. The writing of this article focuses on the impact of the construction of the Patane Grave on the availability of residential and agricultural space in North Toraja and local government policies regarding this matter. The method used in this research is empirical research method. The data used are primary data collected through interviews and questionnaires to respondents and secondary data obtained from literature materials recorded in several books and articles. Data processing using qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the construction of pantane graves had both positive and negative impacts on the availability of residential and agricultural space, the positive impact was saving on land use for burial needs, facilitating the burial process and customary rituals related to Ma'nene 'rituals. While the negative impact of the construction of the Patane grave is causing unorganized in the arrangement of residential and agricultural spaces because there are no rules governing the location of the Patane grave, so that people are free to build wherever agreed by the family, so that it is mixed with settlements or built in productive agricultural locations, thereby reducing residential and agricultural space systematically. There is no local regulation regarding the Patane Grave building. The regional regulations regarding building permits levies and the regional regulations on the North Toraja Spatial Plan do not mention the Patane Grave building, however there are some Lembang /Villages that have taken policies and concentrated the construction of the Patane graves on special areas.

When COVID 19 attacked, the decision made by the government was to impose an online learning system. Unfortunately, various problems arose that required universities to take responsive steps to find the solutions to the monotonous of the online learning system which made students’ enthusiasm for online lectures drop dramatically due to the ability of lecturers in utilizing online applications which was limited on giving face-to-face lectures virtually without any modification. This study aimed to elaborate the effectiveness of applying CIA learning approach as an effort to increase students’ enthusiasm and interest in the midst of the monotonous of face-to-face lectures virtually during the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher used descriptive qualitative research methods. The samples used were 100 students from various disciplines at Sawerigading University, Makassar who were chosen randomly. The data collection technique was through questionnaire and observation. In general. The results showed that students' interest in online learning systems increased from 12.7% which stated that the learning system applied by lecturers during the first period of the pandemic was less qualified to 61.8% of high quality in the second period so that the students felt very interested in joining the online system. The students response agreed that the online learning system by Sawerigading University lecturers was more creative, interactive and active after the CIA learning approach was applied through various activities in the virtual room. These results identified that the students gave positive responses to the application of the CIA learning approach as an effort by the University of Sawerigading Makassar to find a solution to the problem of low student enthusiasm for face-to-face lecture methods online in a virtual room that previously seemed monotonous and less attractive.

The subject is chosen since it requires advanced level for comprehension and mastering the material. This research is a Research and Development (R & D) using 4D development model (define, design, develop and disseminate). Data collection techniques include field notes, expert validation, questionnaires, and practicality test. The instructional media is said to be valid based on the result of expert validation judgment. The small group response result for their learning achievement is in a Very Good category, while the media practicality is in a Very Good category and highly positive. These results prove that Powtoon as an instructional media is very good to be used in the learning process.

. Investor’s decision to maximize returns and reduce investment risk is to diversify their portfolios. According to the Behavioral Finance study, the investment decision is influenced by emotional psychology. Therefore, this study aims to examine psychological factors, that is investor competence and familiarity bias towards the decision of individual investor portfolio diversification. Data were collected using a questionnaire for active investors in Malang, Surabaya and Jakarta. Research questionnaire were distributed in person or online. The results showed that the competence investors has a positive and significant effect on the decision of investor portfolio diversification. Meanwhile, familiarity bias has a significant negative effect on investor portfolio diversification decision. This reflects that investment decisions in trading are influenced by limited rationality, emotional factors, and individual personality traits. Whereas in conditions of economic and financial uncertainty, its is believed that humans cannot escape the aspects of psychological bias in the decision-making process.

This study reveals a going concern with cultural metaphors. This study aims to reveal the concept of sustainability (going concern) in the metaphor of the cultural products of Sambu 'Barumbun in Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi, Indonesia, which still exists today. The research method in this study is a qualitative method through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained by interviewing four informants who know clearly the object under study. The data were analyzed using semiotic analysis, namely the study of signs, in which the meaning of each person will be different according to culture, ideology, and experience. The results of this study indicate that Sambu 'Barumbun has a going concern concept which is used when customary activities are also used as a source of income for the Mamasa community.

. Housing is one of the individuals' basic needs besides food and clothing, and house demand will increase continuously to respond to the increasing population. Consequently, the gaps between housing needs and availability (backlog) in Indonesia remains high. However, home mortgage default probability is still a crucial issue for banks. Investigating the factors that explain home mortgage default probability is important for banks to mitigate the credit default risk. Among these numerous factors, loan and borrowers' characteristics likely play significant roles in determining home mortgage probability. Hence, this study seeks to analyze the effects of credit and borrowers' characteristics on home mortgage default probability. One hundred and thirty-three mortgage customers of the Semarang Branch Office of Bank X are selected as the research sample through the purposive sampling method. Because the dependent variable has discrete values representing different loan qualities (from liquid to doubtful), the data is then analyzed using the ordered probit regression analysis. The results show that loan to value (LTV) is the credit characteristic that affects home mortgage default probability, implying that higher LTV ratios will increase home mortgage default. Meanwhile, education level is the borrower's characteristic that significantly affects home mortgage default probability. This study offers the following managerial implications. First, banks should consider their borrowers' education level. In this respect, education level is closely related to a broader perspective and the amount of income. Second, banks should also consider LTV when allocating home mortgages because it indicates potential borrowers' capacity to pay. Our findings inform banks to take potential borrowers’ education levels into account when making home mortgage credit decisions. Education levels are closely related to broader perspectives and higher income. Meanwhile, LTV (a ratio between credit amount and property value) is related to the capacity to repay. Higher property values imply lower LTV ratios and eventually

Brand awareness is one of the things that every company dreams of in improving its performance. The company's performance, which is supported by the company's sales of the brands they own, will certainly increase with the brand awareness of consumers of the brands offered by a company. For this reason, the authors feel the need to examine the components that affect the performance of the company, in this case Small and Medium Enterprises as the object. The methods used are: 1) The validity test of each component of Digital Marketing and Brand Awareness, where the valid components are re-tested using; 2) Reliability test, then the reliable components are carried out; 3) Multiple Regression processing test. As the result, it found that Digital Marketing (X1) and Brand Awareness (X2) together have an effect on the performance of SMEs in Makassar City (Y). Therefore, it is necessary to re-examine the components that play an important role in the performance of SMEs, especially in terms of digital marketing that plays a more important role.

. Resilience is the way how an individual deal with obstacles or problems. Some factors influence each student’s resilience, outside and inside of each individual, called as risk and protective factors. This research was aimed to identify the risk and protective factors that affect the student’s resilience. Moreover, the objective was also to find out how those factors affected the student’s resilience. The scope of the research was the student of English Department in the first year that got GPA lowers than 3.00. This case study collected the data by exploring the academic score, conducting biographical research by interviewing the student and the lecturers, and analyzing interview-sessions-diaries of the student. The findings showed that the risk factor affecting the student’s resilience came from the environment, in which the family was less supportive and low expectation. Furthermore, the protective factors which affecting the student’s resilience are low family stress and good child relationship. Dealing with how those factors affecting the student’s resilience, it was found that the less supportive aspect made the student did not bond with parents that caused low surveillance for the student’s achievement. Besides, the low expectation from the family established low resilience.
