The aim of this research is to determine the significance of the influence of promotions and flash sales on decisions to use the Shopee application. The population of this research is Mataram city residents who have shopped on the Shopee application at least 1-3 times. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. Data collection techniques and tools use questionnaires distributed online. This research was located in Mataram City and the research population used a sample of 100 respondents. Using non-probability and purposive sampling techniques. The research results show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the Shopee application in the city of Mataram. The purchase decision is the ultimate goal of establishing a business to be able to dominate the market and benefit from the business. The purchase decision itself is influenced by several factors, including store atmosphere, quality service and buying interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of purchasing decision determinants based on consumer perception at Nook Restaurant Kerobokan. This research was conducted at Nook Restaurant Kerobokan located at Jalan Umalas 1, Gang Nook No.1, Kerobokan Kelod, by distributing as many as 100 questionnaires to Nook Restaurant Kerobokan consumers. This research is quantitative research with data collection using questionnaire distribution method. The results of this study show that store atmosphere has a positive effect on buying interest, but does not affect purchasing decisions. Furthermore, service quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions and buying interest. The results of the intervening effect study show that buying interest has a positive influence or strengthens the relationship between variable store atmosphere and quality service on consumer purchasing decisions at Nook Restaurant

The objective of this study is to enhance employee performance by investigating efficient human resource management (HR) tactics within the dynamic framework of the worldwide corporate environment. This study employs a case study methodology and qualitative techniques. The population of the research includes all employees in the specific organization, with a sample consisting of individuals with varying levels of experience in HR management. Document review, direct observation, and in-depth interviews are examples of research instruments. The findings of the study demonstrate that thorough hiring and selection provide a strong basis for long-term productivity, and ongoing training and development improves workers' ability to adjust to changing work conditions. A transparent and productive work environment is produced by effective communication, and a work culture that emphasizes growth and higher success and improves employee performance is created by providing constructive feedback. Increased productivity, a healthy work-life balance, motivation, engagement, career development, and efficient performance management are all impacted by HR management methods on employee performance. Through the identification of critical variables influencing employee performance and the development of corresponding strategies, this research offers businesses direction and suggestions for navigating the intricacies of the contemporary business environment and achieving sustained success

This research aims to analyze the influence of earnings management and financial ratios on bond rating values (Study of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2022 period). This type of research is associative research. The population in this study were 44 financial companies that issued bonds. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling method with certain criteria, namely 44 bond issuing companies. The research variables in this study use Earnings Management proxied by Estimated Management Accruals (EDAit) and Solvency Ratio proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Activity Ratio proxied by Total Asset Turnover (TAT) as an independent variable, and Bond Rating Value as a variable dependent. The analysis method in this research uses Logistic Regression analysis techniques. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, price, and products on customer satisfaction at Medina Wedding Organizer. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is consumers who have used the services of the company Medina Wedding Organizer with a sample of 85 people with certain criteria. The method used in this study is purposive sampling with the provisions of the respondents who have used the premium package and the frugal package at the Medina Wedding Organizer. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Regression results obtained t count on the service quality variable of 2.449 and t table of 1.988, on the price variable t count of 4.117 and t table of 1.988 while on the product variable t count of 3.549 and t table of 1.988 affecting customer satisfaction at Medina Wedding Organizer. It can be concluded that the variables of service quality, price, and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Product, Customer Satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the influence of exemplary leadership, sanctions and supervision on the work discipline of village officials in Plampang District, Sumbawa Regency. The method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all village officials with a total of 59 respondents. Data obtained by using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test. The results showed that: (1) leadership examples, sanctions and warnings had a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of village officials, t-stat (3.990) ) > 2.004; (2) positive and significant responsive sanctions to the work discipline of village officials, t-stat (3.845) ) > 2.004; and (3) warnings have a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of village officials, t-stat (2.669) > 2.004.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of funding decisions, investment decisions, profitability and firm size on firm value at LQ 45 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is an associative research. The data collection method used is the Sample Survey method using secondary data sources in the form of quantitative data, namely annual financial reports obtained from www.idx.co.id. The results of the panel data regression analysis show that financing decisions proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a positive effect, but not significantly to firm value. Meanwhile, investment decisions proxied by the Price Earning Ratio (PER) have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Profitability proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive but not significant effect on firm value, while firm size (Size) has a negative but not significant effect on firm value. It is hoped that this research can be taken into consideration by investors in making investment decisions.

The title of this study is Impact of Work Ability, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PD Indah Permai Group, Mataram City. The purpose of this study is to shed light on the extent to which employee performance is influenced by job competence, job motivation, and work discipline. The type of research used in this study is an associative study with a quantitative approach. A survey sampling method is a method that researchers use to collect data. In this study, 54 employees were the population and respondents used by the researchers. Multiple Linear Regression in SPSS versions 25 and 26 is a data analysis tool. The results of our analysis show that: (1) Employee performance is positively and significantly affected by the employee's ability to work. (2) Employee performance is significantly positively impacted by job motivation. (3) Employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by work discipline. (4) Employee performance is greatly influenced by work discipline.

The purpose of this study is to shed light on the extent to which employee performance is influenced by job competence, job motivation, and work discipline. The type of research used in this study is an associative study with a quantitative approach. A survey sampling method is a method that researchers use to collect data. In this study, 54 employees were the population and respondents used by the researchers. Multiple Linear Regression in SPSS versions 25 and 26 is a data analysis tool. The results of our analysis show that: (1) Employee performance is positively and significantly affected by the employee's ability to work. (2) Employee performance is significantly positively impacted by job motivation. (3) Employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by work discipline. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the relationship between store ambiance and consumers' desire to return to Taliwang Kanty stores as well as the relationship between price and that intention. The inhabitants of Sumbawa who have made purchases at the Taliwang Kanty Store make up the study's demographic. A survey research methodology is used in the data collection process. Online surveys and questionnaires are used in data gathering strategies together with questionnaires as the data collecting tool. The data were processed used SPSS 26.0 for Windows by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this study show that store atmosphere (X1) has an effect on repurchase intention with a t-count of 3.591 ˃ 1.984 with a significance value of 0.001 which is below the required significant value of 0.05. Price (X2) has an effect on repurchase intention with a t-count value of 6.713 ˃ 1.984 with a significance value of 0.000 because it is below the implied significant value of 0.05. According to the results of this study, it is suggested to the owner of the Taliwang Kanty Store to further improve the store atmosphere and pay more attention to current trends and future trends and continue to provide products with the latest trends that many consumers choose in determined fashion.
