This study aims to examine 1) Is there an effect of learning motivation on learning achievement, 2) is there an effect of learning style on learning achievement, and 3) is there an effect of learning motivation and learning style on learning achievement together. This type of research includes quantitative research with conclusions drawn through statistical analysis. The research location is in private junior high schools throughout the city of Tangerang, the population is 263 students, and the research sample is 159 students. Based on the results of the study: (1) There is a positive and very significant effect between Learning Motivation (X1) on Learning Achievement (Y) with a correlation coefficient score of ry1 = 0.773a, the influence of High Motivation (X1) will have a strong influence on Learning Achievement (Y) private junior high school students in the city of Tangerang with a determination coefficient score of r2y1 = 0.595. 2) There is a positive and very significant relationship between Learning Style (X2) on Learning Achievement (Y) of private junior high school students in the city of Tangerang, with a correlation coefficient score of ry2 = 0.761a, on Learning Style (X2) High will provide a strong relationship on the increase in Learning Achievement (Y), with a coefficient of determination score produced by r2y2 = 0.579. 3) and there is a positive and very significant effect between motivation (X1) and learning style (X2) together on learning achievement (Y) with a correlation coefficient score of ry1.2 = 0.799a, the effect of learning motivation (X1) and Learning style (X2) together with strong learning achievement (Y) will have a large relationship with learning achievement (Y), with a determination coefficient score of r2y3 = 0.639. Contribution or influence of 6.39%, the remaining 36.1% was contributed by other variables that have a relationship with increasing learning achievement (Y).

This study uses multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of interpersonal communication and organizational climate on the teacher performance of Maitreya Buddhist Sunday School in Indonesia. In this study the determination of the sample using the census method or total sampling with a total sample of 105 respondents. This study uses primary data, data is collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents via google forms. The results of the study show that: (1) interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance of Maitreya SMB in Indonesia with a correlation coefficient score of 0.758, a determination coefficient of 0.575; (2) Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on the teachers performance of Maitreya SMB in Indonesia with a correlation coefficient score of 0.732, a coefficient of determination of 0.536; (3) Interpersonal communication and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect together on the teacher performance of SMB school in Indonesia with a correlation coefficient score of 0.827, a coefficient of determination of 0.684. Based on the results of the study, to optimize teacher performance, policies and regulations are needed to improve interpersonal communication and organizational climate.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of Chong-De Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) teachers throughout North Sumatra. This study uses multiple regression analysis. In this study the determination of the sample using probability sampling technique with the number of samples used in this study as many as 86 respondents. This study uses primary data, data is collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents via google forms. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 20.0 for Windows.With the coefficient ry12 = 0.917, the coefficient of determination (ry12)2 = 0.840 (84.0%) with the regression equation Y=34,805 + 0.165 X1 + 0.682 X2. This means that the higher the compensation and work discipline together, it can improve the teacher's performance of the Chong-De Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) teachers in North Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and learning independence on the learning outcomes of students in Chong-De Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) throughout North Sumatra. The independent variables in this study are emotional intelligence (X1) and learning independence (X2), and the dependent variable is learning outcomes (Y). In this research, the researcher used quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study was 325 students, the researcher took 179 students as a sample. This study uses primary data, data is collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents via google forms. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 20.0 by testing the normality of the hypothesis, the significance, and the regression equation. The analysis method used is by using linear regression analysis and multiple correlation. The result of this study indicates that there is an effect of emotional intelligence on students’ learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient score of ry1 = 0,880. Learning independence has a positive effect on students’ learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient score of ry2 = 0.884. Emotional intelligence (X1) and learning independence (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Buddhist Sunday School (SMB) Chong-De North Sumatra students’ learning outcomes (Y) with a correlation coefficient score of ry1,2 = 0.905. This shows that emotional intelligence and learning independence have a significant impact with learning outcomes.

The purpose of this study was to determine the independence of learning and interpersonal communication on the learning outcomes of Chong-De High School students in North Sumatra. The independent variable in this study is learning independence and interpersonal communication and the dependent variable is learning outcomes. In this study using a sample using probability sampling technique, with a total sample of 150 respondents. This research uses primary data, data is collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents via google form which is tested with SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The results of the research show that learning independence has a positive effect on student learning outcomes of SMB Chong- De North Sumatra with the resulting correlation coefficient of ry1 = 0.790 and the resulting coefficient of determination score of r2y1 = 0.624. Interpersonal communication has a positive effect on student learning outcomes of SMB Chong-De North Sumatra with the resulting correlation coefficient of ry2 = 0.589 and the resulting coefficient of determination score of r2y2 = 0.347. Independent learning and interpersonal communication have a positive and significant effect jointly on student learning outcomes of SMB Chong-De North Sumatra with a correlation coefficient score of ry1,2 = 0.815 and a coefficient of determination score of r2y1,2 = 0.665. Schools as educational institutions should always do quality improvement in the administration of education. Students whoattend school can be seen from the participant's point of view. Educational services needed by students can be done byselecting schools. For this reason, this study discusses the educational needs needed by students in continuing the educationexpected from junior high school to high school. This research uses a qualitative method using case studies. The studyparticipants consisted of six ninth grade students who were returned to secondary education. Data is collected by interviewsconducted based on the purpose of the study. Analysis of interview data using general stages according to McDury. Thefindings of this study include: dimensions of physical evidence, guarantees, and reliability of education services. Learners'needs related to physical factors, the process of teaching and learning activities and learning outcomes that exist in students.Related to schools making planning and supervision that requires the needs and infrastructure, teaching staff, and curriculumby taking into account the aspirations and needs of students to suit the needs of quality educational needs.

Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease which is a major cause of death worldwide. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the effect of water administration of celery powder (Apium graveolens) on blood pressure reductionin hypertensive patients. Celery (Apium graveolens) contains Apigenin which can prevent narrowing of the arteries(vasodilation) and Pthalides which can relax the artery muscles or relax blood vessels (vasorelaxation). This research usesfield observation method with a case study approach. Pre-treatment and post-treatment design. The results of the study of casestudies 1, 2, 3 and 4 showed an average result of a decrease in systolic pressure of 57.5 mmHg and diastolic of 25 mmHg.Study 5 as a control obtained results in lower blood pressure reduction. The conclusion of this study is the provision of watersteeping powder of celery simplicia influences in the form of decreased blood pressure and improved quality of life of patientswith hypertension.
