. The purpose of this article is to know and understand about the process of guiding correctional students in the correctional institutions at the Abepura Jayapura Community Service Institution. The type of this research is juridical normative which is sourced from primary and secondary and tertiary materials, which are analyzed qualitatively by describing the results of the existing data descriptively. The results of the study provide an illustration that the development of correctional students in the Class Iia Abepura Correctional Institution is carried out with the first stage of guidance followed by assimilation then integration with the hope that after serving a period of punishment students can return to society and society can accept it but that in the implementation of coaching there are obstacles faced by the officer. Obstacles are divided into two parts, namely internal factors, namely prisoners, facilities and infrastructure, budget / funds and human resources (supervisors) then external factors are lack of coordination with supervisory judges, supervisory prosecutors and correctional institutions.

. The existence of a tourist village in the course of tourism development in the country is very important. He has been able to color a more dynamic variety of destinations in a tourism area so that tourism is not always trapped in the development trend of mass tourism. Constraints and challenges in tourism villages are the limited vision or clear perception of the community about tourism, low interest and public awareness, low human resource capacity, cultural barriers, frequent coercion and deception of tourists. The development of a tourism village can create local tourism products as the basis for planning and marketing products, so as to create economic stability and resilience. This research uses Analytical Hierarchy Process with descriptive qualitative method. The sampling technique will be used using strata proportional sampling technique. In the identification of natural attractions, there are 2 (two) out of 4 (four) identified attractions, the MICE Potential in Girimulyo Tourism Village (Srambang Park). Generally, the components of MICE activities are integrated into a training or sports package. The approach to developing MICE in Girimulyo Tourism Village is assessed from several main points related to the availability of natural resources, creativity of human resources, as well as readiness and appropriateness of the aspects of facilities, activities, amenities and attractions that support MICE activities.

This research purposes is, to identify and prove whether the implementation of authentic material was able to improve the students’ listening skills. The research method used in this study was a classroom action research (CAR). It was performed in two cycles at the ESL Classroom especially in the intermediate listening class. The procedures in every cycle included planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Qualitative data was collected by using observation, interview, and questionnaire. Analysing data by comparing the mean score of pre-test and post-test was as a quantitative data. The research findings prove that authentic materials improve the students’ listening skill. It was demonstrated by the improvement of students’ mean score. The mean score of pre-test was 58, 38. It improved to 70.15 in first post-test and improved up to 82,82 in second post-test. The improvements of students’ listening comprehension are: 1) the students could locate and determine the general information (central idea), 2) the students could discover the detail information, 3) the students could find the implicit information, 4) the students could find the purpose, and 5) the students were able to make inference. In order to get maximum achievement of students listening comprehension, the lecturer ought to apply authentic material as an interesting teaching media which will seize students’ attention to participate in listening comprehension.
