The performance assessment of the Merauke Regency Horticulture and Plantation Food Crops Service according to the government agency performance accountability system (SAKIP) in 2021 is still low, namely 69.87. Efforts need to be made to improve performance. This research highlights the quality of employees in dividing their time between work in the office and personal life. Improving the quality of employee work and life or Quality Work and Live (QWL) according to the initial survey is known to be possible by improving career development variables, work-life balance, employee attitudes, and compensation. This research aims to determine the determinant factors of QWL of employees at the Merauke Regency Horticulture and Plantation Food Crops Service. The research uses a descriptive quantitative method of hypothesis testing research over explanatory research because it is intended to explain the relationship of influence between variables through hypotheses. The research results show that work live balance (WLB) has a positive and insignificant effect on QWL, where increasing WLB can increase QWL. The more balanced work and life are, the higher the quality of work and life. Career development has a positive and insignificant effect on QWL. Smooth and fair career development will increase QWL. Meanwhile, office management's focus must be on variables with positive and significant results, where attitude has a positive and significant effect on QWL and compensation has a positive and significant effect on QWL. So efforts are needed to increase obedience and loyalty as part of the employee's attitude to the service as well as providing fair and transparent compensation.

This study investigates the complex correlation between Adverse Adolescent Experiences (AAEs), psychological trauma, and their subsequent impact on the learning process in adolescents. The primary aim of this study is to understand how traumatic experiences affect essential cognitive functions vital for learning, including memory, concentration, and problem-solving abilities. In educational contexts, we analyze how trauma can present itself, specifically in emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues, all of which can impede academic engagement and success. This study underscores the significance of trauma-informed educational approaches through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature and empirical research. These practices are specifically tailored to acknowledge and address the unique needs of adolescents who have undergone trauma, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment. This study also examines the importance of integrating comprehensive mental health support into educational systems, specifically focusing on how it positively affects affected adolescents' resilience and academic achievements. Further future implications can provide valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and mental health professionals to develop effective strategies that promote the academic and personal growth of adolescents who have experienced adverse and traumatic events.

The study addressed the issue of the banking capitalization strategy with its indicators (retained profits, issuance of new shares, and reserves) and its impact on enhancing its digital transformations with its indicators (the electronic clearing system and the gross real-time settlement system). The study sought to identify the nature of the banking capitalization strategy and provide a theoretical and philosophical framework based on intellectual qualification. And make a modest contribution regarding the variables and dimensions of the study. The study sample was chosen at the Central Bank of Iraq due to the major role it plays in the country’s economy, and through the financial reports published on the official website of the Central Bank for the period from (2011-2022). The researcher also used a set of statistical methods (SPSSV25, Excel V). 10, Eviews v.12) in order to process data and information. The study also tested a set of main and sub-hypotheses regarding the influence relationships between the variables of the study.

Most self-employed taxpayers, who are exempted from third-party reporting, is being evaded. Compared to employees and corporations, self-employed have a low percentage of compliance due to government regulation focusing more on large taxpayers, resulting in fiscal imbalance. Thus, this study aims to determine the significant influence of the tax behavior factors on the tax compliance status of self-employed individuals in Davao City. The study uses descriptive-correlational method and adapted a modified questionnaire to collect data from 180 self-employed taxpayers. Findings reveal that the level of four indicators: personal, institutional, economic, and social are high than the expected level. It also shows that the level of tax compliance in terms of administration and submitting tax returns are found to be tax compliant most of the time. Using the multiple regression analysis, only institutional and social factors significantly influence tax compliance. It is recommended that the government should further strengthen the tax authority's efficiency and effectiveness while making the tax system equitable. The researchers also suggest tax forms must be convenient and tax structure must be fair and just to likely increase the number of tax returns and ensure the favorable attitude of self-employed individuals towards taxation.
