EFFECTIVENESS OF Gynura procumbens AGAINST Pangasius sp INFECTED WITH Edwardsiella tarda BACTERIA 原春葵对迟发爱德华氏菌感染的巴沙鱼的防治效果

This study aimed to analyze the effect of soaking the extracts of Gynura procumbens leaves with different concentrations on wound healing of catfish infected with Edwardsiella tarda bacteria. This research was conducted at the Wet Laboratory of the Fish Quarantine and Quality Control Agency of Padang, West Sumatra. This study used an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 3 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment of this research was the concentration of the Gynura procumbens leaves consisting of treatment P1 = 2000 ppm; treatment P2 = 3000 ppm and treatment P3 = 4000 ppm. Based on the analysis of variance, the concentration of the leaf extract had a significant effect on wound shrinkage. Duncan's follow-up test (DMRT) showed that the treatment was P1; P2; and P3 there are significant differences in each treatment. it was shown that Gynura procumbens leaf extract with different concentrations had no significant effect (p> 0.05) on the survival of catfish. The lowest survival rate in treatment P1 was 66.67%, and in treatment P2 and P3 was 100%. The best results were found in the P2 treatment of 80.20% on wound shrinkage and 100% on survival rate.

Effect Of Market Waste Bokashi Dosage On Growth And Production Of Sweet Corn (Zea Mays L.saccharata) In Polybag 市售废博卡石用量对塑料袋内甜玉米生长和产量的影响

This research aims to: determine the effect of market waste bokashi dose on growth and yield of sweet corn; to determine the dose that can give the best effect on the growth and yield of sweet corn. The research was carried out from January 2021 to March 2021. The research was carried out on dry land located in Kembang Seri Village, Talang Empat sub-district, Central Bengkulu. The study used a non-factor randomized block design (RBD) consisting of six (6) treatments and three (3) replications, so that there were eighteen (18) experimental units. Consisting of seven (7) plants so that in total there were 126 experimental units (126 polybags). The results showed that the dose of Bokashi Market Waste gave the best results on the Growth and Yield of Sweet Corn (Zea mays) in polybags at a dose level of 15 tons/ha. At a dose of 15 tons/ha the plant showed the best effect on plant height, stem diameter, wet root weight, dry plant weight, length of ear and weight of cob.

Yield potential of Five Soybean Varieties (Glycine max L) on Acid Dry Land 5个大豆品种(Glycine max L)在酸性旱地的产量潜力

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi hasil 5 varietas unggul kedelai yang dibudidayakan di lahan kering masam serta memberikan referensi bagi para petani tentang varietas unggul yang mampu berproduksi secara maksimal di lahan kering masam. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial dengan menggunakan 5 benih kedelai varietas unggul yaitu Dega 1, Detap 1, Grobogan, Devon 1 dan Dena 1 Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini antara lain: tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, jumlah cabang produktif, umur panen, jumlah polong per tanaman , berat biji per tanaman, berat 100 biji, dan rata-rata potensi hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setiap varietas memiliki respon berbeda terhadap lingkungan sehingga pertumbuhan dan potensi hasil yang diperoleh juga berbeda. Pada penelitian ini V2 (Detap 1) memiliki produksi per hektar paling tinggi dibandingkan dengan 4 varietas lainnya. Potensi hasil dan daya adaptasi yang cukup baik di lahan kering masam ditunjukkan oleh V2 (Detap 1) indikator kemampuan potensi hasil dan daya adaptasi tersebut didasarkan atas tingkat produktivitas varietas tersebut.

Analysis of the Prevalence Level of Sand Lobster (Panulirus homarus) in Different Shelters in Bengkulu City 明古鲁市不同生境沙龙虾流行情况分析

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi dan derajat infeksi ektoparasit pada lobster pasir (Panulirus homarus) pada bak penampungan yang berbeda di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober – November 2021 di Kota Bengkulu selama 57 hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan mengambil sampel dari populasi yang sedang diamati. Penentuan lokasi pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling pada 3 (tiga) lokasi penyimpanan/pemasok lobster pasir di Kota Bengkulu. Tangki Ana Lidiana memiliki angka prevalensi tertinggi yaitu 62,50%, kategori angka prevalensi sering.

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of bokashi residue from a mixture of cow dung and Oil Palm Empty Fruit Bunches (TKKS) whose raw materials were taken from the Cattle-Palm Integration System on changes in soil chemical properties and content of N. P, K and Mg palm plants. This study used a Completely Randomized Block Design (RAK) with one factor and 6 treatments, namely : F0 = Control (N,P,K,Mg), F1 = Cow dung only, F2 = 1/3 part of cow dung + 2/3 part of TKKS waste, F3 = 1/2 part of cow dung + 1/2 part of TKKS waste, F4 = 2/3 part of cow dung + 1/3 part of TKKS waste, and F5 = Only TKKS waste. The results showed that the bokashi residue of a mixture of cow dung and oil palm empty fruit bunches had a very significant effect on changes in soil pH, and no significant effect on changes in soil Al-dd, nutrient content of N, P, K, and Mg of immature oil palm plantations. The control treatment (F0), namely the use of chemical fertilizers NPK and Mg showed the smallest change in soil pH and was significantly different from other treatments in all tested formulas. Changes in NPK and Mg elements did not show any effect of giving bokashi but there was a tendency to add nutrients to the bokashi treatment which showed that the residue of bokashi mixture of cow dung and empty oil palm fruit bunches was able to last up to 24 months after application. It is recommended to re-apply bokashi a mixture of cow dung and oil palm empty fruit bunches on immature oil palm plants every 2 years.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh campuran media tanam dan letak benih pada buah serta interaksi keduanya terhadap perkecambahan benih dan pertumbuhan bibit kelor. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan pada bulan April – Juni 2021 di kelurahan Jalan Gedang, kecamatan Gading Cempaka, kota Bengkulu. Ketinggian tempat 10-15 meter diatas permukaan laut. Penelitian ini disusun dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan. Perlakuan pertama adalah campuran media (M) dengan 3 taraf yaitu M1 yaitu campuran tanah : sekam (1:1), M2 yaitu campuran tanah : sekam bakar (1:1), M3 yaitu campuran tanah : pupuk kandang (1:1). Faktor kedua bagian buah (B) tediri dari 3 taraf faktor yaitu B1 yaitu biji bagian pangkal , B2 yaitu biji bagian tengah. B3 yaitu bagian ujung . Hasil analisis sidik ragam dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) dengan taraf uji 5%. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa perlakuan campuran media memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap waktu kecambah dan panjang akar. Pada pengamatan waktu kecambah campuran media tanam yaitu komposisi tanah dan sekam (M1) berbeda nyata terhadap campuran media tanah dan pupuk kandang (M3) tetapi tidak berbeda nyata dengan campuran tanah dan sekam bakar (M2). Panjang akar terbaik yaitu perlakuan M1 dan M2 tidak berbeda nyata namun keduanya berbeda nyata dengan M3. Perlakuan letak biji dan Interaksi macam media tanam dan letak biji pada buah disemua peubah pengamatan berpengaruh tidak nyata.

This study aims to analyze consumer attitudes towards Awai Na shrimp paste products and Indofood shrimp paste products in Langsa City, to analyze consumer ratings of the attributes of Awai Na shrimp paste products and Indofood shrimp paste products in Langsa City, and to analyze consumer confidence in these attributes on Awai Na shrimp paste products and on Indofood shrimp paste products in Langsa City. The analytical method used is the Fishbein Multi Attribute Attitude Model. The multi-attribute attitude model explains that consumer attitudes towards an attitude object (product or brand) are largely determined by consumer attitudes towards the evaluated attributes. The shrimp paste attributes used in this study consisted of: price, taste, aroma, color, texture, and size. The results of this study indicate that based on the Fishbein score, the total score for Awai Na shrimp paste products (3.142) is greater than Indofood shrimp paste products (0.999). This means that consumers in Langsa City prefer Awai Na shrimp paste products to Indofood shrimp paste products for consumption. Consumers prefer Awai Na shrimp paste over Indofood shrimp paste, because consumers perceive all attributes of Awai Na shrimp paste as better than Indofood's shrimp paste attributes. Consumers' evaluations of the Awai Na and Indofood shrimp paste are influenced by the consumer's experience in consuming the Awai Na and Indofood shrimp paste.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi, lama perendaman dalam rootone-F dan interaksi antara konsentrasi dan lama perendaman dalam rotoone-F terhadap pertumbuhan stek lada (Piper nigrum L.) Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi Rootone-F dengan 4 taraf (K0: tanpa rootone-F; K1: konsentrasi 100ppm; K2: konsentrasi 200 ppm dan K3: konsentrasi 300 ppm). Faktor kedua adalah lama perendaman dalam rootone-F dengan 3 taraf (P1: lama perendaman selama 1 jam; P2: perendaman selama 2 jam; P3: perendaman selama 3 jam). Variabel yang diamati adalah jumlah tunas, tinggi tunas, jumlah daun dan panjang akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tunas, lama perendaman dalam rootone-F berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua peubah yang diamati. Interaksi konsentrasi dan lama perendaman pada rootone-F berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap panjang akar, berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah tunas dan jumlah daun serta berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tunas. Pertumbuhan stek lada terbaik pada konsentrasi 300 ppm dengan lama perendaman 3 jam yang ditunjukkan dari tinggi tunas dan jumlah tunas tertinggi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan untuk melakukan alih fungsi lahan sawah ke tanaman perkebunan dan mengukur, menghitung, serta memprediksi apakah alih fungsi lahan pertanian tersebut berdampak terhadap ketersediaan (produksi) pangan khsususnya beras di wilayah Kecamatan Padang Jaya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksankan di Kecamatan Padang Jaya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara pada bulan November sampai dengan Desember 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Sedangkan pemilihan lokasi desanya dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Analisis data dilakukan dengan Analisa Logit. Untuk menguji signifikasi dari parameter dalam model digunakan Uji Rasio Likelihood dan Uji P dengan menggunakan aplikasi Minitab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap keputusan petani untuk beralih fungsi lahan sawah ke tanaman perkebunan adalah tingkat pendidikan formal, luas lahan, respon petani terhadap dinamika pasar, aksesibilitas lahan sawah terhadap irigasi kuarter, dan (2) Alih fungsi lahan pertanian sawah ke tanaman perkebunan akan berdampak terhadap ketersediaan (produksi) pangan khususnya beras khususnya di wilayah Kecamatan Padang Jaya hal ini dapat dilihat dari produksi beras tahun 2008 surplus 659,19 ton, sedangkan pada tahun 2009 terjadi kekurangan sebanyak 281,34 ton.
