Research on career satisfaction and organizational culture is very important because employee career satisfaction can improve employee performance which is supported by the organizational culture. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimization performance to career satisfaction moderated by organizational culture on non-medical permanent employees at the Islamic Hospital of  Semarang. This study used questionnaire with 191 respondents. The results of this study found three aspects; first, self-competence and job demand have a positive and significant impact on career satisfaction. Second, self-competence and job demand have a positive and significant impact on performance. Third, career satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on performance supported by organizational culture at the Islamic Hospital of Semarang.Keywords:self competence, job demand, Islamic organizational culture, career satisfaction, performance
职业满意度与组织文化的研究具有重要意义,因为员工的职业满意度可以提高员工的绩效,而员工的绩效又以组织文化为支撑。本研究旨在探讨组织文化对三宝垄伊斯兰医院非医疗常住员工职业满意度的影响。本研究采用问卷调查法,共191人。本研究发现三个方面的结果;第一,自我能力和工作需求对职业满意度有显著的正向影响。第二,自我能力和工作需求对绩效有显著的正向影响。第三,三宝垄伊斯兰医院的职业满意度在组织文化的支持下对绩效有显著的正向影响。关键词:自我能力,工作需求,伊斯兰组织文化,职业满意度,绩效

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and liquidity on firm value through capital structure as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Samples obtained as many as 28 companies from 2015 to 2019. To answer the hypothesis, this study uses multiple linear regression panel data which is analyzed using Eviews version 9 and path analysis. The result of this study shows profitability and capital structure have significant effect on firm value, while liquidty has no effect on firm value. Profitability has no effect on capital structure and liquidity affects capital structure. Furthermore, capital structure has not been able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value. Capital structure is able to mediate the effect of liquidity on firm value. In allocating owned funds, it is necessary to be more careful in analyzing the performance of a company such as by looking at profitability, liquidity, capital structure to increase the expected value of the company.

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Cognitive Bias and Emotional Bias on Fund Allocation Decision for Working Capital in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on Lombok Island during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The theoretical contribution of this research is expected to contribute to science and the development of behavioral finance theory that related to financial decision making and company performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In addition, behavioral finance is also expected to be the subject of financial management courses. Furthermore, the practical contribution of this research is expected to provide input, suggestions and recommendations to the policy makers of the NTB Provincial Government in making policies related to the development of SMEs.                This research is a quantitative approach-based research, with the type of explanatory research. The research population is all SMEs located on the island of Lombok. The sampling technique is carried out by non-probability sampling, which uses judgment sampling, namely selecting SMEs that are engaged in the pottery industry and have already exported. From the existing population, there are 34 (thirty four) SMEs that can be taken as samples. Respondents in this study are the owners of each of these SMEs. The data collection technique used in this research is using a questionnaire. To achieve the research objectives and hypothesis testing, the data obtained will be processed according to the needs by using the statistical tool GSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis).                The results showed that Cognitive Bias and Emotional Bias had a positive and significant impact on fund allocation decision for Working Capital in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on Lombok Island during the Covid 19 Pandemic. This was motivated by the age of most of the respondents of productive age, mostly  male, the education level is mostly high school and college and the length of business is more than 15 (fifteen) years.   Keywords: cognitive bias, emotional bias,  fund allocation decision for working capital

Work experience is very necessary in improving employee performance in the company. Employee work experience shows the level of mastery of skills. Employees who have had more years of service will have various kinds of work experience in solving various kinds of problems within the company. It is expected that employees will have good quality resources in improving work performance. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of work experience in improving employee performance scientifically based on the results of the existing literature review. If employees have a lot of work experience, then the abilities possessed by employees will be in accordance with the work given, so that employees have high performance. This employee performance refers to the results of work in completing the work. THE STRENGTHENING MARKETING STRATEGY OF THE PEARL JEWELRY CRAFTS INDUSTRY IN MATARAM DUE TO THE IMPACT OF COVID 19 PANDEMIC 受新冠肺炎疫情影响,马塔兰加强珍珠首饰工艺品行业营销策略

The purpose of research conducted on the creative industry of pearl jewelry is to analyze the strengthening of industrial marketing strategy due to the impact of covid-19 pandemic in Mataram. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive type of approach. Analysis is carried out in three stages, namely: the first stage as a data input stage on the IFE and EFE matrices, the second stage as a matching stage using the SWOT matrix, and the third stage was the formulation of strengthening marketing strategies for the pearl jewelry industry. The results show that this industry actually has a strong foundation to develop in future. Industry capacity and competence have been built for a long time as a legacy from previous generations, pearl quality, and the industry's ability to build networks with partners and consumers outside the region and even abroad can be a source of competitive advantage for the industry going forward. The Covid pandemic as the most dominant threat variable has collapsed the industrial structure, sales have fallen sharply, production activities and supply of raw materials have stopped. Most of the business actors in all production and marketing chains are unemployed. Strengthening the marketing strategy is formulated so that the industry can get out of unusual situations, namely the industry must build core competencies, using social media in marketing, using market places, continuing to build positive perceptions and attitudes about product quality, increasng craftsman creativity in design skills, and providing training to entrepreneurs and merchants on online marketing.Keywords:strategy, marketing, craft, pearl

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the company's decision to hedge on manufacturing industry companies in the 2013-2014 period. The type of data used in this study is secondary data with data collection techniques using the documentation method. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling method with certain criteria so as to obtain 114 samples. The analytical technique used in this study is logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leverage has no significant effect on hedging decisions. (2) Firm size has a significant effect on hedging decisions. (3) Profitability has a significant effect on hedging decisions. (4) Liquidity has a significant effect on hedging decisions

This research aims to analysis the influence of profitability ratios proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), leverage ratios proxied by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), liquidity ratios proxied by Current Ratio (CR) and activity ratios proxied by Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on the prediction of financial distress on service companies of hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2015-2019. The criteria of financial distress in research were measured using the Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR) with a value criterion of less than one. Analysis method used in this research is logistic regression. The research results show that the profitability ratio had an effect on the prediction of financial distress. While the leverage ratio, liquidity ratio and activity ratio have no effect on the prediction of financial distress. Keywords: Financial Distress, ROA, DAR, CR, TATO, ICR
本研究旨在分析以资产收益率(ROA)为代表的盈利能力比率、以资产负债率(DAR)为代表的杠杆率、以流动比率(CR)为代表的流动性比率和以总资产周转率(TATO)为代表的活动比率对2015-2019年印尼证券交易所上市的酒店、餐饮和旅游服务类公司财务困境预测的影响。本研究采用利息覆盖率(Interest Coverage Ratio, ICR)作为衡量财务困境的标准,其值标准小于1。本研究采用的分析方法为逻辑回归。研究结果表明,盈利能力比率对财务困境的预测具有一定的影响。而杠杆率、流动性比率和活跃性比率对财务困境的预测没有影响。关键词:财务困境,总资产收益率,DAR, CR, TATO, ICR

ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MAHASISWA MEMILIH FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS UNIVERSITAS MATARAM 分析影响学生选择马塔兰大学经济和商业学院的因素

 The Universities are facing a touggh competition amongst each others to attract the maximum number of eligible candidates. This paper examines the influence  facors those are considered by students in making decisions in choosing a higher education for  their studies. This research was conducted on new undergraduate students of the 2020 Faculty of Economics and Business, Mataram University, with 100 respondents who were taken proportionally. There are 10 variables studied in this study, namely: reference group, family, social class, campus location, image of study program/faculty, job opportunities, educational facilities, education costs, accreditation status and promotion/communication. The results of the analysis show that from the 10 variables studied previously, they turned into 2 new variables, namely: campus attributes and social interactions which were able to explain up to 70.2% of the total variables studied.
各大学之间正面临着激烈的竞争,以吸引最大数量的合格考生。本文考察了学生在选择高等教育时所考虑的影响因素。本研究以马塔兰大学经济与商业学院2020级新生为对象,按比例抽取100名受访者。本研究研究了10个变量,分别是参照群体、家庭、社会阶层、校园位置、学习项目/教师形象、工作机会、教育设施、教育成本、认证状况和推广/沟通。分析结果表明,从之前研究的10个变量中,他们变成了2个新的变量,即校园属性和社会互动,这两个变量能够解释高达70.2%的研究变量。

PENGARUH KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI DAN KEPUTUSAN PENDANAAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS DAN NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA LQ-45 投资决策和融资决策对LQ-45企业盈利能力和价值的影响

This study aims to examine the effect of investment and funding decisions on firm value with profitability as a mediating variable in companies included in the LQ45 index for the 2015-2019 period. The results on the t test show that the positive investment decision is not significant to profitability. The funding decision is negative and not significant to profitability. Investment decisions are positive and significant to firm value while negative funding decisions are not significant to firm value. Profitability is positive and significant to firm value. The results of the mediation test show that profitability is not able to mediate the effect of investment decisions and funding decisions on firm value.Keywords:Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, Profitabilitas, Nilai Perusahaan

This research is aims to reveal hoe store atmosphere affects custumers’ buying interest. Data collection is done through interview, observation, and questionnaire, while data analysis is done through classical assumption test, double linier regression analysis, double coefficient determinant analysis (r2).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Store Atmosphere Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen.Jenis penelitian yang akan dilakukan bersifat asosiatif kausal (sebab akibat), dan penentuan responden menggunakan sampling insidental terhadap 160 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan angket serta alat pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner.
