated. Less waiting time will result in less fuel consumption and fewer CO 2 emissions. Compared with the most widely used fixed time control, the ETC-assisted realtime traffic light control scheme has much better performances in reducing the average waiting time, improving non-stop passing rate, and reducing CO 2 emission.

Today, mobile devices are widely used by many tourists. They can use mobile for accessing information about all sightseeing around the world. On the other hand, it seems essential to personalize the content due to diversity of learners and variation of the tools they use. On the whole, the goal for personalization is to suggest a collection of comprehensive activities, taking into consideration factors such as location, user preferences and interests and so on. One of the applications of recommender systems is in tourism industry. Mobile devices can be used in sites such as museums. Demands of different people such as students, tourists and ordinary people can be met in spite of their diverse features and preferences. The purpose of this paper is to give a model which is able to recommend new locations to visitors in a museum while the visitor is given essential information about the certain features of the suggested site.

GIS Driven Urban Traffic Analysis Based on Ontology 基于本体的GIS驱动城市交通分析

Geographic Information System (GIS) is designed to work with data referenced by spatial coordinates. The traffic is growing at a very high pace. Since there is a limit to geographical access, the growing vehicle volume has become difficult to control. GIS is the best way to manage traffic in a particular location. However, most traffic systems cannot share and exchange data with GIS because of incompatible spatial data format and the lack of unified data format definition. The proposed system concentrates on creating the ontology and carrying out the annotations. It will perform traffic analysis and highlight the different traffic zones. It will also suggest alternate path so that users can be diverted to different routes. The system will also divert traffic if the road is blocked. Notification about traffic diversion will be made using SMS gateway.

Development of Intelligence Process Tracking System for Job Seekers 求职智能流程跟踪系统的开发

At the present time to getting a good job is very intricate task for any job seekers. The same problem also a company can face to acquire intelligent and qualified employees. Therefore, to minimize the problem, there are many management systems were applied and out of them, computer based management system is one of an appropriate elucidation for this problem. In the computer management system, software are made for jobseekers to find their suitable companies and as well as made for companies for finding their suitable employees. However, the available software in the market are not intelligent based, and to make privacy, security and robustness, the software should made with the application of expert system. In this proposed study, an attempt has been made for finding the solution for job seekers and the companies with the application of expert systems.

A Survey On: Content Based Image Retrieval Systems Using Clustering Techniques For Large Data sets 基于大数据集聚类技术的基于内容的图像检索系统综述

Content-based image retrieval (CBIR) is a new but widely adopted method for finding images from vast and unannotated image databases. As the network and development of multimedia technologies are becoming more popular, users are not satisfied with the traditional information retrieval techniques. So nowadays the content based image retrieval (CBIR) are becoming a source of exact and fast retrieval. In recent years, a variety of techniques have been developed to improve the performance of CBIR. Data clustering is an unsupervised method for extraction hidden pattern from huge data sets. With large data sets, there is possibility of high dimensionality. Having both accuracy and efficiency for high dimensional data sets with enormous number of samples is a challenging arena. In this paper the clustering techniques are discussed and analysed. Also, we propose a method HDK that uses more than one clustering technique to improve the performance of CBIR.This method makes use of hierachical and divide and conquer KMeans clustering technique with equivalency and compatible relation concepts to improve the performance of the K-Means for using in high dimensional datasets. It also introduced the feature like color, texture and shape for accurate and effective retrieval system.

Knowledge Sharing in Workplace: Motivators and Demotivators 工作场所的知识共享:激励因素与抑制因素

This paper gives an overview of knowledge sharing in workplace. Based on the review of critical literatures by the authors, they infer that knowledge sharing in workplace can be influenced by motivators and demotivators. Activities of knowledge sharing in organizations may be on organization level or individual level. Knowledge sharing of both levels is critical to the success or failure of knowledge management inside and outside of organizations. Age, culture, and industry were all found to affect knowledge sharing among workers. A common stereotype is that older workers hoard knowledge because they are more insecure and feel threatened by younger workers. Since older workers have more valuable knowledge, younger workers needed to entice their older colleagues to share their valuable knowledge with them. The paper focus on motivators and demotivators to sharing Knowledge in workplace. Theories and research pertaining to why workers share knowledge are reviewed. While all industry need knowledge and innovation, it is also true that the pace of change and the need to innovate differs from industry to industry. Technology was acknowledged to have a high important role in increasing productivity of knowledge sharing. Human Resource Management - Emotional Intelligence: Communication Effectiveness mediates the Relationship between Stress Management and Job Satisfaction 人力资源管理-情商:沟通有效性在压力管理与工作满意度之间的中介作用

Stress management remains a key topic of concern among managers and employees worldwide. The most significant contribution of this research is the discovery the stress management related to communication effectiveness, and on the other hand, communication effectiveness related to job satisfaction within organizations of Iran. Communication effectiveness is a crucial factor for organization's performance and growth and plays an important role in stress management, and job satisfaction of today’s competitive organizations. According to literature on business area and logical arguments we proposed that communication effectiveness can moderators the link between stress management with job satisfaction. The respondents consist of 133 form educational administrations and Agriculture Bank of Iran. The method that used to maintain the stress management, communication effectiveness and job satisfaction is Kendall’s coefficient of concordance. Results indicate stress management of emotional intelligence has a positive relationship with communication effectiveness and also communication effectiveness plays a key role in job satisfaction.

RESISTANCE TO MOBILE BANKING ADOPTION IN EGYPT : A CULTURAL PERSPECTIVE 埃及对移动银行采用的抵制:文化视角

Mobile banking (m-banking) faces various types of resistance that may hinder customers’ adoption in Egypt. This study identifies three groups of m-banking non-adopters, namely postponers, opponents and rejectors. The objective of the study is to explore the reasons for resisting m-banking services in Egypt and whether it differs with regards to these customer groups. Accordingly, a questionnaire was distributed, Chi square tests, Kruskal-Wallis H tests and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test. Frequencies and cross tabulations were used. The results indicate that the three non-adopter groups differ significantly with respect to usage, value, and image barriers. On the other hand, risk and tradition barriers did not show any statistical significance; however, risk barrier received the highest overall mean. Significant relations between usage, risk and image barriers with the gender and level of education were noted. Finally, findings enabled a clear mapping between Hofstede’s cultural dimensions and the study’s results.
