This article intended to address a research vacuum by identifying the elements that impact MSMEs' financial performance, including the importance of access to finance, and establishing a conceptual framework that explains the link between these factors. The author proposed a building conceptual framework of MSMEs finance classic phenomena. A qualitative analysis approach may be used to establish and construct conceptual frameworks. This paper has combined knowledge from various relevant and reputable literature sources to build a conceptual model. If empirically verified, the suggested framework might be a viable option for supporting MSME owners in more successfully growing their businesses.

Simultaneous Pilkada 2020 is still dwelling on the same pattern of problems from the previous Pilkada which actually experienced a significant increase in the journey of regional heads who came from the Political Dynasty. A total of 124 candidates are affiliated with political dynasties. One of them is caused by the double-edged sword of decentralization and regional autonomy. In addition to giving power to the regions in forming their own households, decentralization of regional autonomy triggers the decentralization of corruption that spreads to various regions which then drags the political elite. This is what causes regional autonomy to encourage oligarchic decentralization and the practice of political dynasties. The "little kings" in the regions that were born from regional autonomy finally made the Pilkada a power defense industry that was also correlated with the defense of wealth. The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing has the task of carrying out government affairs in the field of public works and public housing to assist the President in administering the state government. One of the mandated functions in carrying out this task is to formulate and implement policies in the field of road administration in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the regulation of toll roads in Indonesia in accordance with Government Regulation No. 15 of 2005 concerning Toll Roads. The toll road is one of the vital means needed to increase efficiency in public services, logistics and industry which leads to economic efficiency. According to data released by the World Bank in 2019, losses due to traffic jams in Indonesia amounted to USD 4 billion, equivalent to an estimated IDR 56 trillion, more than that due to queuing at toll gates there is potential for losses for all business entities. To overcome this problem, Indonesia is preparing to implement a non-stop (touchless) toll payment system on the Multi Lane Free Flow (MLFF) system using RFID-based ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) Total Solution technology and the transaction process is carried out through a special application that can be accessed from the Internet. Integrate all departments with an IoT (Internet of thing) system. This payment system can eliminate the GTO function of toll entry and exit gates. In addition, the MLFF system using RFID-based ETC will recognize and identify vehicles and users. In addition to the RFID-based ETC system to increase the productivity and effectiveness of traffic management on toll roads, maintenance of toll roads and bridges is also very vital, therefore detecting road surface damage directly using sensors, CCTV cameras and UAV unmanned aerial vehicles. Financial distress is a condition where the company is unable to fulfill its obligations. This is usually accompanied by consecutive negative earnings. The transportation sector is one sector that is vulnerable to experiencing financial distress. This is due to the many new, more innovative competitors. As well as regulatory policies that are not in favor of this industry. Therefore, the burden borne by the company is not proportional to the income earned, resulting in financial difficulties. To measure this financial distress, the author uses several models such as: Altman model, Springate model, and Zmijewski model. This study examines the effect of financial distress from each of these models on stock returns. The data used in this study comes from financial reports and other financial data for the period 2016-2020. The results showed that there was no significant effect of the Altman, Springate, and Zmijewski models of financial distress on stock returns in this sector.

The availability of the number of vehicles in Karawang Regency is not matched by the availability of fuel at gas stations. Due to the very high demand for fuel, the Cikampek BBM Terminal has several problems, including the absence of a standard distribution route in distributing its products to gas stations so that it takes a long time and the high amount of transportation costs that must be borne by the company. In this study, the route and distribution schedule will be determined as well as determining the capacity and number of tanker trucks that are able to minimize mileage, travel time and transportation costs. Based on calculations using the Saving Matrix method, it produces efficiency in the number of vehicles needed from 7 trucks to 4 tanker trucks, vehicle usage from 9 times to 6 times, distance traveled from 63 KM to 53 KM and the difference in transportation costs per day is Rp. 1,312,633.

The Covid-19 pandemic with its high existence and significant spread requires efforts to break the chain of distribution, including with 3M (washing hands, wearing masks and maintaining a distance). This study aims to examine the perceptions, attitudes and behavior of the community towards the implementation of the 3M program in avoiding the spread of covid-19 in Sutawinangun Village, Kedawung District, Cirebon Regency. Qualitative research was chosen as a method to explore and understand meanings ascribed to social or human problems, focusing on individual meanings, and translating the complexity of a problem. Descriptive data was developed from the results of obtaining a number of written and oral information from observations. After conducting the research, it can be concluded that after a member of the community was exposed and declared the red zone of Covid-19, then there was a plan to relocate Covid sufferers in Sutawinangun, just to grow awareness of implementing 3M. Community solidarity is an important factor as social capital to fight Covid-19. The community focuses on implementing 3M, a clean and healthy lifestyle and reducing crowd mobility in the community to avoid the virus.

The inequality of academic achievement between female students and men in the village of guwa kidul creates anxiety for kuwu. Into a big question mark to be broken. Thus the reason for research on inequality. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative in which the research data is described or described. The study is conducted in SMPS al munawaroh village of guwa kidul district kaliwein cirebon district. Studies show that female students who dominate the quantity in schools are able to outperform male academic achievement. However, in non-academic aspects male students are superior. The causes of this are due to female students' greater study, reading, and memorization. Male students, on the other hand, are more adept at lessons that train creativity and skills such as sports and art. Which means they both have their own preeminence toward excellence. The school endeavored to ensure that both objects of research could hone their potential through reading and religious literacy.
