Research on career satisfaction and organizational culture is very important because employee career satisfaction can improve employee performance which is supported by the organizational culture. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimization performance to career satisfaction moderated by organizational culture on non-medical permanent employees at the Islamic Hospital of Semarang. This study used questionnaire with 191 respondents. The results of this study found three aspects; first, self-competence and job demand have a positive and significant impact on career satisfaction. Second, self-competence and job demand have a positive and significant impact on performance. Third, career satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on performance supported by organizational culture at the Islamic Hospital of Semarang. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and liquidity on firm value through capital structure as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Samples obtained as many as 28 companies from 2015 to 2019. To answer the hypothesis, this study uses multiple linear regression panel data which is analyzed using Eviews version 9 and path analysis. The result of this study shows profitability and capital structure have significant effect on firm value, while liquidty has no effect on firm value. Profitability has no effect on capital structure and liquidity affects capital structure. Furthermore, capital structure has not been able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value. Capital structure is able to mediate the effect of liquidity on firm value. In allocating owned funds, it is necessary to be more careful in analyzing the performance of a company such as by looking at profitability, liquidity, capital structure to increase the expected value of the company.

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Cognitive Bias and Emotional Bias on Fund Allocation Decision for Working Capital in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on Lombok Island during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The theoretical contribution of this research is expected to contribute to science and the development of behavioral finance theory that related to financial decision making and company performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In addition, behavioral finance is also expected to be the subject of financial management courses. Furthermore, the practical contribution of this research is expected to provide input, suggestions and recommendations to the policy makers of the NTB Provincial Government in making policies related to the development of SMEs. This research is a quantitative approach-based research, with the type of explanatory research. The research population is all SMEs located on the island of Lombok. The sampling technique is carried out by non-probability sampling, which uses judgment sampling, namely selecting SMEs that are engaged in the pottery industry and have already exported. From the existing population, there are 34 (thirty four) SMEs that can be taken as samples. Respondents in this study are the owners of each of these SMEs. The data collection technique used in this research is using a questionnaire. To achieve the research objectives and hypothesis testing, the data obtained will be processed according to the needs by using the statistical tool GSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis). The purpose of research conducted on the creative industry of pearl jewelry is to analyze the strengthening of industrial marketing strategy due to the impact of covid-19 pandemic in Mataram. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive type of approach. Analysis is carried out in three stages, namely: the first stage as a data input stage on the IFE and EFE matrices, the second stage as a matching stage using the SWOT matrix, and the third stage was the formulation of strengthening marketing strategies for the pearl jewelry industry. The results show that this industry actually has a strong foundation to develop in future. Industry capacity and competence have been built for a long time as a legacy from previous generations, pearl quality, and the industry's ability to build networks with partners and consumers outside the region and even abroad can be a source of competitive advantage for the industry going forward. The Covid pandemic as the most dominant threat variable has collapsed the industrial structure, sales have fallen sharply, production activities and supply of raw materials have stopped. Most of the business actors in all production and marketing chains are unemployed. Strengthening the marketing strategy is formulated so that the industry can get out of unusual situations, namely the industry must build core competencies, using social media in marketing, using market places, continuing to build positive perceptions and attitudes about product quality, increasng craftsman creativity in design skills, and providing training to entrepreneurs and merchants on online marketing. This research aims to analysis the influence of profitability ratios proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), leverage ratios proxied by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), liquidity ratios proxied by Current Ratio (CR) and activity ratios proxied by Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on the prediction of financial distress on service companies of hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2015-2019. The criteria of financial distress in research were measured using the Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR) with a value criterion of less than one. Analysis method used in this research is logistic regression. The research results show that the profitability ratio had an effect on the prediction of financial distress. The Universities are facing a touggh competition amongst each others to attract the maximum number of eligible candidates. This paper examines the influence facors those are considered by students in making decisions in choosing a higher education for their studies. This research was conducted on new undergraduate students of the 2020 Faculty of Economics and Business, Mataram University, with 100 respondents who were taken proportionally. There are 10 variables studied in this study, namely: reference group, family, social class, campus location, image of study program/faculty, job opportunities, educational facilities, education costs, accreditation status and promotion/communication. The results of the analysis show that from the 10 variables studied previously, they turned into 2 new variables, namely: campus attributes and social interactions which were able to explain up to 70.2% of the total variables studied.

This study aims to examine the effect of investment and funding decisions on firm value with profitability as a mediating variable in companies included in the LQ45 index for the 2015-2019 period. The results on the t test show that the positive investment decision is not significant to profitability. The funding decision is negative and not significant to profitability. Investment decisions are positive and significant to firm value while negative funding decisions are not significant to firm value. Profitability is positive and significant to firm value. The results on the t test show that the positive investment decision is not significant to profitability. The funding decision is negative and not significant to profitability. Investment decisions are positive and significant to firm value while negative funding decisions are not significant to firm value. Profitability is positive and significant to firm value. This research is aims to reveal hoe store atmosphere affects custumers’ buying interest. Data collection is done through interview, observation, and questionnaire, while data analysis is done through classical assumption test, double linier regression analysis, double coefficient determinant analysis (r2).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Store Atmosphere Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen.Jenis penelitian yang akan dilakukan bersifat asosiatif kausal (sebab akibat), dan penentuan responden menggunakan sampling insidental terhadap 160 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan angket serta alat pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh store atmosphere digunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan Koefisien Determinasi Berganda (R2).
