This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style (X), Work Motivation (Z) on Performance (Y) in SMKN 1 Lingsar Teachers. The type of research used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used census method. The population and respondents in the study were 88 teachers. The analysis tool used is path analysis using the SPSS 26 for Windows program. The results of data analysis show that (1) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on performance. (2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. (4) the role of work motivation positively and significantly mediates the influence of leadership style on performance in SMKN 1 Lingsar teachers.

This study aims to prediction analysis financial distress using the Altman (Z-Score), Springate (S-Score), and Zmijewski (X-Score) methods for Conventional Taxi Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange based on the company's annual financial reports for the 2019-2021 period. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are the financial statements of conventional taxi companies for the 2019-2021 period published in the website Indonesia stock exchange. The type of research applied is associative research. The technical analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of financial literacy and risk tolerance on investment decisions of members of the Mataram University Capital Market Study Group (KSPM). The type of research used in this study is associative research. The data collection method used is a census method using primary data collected directly from respondents using questionnaires. The population in this study is all members of the Mataram University Capital Market Study Group (KSPM). The sample in this study was determined by a saturated sampling technique in which all 42 members of the population were sampled. The data analysis method used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique using the SmartPLS Partial Least Square (PLS) software application. The analysis results show that: (1) financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, and (2) risk tolerance has a positive but insignificant effect on investment decisions.

This study aims to determine whether the work environment and job satisfaction affect the performance of teachers at SMAN 1 Praya. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the census method. The population in this study were all teachers at SMAN 1 Praya. The number of samples used in this study were 86 teachers. The data collection technique used was documentation and distributing questionnaires containing statements about the work environment, job satisfaction and teacher performance. Questionnaires are used to get answers to the variables studied. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 for windows program. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This means that implementing a comfortable work environment and feeling satisfied with the teacher will actually improve the performance of a teacher. Comfortable working conditions will make the teacher feel calm in doing his job well. Likewise, having a high sense of job satisfaction will make the teacher feel happy doing his work so that it will have an impact on the resulting performance.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of bank soundness on stock price with profitability as an intervening variable in the banking companies in 2017-2021. The type of this research is an associative research with sample survey as data collection methods. The population in this study was 46 banking companies that listed on the IDX in 2017-2021 using a purposive sampling methods, which is 26 companies are obtained as a sample research. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. Based on the test and data analysis result shows that CAR is negative and insignificant on profitability, NPL is negative and significant on profitability, NPM is positive and insignificant on profitability, LFR is positive and significant on profitability, CAR is negative and insignificant on stock price, NPL and LFR is negative and insignificant on stock price, NPM is positive and insignificant on stock price, profitability is positive and significant on stock price, profitability unable to mediates the effect of CAR and NPL on stock price, and profitability mediates the effect of NPM and LFR on stock price.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Return On Asset, Beta, Dividend Payout Ratio and Total Asset Turn Over on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. This research is a quantitative research that is associative. Sampling is carried out using purposive sampling techniques. This study used a sample of 28 companies from 195 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period, so that the total observation in this research material was multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews version 12. The results of this study show that return on assets has a positive but not significant effect and total asset turn over has a negative but not significant effect on the value of the company. While beta and dividend payout ratio show a positive and significant influence on the value of the company. For further research, researchers are expected to expand the research object of Indonesian stock market business midwives so that they can add more diverse research variables.

This study discusses the role of digital skills and agile leadership that can affect organizational agility. Companies that have digital skills will influence organizational agility and are supported by agile leadership as a moderation, so they will be better prepared in facing the era of digitalization. This research was conducted by testing SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using the help of SmartPLS statistical software. This research was conducted by survey method by distributing questionnaires to 250 MSMEs in Central Java, Indonesia. The results of this study have a positive and significant relationship between workforce transformation and e-readiness in digital skills. Agile leadership can moderate the relationship between digital skills and organizational agility of MSME in Central Java. The conclusion is that digital skills and agile leadership have a role in increasing organizational agility of MSMEs in Central Java. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara workforce transformation dan e-readiness dalam digital skill. Agile leadership dapat memoderasi hubungan antara digital skill dengan organizational agility UMKM di Jawa Tengah. Kesimpulannya bahwa digital skill dan agile leadership berperan dalam meningkatkan organizational agility UMKM di Jawa Tengah.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of good governance and its impact on the performance of local government apparatus. The data source in this study is using a questionnaire distributed to 32 Regional Device Organizations in West Nusa Tenggara Province which consists of Dinas, Agency, Office and Inspectorate. The research population was all state civil servants from the leadership element, head of field, staff in the general and service subsection, while the research sample was 96 respondents, namely: head of finance and planning subdivision, treasurer of expenditure and staff of finance and planning subdivision. The sampling technique of this study using the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach, as well as the processing and analysis of all data in this study was carried out using the help of a computer device which was specifically carried out with the SPSS program version 22.0. The results of this study show that the implementation of the principles of good governance has a positive effect on the performance of the regional government apparatus of West Nusa Tenggara Province. By paying attention to other factors that can influence it, including: the principles of accountability, transparency, application of law, responsiveness, justice or equality, the ability of professional and responsible local government officials, the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, high responsibility of local government officials, the availability of adequate public information, and rules that are enforced fairly and evenly.

This research is aimed to identify determinant factors of Banyumulek rural tourism marketing strategy. This research was qualitative research that used descriptive techniques and SWOT analysis as its tools. The participants chosen by a purposive sampling method. The data was collected by using observation, interview, documentation, and library study. The result of the research showed that there were 13 internal factors and 8 external factors which became the determinant factors of Banyumulek rural area marketing strategy. These factors were divided into nine Strengths, four Weaknesses, four Opportunities, and four Threats. The main Strength of the village was the ability of village craftsmen to produce traditional pottery. The prime weakness of the rural tourism area was low tourism facility. Meanwhile the Banyumulek village main opportunity was market opportunity at home and abroad; and the prime threat to the Banyumulek Tourism Village is the decrease in the use of earthenware products due to the fading of cultural customs and local wisdom values.
