Investigation of Exhaust Emissions Combustion Characteristics in Single Spark Ignition-Engine Matic with Butanol-Gasoline Mixture 丁醇-汽油混合气单火花点火发动机废气排放燃烧特性研究

Butanol as a fuel has a high oxygen content, so the combustion process will be more friendly to the environment. In this study, butanol will be mixed with RON-90 gasoline with a capacity of 5% (B5); 7%(B7); 10%(B10); 12%(B12); 15%(B15) and 18%(B18). The engine used is an automatic transmission with a capacity of 109.5cc with a compression ratio of 9.5:1. The test equipment for engine performance and exhaust emissions is the 50L BRT Super-Dyno and EPSG4 Gas Analyzer. The results showed that using B18 fuel for CO exhaust emissions decreased by 44% at an engine speed of 6000rpm. CO2 exhaust emissions have decreased by 47% at 8000rpm engine speed. HC exhaust emissions have decreased by 28% at 9000rpm engine speed. In contrast to NOx emissions, which increased by 22% at 9000rpm engine speed, this was due to the increasing temperature in the combustion chamber.

Optimalisasi Labview Sebagai Kendali dan Monitoring Arus Tegangan pada Modul Solar Cell Menggunakan Jaringan Lokal 利用当地网络控制和监测太阳能电池模块的电压电流

Renewable energy sources in Indonesia have been widely used, one of which is solar energy, for various needs, one of which is for solar power generation by using solar cells as the medium. In generating electricity, solar cells are very dependent on the intensity of the sun so as to produce currents and voltages that are not constant. Because of this, a monitoring system was created to monitor the current and voltage in a solar cell module to determine current and voltage conditions. In this study, the monitoring system used wireless data transmission via the XBee S2C module installed on the Arduino Mega 2560 and Arduino UNO. The INA 219 sensor is mounted on a solar cell module along with a relay module connected to the Arduino Mega 2560 and the XBee S2C module. The test results show that wireless data transmission cannot be used indoors at a distance of more than 20 meters. The INA 219 sensor as a reader for DC current and voltage parameters has an error rate of 0.49% to 0.75% for voltage and for DC current readings it has an error rate of 1.85%. The results of current and voltage readings are displayed on a LabVIEW interface in real-time and can be accessed via a web browser using a local network. Relay control carried out through LabVIEW has a delay time of 6.08 seconds. Logging data can be stored in .xls files and data displayed on a web browser has a delay of one to two seconds.

Lighting is one of the most important requirements of a building. This is because inadequate lighting of a space can affect the health and comfort of activities in that space. In addition to less important lighting, room temperature adjustments, room temperature adjustments have a significant impact on comfort during activities in the room. This magazine describes the lighting and room temperature control design of the CilacapState Polytechnic Welder Shop. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This method calculates the required lighting and room temperature control and compares it with the standards. 2 rooms increase the number of light points and 3 rooms change the type of lamp with a higher lumen. There are 8 rooms that are recommended to use air conditioners with SNI 91714189. According to the SNI, the number of air conditioners and the capacity of air conditioners adjusts to the size of the room.

Perhitungan Pengendalian Persediaan Fast Moving Spare Part Dengan Metode Min-Max Stock 最小-最大库存法计算快速移动备件供应控制

Maintenance is an effort to maintain a heavy equipment unit to keep it in good condition. One of the techniques to maintain unit performance is by carrying out maintenance management which is a combination of various activities such as monitoring, scheduling, repairing, and inventory control. One part of maintenance management is inventory management which aims to ensure the availability of spare parts in the warehouse so that it can increase the efficiency of maintenance time. The purpose of this study is to calculate the supply of fast-moving spare parts, especially oil filters and diesel filters using the Min-Max Stock method at PT Armada Hada Graha Basecamp Kelontong. The research used a comparative quantitative method utilizing spare parts usage data from January to March 2022 and inventory stock data on March 2022. From the calculation results it can be concluded that the percentage of filter inventory between the minimum and maximum stock values ​​is 7%. It happens due to several factors, namely, materials, methods, machines, and the environment.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Pengisian Otomatis Merica Bubuk Berbasis Kontroler Arduino Nano 设计一种基于纳米控制的胡椒粉自动充电系统

Pepper powder is currently widely marketed in packaged form. The process of packing pepper manually has several drawbacks. In addition to the speed of the packaging process, there is also the problem of weighing the packaging accurately. This study aims to design and build a tool for automatically filling pepper powder into bottles based on Arduino Nano. Conveyors are used to place bottles precisely at the filling position. The process of filling the powdered pepper automatically starts after the bottle is detected by the photoelectric sensor. A Screw is used to put the ground pepper into the bottle, while the load cell sensor is used to measure the weight of the powdered pepper filling. The performance of this filling system shows that the average duration of filling time is 0.97 seconds per gram, while the accuracy of reading the weight of filling pepper powder has an error rate of 2.78%. Information during the filling process, which includes the weight of the powder that has entered the bottle, the amount of production, and information on the remaining ingredients available in the hopper, can be properly monitored through the HMI display.

Metode Economic Order Quantity dalam Sistem Manajemen Stok Bandar Barang Bekas (SiBandar) 自由库存管理系统中的经济订单量方法(SiBandar)

Junk goods are no longer piles of worthless goods for businessmen who are keen to see the economic value by taking this opportunity by becoming a pelapak company to buy and sell junk goods purchased from collectors to be sold to buyers. The problems found with Pelapak include the manual recording of sales administration which has the potential to cause recording errors. Pelapak does not know for sure the stock of junk they own and those owned by collectors because the locations of the collectors are far apart. Orders of junk goods between pelapak and collectors are still via telephone so pelapak does not know which collectors are in the process of sending goods. Problems also occur on the part of collectors including unprofessional sales transactions. Based on these problems, a used goods stock management system is needed using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The purpose of this study is to build a used goods stock management information system that can monitor the availability of used goods owned by collectors and pelapak. System development uses the prototype method and designs with concepts. The results of the research are that the system created can help find out the stock and the amount in each collector, recap sales reports, provide accurate information, facilitate business transactions and fulfill sales targets to buyers.

The analysis of public opinions from Indonesian netizens regarding the potential presidential candidates for Indonesia in 2024 on Twitter is challenging. Human-based classification of the candidates on Twitter has limitations as it requires expertise and a considerable amount of time to process the data. Therefore, a system that provides realtime visualization of public opinion classification is necessary. Previous research only focused on model evaluation, while this study aims to implement the best model on a website. The objective of this research is to develop a system for monitoring the Twitter-based public opinion classification of the potential presidential candidates for Indonesia in 2024 within specific time frames. The training process utilizes the LSTM method, resulting in a model with an accuracy of 76%. Parameters such as batch size, dropout, and learning rate were tested. The data used in this study was obtained by crawling Twitter using the keywords Ganjar Pranowo, Anies Baswedan, and Prabowo Subianto. The LSTM model was then implemented in a website-based system that generates a dashboard with features such as a color-coded map displaying the highest levels of positive sentiment for each candidate in each province, the overall classification count for each candidate, and filters for sentiment classification based on province and specific time frames.

Analisis Kekuatan Tarik dan Regangan Filamen Carbon Fiber Hasil 3D Print dengan Variasi Fill Density

Mechanical properties problems that are closely related to the strength of 3D printed products generally occur during the development of 3D printing machines, In which several components used are the results of additive manufacturing technology. The damages generally occur in the components that receive force and the damage is in the form of cracks and fractures. The focus of this study is to determine the effects of increasing the value of fill density on mechanical properties, especially tensile strength and strain with carbon fiber filament material. This study used an experimental method using two types of filament material: nylon carbon fiber and PLA carbon fiber with a diameter of 1.75 mm for each filament and a recommended printing temperature of 190-260°C. Both types of filaments were printed using a direct extruder type 3D printing machine with a build size of 180 mm x 180 mm x 180 mm and printing was carried out at atmospheric pressure and a horizontal printing area. The Universal Testing Machine carried out mechanical properties testing implementation related to tensile strength and strain. Based on the results of experiments and tests that have been carried out, the strain values ​​are 16.970 – 26.681% and the tensile strength is 19.244 – 23.899 MPa for nylon carbon fiber filament material. Whereas the PLA carbon fiber filament material, the strain value is 7.673 – 15.546%, and the tensile strength is 18.580 – 24.552 MPa. Therefore, based on the test results, it is known that the fill density parameter value has an influence on the strain value and tensile strength so that it can be used as a reference in setting machining parameters.

Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Peramalan Jumlah Penumpang Menggunakan Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) 使用长短期记忆(LSTM)开发乘客人数管理应用程序

Public services such as public transportation are closely related to user satisfaction. Busway DKI Jakarta is one of the first public transportation services in Southeast and South Asia. In order to maintain passenger satisfaction, the management of Busway continues to improve services such as adding buses and opening a new line. Opening a new lane or adding buses must necessarily be adjusted also with the increasing number of passengers. So to know the number of passengers in the future, it is necessary to forecast the number of passengers through existing historical data. The historical data used is time series data from January 2015 to January 2016. The method used in forecasting is Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), one of the machine learning methods. The method is measured in accuracy using Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). As a comparison of LSTM accuracy in forecasting, we also use the Exponential Smoothing method. Based on the results of forecasting, the most and least dominant method of producing RMSE and MAPE is the LSTM method. Only in corridor 3 LSTM can not provide RMSE and MAPE values below baseline values. While corridor 5 LSTM can give better results after the data transformation process by using exponential smoothing. However, overall the LSTM method provides the best accuracy based on the lowest average RMSE and MAPE values, namely RMSE of 2640.53 and MAPE of 9.14%.

Analisa Tensile Strength Komposit Serat Kulit Pohon Waru dengan Kombinasi Serat Karbon Kevlar Sebagai Material Reinforcement 分析Waru树皮纤维复合材料与碳纤维复合复合材料的张力性

In increasing the tensile strength of the waru tree bark fiber composite (Hibiscus tiliaceus), it is necessary to have a combination of reinforcement used in the composite material. One of the reinforcement materials that can be combined is carbon fiber kevlar. Kevlar carbon fiber has several advantages, including low density, absorbing vibrations well, and it is resistant to chemical solutions. The specific objectives of this study were to determine the maximum strain stress, modulus of elasticity, and fracture analysis of hibiscus bark fiber composites with a combination of kevlar carbon fiber as a reinforcement material. The independent variable in the study was comparing the composite with the different reinforcement materials used, including 100% hibiscus (Hibiscus tiliaceus) bark fiber, 100% kevlar carbon fiber, 50% combination fiber of hibiscus (Hibiscus tiliaceus) bark, and 50% kevlar carbon. The process of making composites uses the vacuum infusion resin method with specimens referring to the ASTM D638-03 type I standard. The results of this study are that combining kevlar carbon fiber as a reinforcement material can improve the mechanical properties in terms of the tensile strength of the hibiscus tree bark fiber composite.
