Application-Oriented University is an important place to cultivate high quality applied talents who owns bachelor degree at least for the regional economic development. Nowadays, the stage of China's economic development is transforming from high-speed growth to high-quality growth, which put forward new requirements for application-oriented universities’ graduates. This article aims to figure out the main aspects affecting students' employment by using big data analysis on the employment data of graduates. Furthermore, this article will explore the multi-modes of universities’ career guidance service, to not only improve the quality of employment for graduates, but also cultivate talents for local economic development.

The cultural industry is recognized as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century due to its wide coverage, strong plasticity, strong adaptability, low environmental pollution and strong relevance. Promoting the development of the cultural industry through fiscal and tax policies is a common practice in the country today. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously improve cultural and economic policies and allocate financial resources reasonably; through effective government guidance, reduce the burden on enterprises and encourage cultural enterprises to innovate; ensure the high-quality supply of cultural products and improve the core competitiveness of the cultural industry. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of fiscal and taxation policies related to the development of the cultural industry, draws on the fiscal and taxation policies of developed countries, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the better development of China's cultural industry based on national conditions.

The MOE issued a set of Guidelines on Labor Education for Primary, Secondary and Higher Education in March, 2020. In August, the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Shanghai Municipal Government also issued Implementation Opinions on it. Both guidelines provide the aim of labor education for universities and colleges. As one of the main channels, labor education will dramatically improve the morality enhancing and talents culturing for higher education. This paper lays out the value of labor education in private universities and analyzes the current problems. Based on the three dimensions of complete participation, engagement and collaboration, it aims to construct a solid, comprehensive and effective system of labor education in private universities, thus, creating a new pattern of labor education in private universities in the new era.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between group relative deprivation and group identity and collective intention and actual collective behavior. Methods: In the study of collective behavior, intention is often used to predict or replace actual collective behavior. In this paper, 2(high and low group relative deprivation)×2(high and low group identity) laboratory scenario design and investigation method were used. Results: Collective intention affected actual collective behavior as a mediator ( =20.294, P =0.000); Group identity moderated the relationship between group relative deprivation and group intention (β=0.723, t=2.483, P =0.001). In the mediation model of collective intention, the simple regulation of group identity changed into the interactive regulation of the mediation model, which affected the path of the first and second half of the mediation model (β=0.225, t =2.254, P =0.027; β= 0.355, Wals=5.833, P=0.016). Conclusion: There are different paths between collective intention and actual collective behavior. That is, group identity moderates the relationship between group relative deprivation and cluster intention. In addition, group identity also moderates the relationship between deprivation and cluster intention, and between cluster intention and cluster behavior.
