This paper evaluates and analyzes the current development status of the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on digital transformation of the pharmaceutical industry in the background of the postpartum epidemic. More and more same-sex partners choose to have their children through assisted reproductive technology. However, China’s legislation on assisted reproductive technology is not perfect, and the reproductive rights of same-sex partners cannot be guaranteed. This paper selects the related issues of lesbian partners with assisted reproductive technology to have children, through literature research, case analysis, comparative research and other methods, based on the legitimacy of the reproductive rights of lesbian partners, to explore the feasibility of parent-child relationship legal identification of lesbian partners. In order to protect the interests of lesbian partners and their children born through human assisted reproductive technology, the corresponding legal recognition model of parent-child relationship should be constructed.

In this paper, we analyzed the data of 52 countries along “The Belt and Road” by applying the panel random effects model, and explored the influencing factors of Chinese foreign direct investment location choice, and on the basis, analyzed the risk of Chinese foreign direct investment. The empirical results show that the quality of labor force in the host countries, the investment in fixed assets, the degree of opening up, the participation in the multilateral and bilateral mechanisms, and the bilateral relations have a significant facilitating role on Chinese foreign direct investment. However, the degree of industrialization in the host countries and the distance between Beijing and capitals of other countries have a negative effect on Chinese foreign direct investment. In order to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese multinational investment enterprises and effectively prevent the risks of output foreign investment, we should take the following measures: Government, industry, university and research institutions should mutual collaborate, and strengthen the research on countries along “The Belt and Road”; We should develop and maintain good bilateral relations with countries along “The Belt and Road”; We should improve Chinese export credit insurance system and improve the level of risk protection.

Professional innovation experiment and practice is the key link to broaden students' vision, exercise their thinking, and improve their practical skills in the process of university teaching. It is an important way to increase students' interest in learning, deepen the understanding of esoteric and obscure theoretical knowledge, and catch up with the frontiers of international science. However, due to the limitations of school funding resources, laboratory conditions, and traditional teaching mode, there are many problems during the experimental teaching of "Semiconductor Physics and Devices", such as the insufficient proportion of comprehensive and innovative experiments, outdated experimental contents, and single limited teaching methods that cannot stimulate students' learning interests of students. In response to the abovementioned situation, combined with many years of experience in learning and teaching semiconductor courses and drawing lessons from the advanced teaching modes of international applied technology universities, we creatively adopt the new experimental and practical teaching mode of "in school experiment + out of school practice" and "in-class experiment + extracurricular innovation project expansion". Network interesting experiments and international cutting-edge research topics (such as organic optoelectronic materials) are introduced into our innovative experiments and practical teaching, such as preparing new organic light-emitting pn junction diodes and quantum dot light-emitting diodes, and perovskite thin-film solar cells. Students deeply love these teaching reform measures, stimulate their interest in learning and scientific research, and significantly improve their ability to solve practical problems or scientific research innovation ability, which have achieved preliminary results. It is an important way to increase students' interest in learning, deepen the understanding of esoteric and obscure theoretical knowledge, and catch up with the frontiers of international science. However, due to the limitations of school funding resources, laboratory conditions, and traditional teaching mode, there are many problems during the experimental teaching of \"Semiconductor Physics and Devices\", such as the insufficient proportion of comprehensive and innovative experiments, outdated experimental contents, and single limited teaching methods that cannot stimulate students' learning interests of students. In response to the abovementioned situation, combined with many years of experience in learning and teaching semiconductor courses and drawing lessons from the advanced teaching modes of international applied technology universities, we creatively adopt the new experimental and practical teaching mode of \"in school experiment + out of school practice\" and \"in-class experiment + extracurricular innovation project expansion\". Network interesting experiments and international cutting-edge research topics (such as organic optoelectronic materials) are introduced into our innovative experiments and practical teaching, such as preparing new organic light-emitting pn junction diodes and quantum dot light-emitting diodes, and perovskite thin-film solar cells. Students deeply love these teaching reform measures, stimulate their interest in learning and scientific research, and significantly improve their ability to solve practical problems or scientific research innovation ability, which have achieved preliminary results.
