On the path to industrialization, companies sought to create value for customers, shareholders, and owners. The relentless pursuit of profitability violated the rights of some community members and provoked several protests against the violation of human rights and negligence of environmental issues. Companies first understood these problems and accepted the demands of stakeholders. However, following the closure of many businesses that were not socially responsible, companies decided to apply general principles to create a good social image. Therefore, they stopped the protests against them by preventing the emergence of social problems and severe consequences of companies' actions towards society and nature. These events led to the introduction of the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Accordingly, companies attempted to take action and create a good social image of themselves by spending some money before being obliged by the law and society to deal with the negative social and environmental consequences of their activities. The problem was that companies spent only part of their profits on projects that they thought would receive the most significant social feedback. However, in traditional charitable CSR efforts, it is often impossible to undertake an activity and measure its tangible social outcomes in the long run. Companies must pursue a strategic concept that produces sustainable social changes by engaging different company segments and stakeholders. This concept is called corporate social innovation (CSI). This study defined the concept of CSR and showed how the definitions and concepts and corporate trends have shifted from CSR to CSI over the course of time.

Before the year of 2003, the Iraqi political arena was dominated by one-party regime. This party was the main and the only party that controlled all the joints of the country such as the education, economic, and industry sectors. After 2003, the whole political system of the country was transitioned from being a single-party to a multiparty regime. These parties formed coalitions and compete with each other to win the major offices in Iraq. In this paper, we involve the concepts of complex network in investigating and understanding the political performance of the current Iraqi parties in terms of political collaboration. We aim to generate and visualize a political network for the Iraqi parties and involve some measurements in the analysis. Using this measurement, we plan to evaluate the parties and the coalitions formed by these parties. We also plan to highlight some of the influential parties' leaders.

This article seeks to examine the role of the Islamic economy and finance in combating the phenomena of poverty and unemployment in Muslim countries. It also proposes mechanisms to address the problem of unemployment through Islamic banks with the aim of achieving economic development and social solidarity, as well as through the alms (Zakat) fund by establishing special funds to finance investment projects needed by the unemployed. Moreover, it studies the crisis of unemployment, as the article shows the role of waqf (which is an Islamic endowment of property to be held in trust and used for a charitable or religious purpose) as an economic institution that can provide jobs for its performers, and provide jobs through projects. The study also shows how the Islamic economy can address the problem of poverty (through zakat and waqf), by giving good loans, to finance small projects, as well as by providing social and economic services to the poor and needy.

2019 was the initial year of Taiwan regional revitalization; the Taiwanese government attempted to solve the issues of overpopulation in big cities due to urbanization, whereas the depopulation issues occur in the rural area. In 2015, the Taichung City Government launched the "Reaching-for-Stars Youth, Dream-Come-True in Taichung"(RSY project), which promotes the establishment of youth entrepreneurial clusters in Taichung City and invites young people of cultural and creative industries to return home for entrepreneurship. In order to investigate the Taichung City Government's strategy for promoting this project, this study adopted grounded theory, in-depth interviews, and field surveys. This study proposes the "Entrepreneurship Base Operation Strategy Framework", which contains five operational strategy facets, the government entrepreneurship policy, local entrepreneurship capital and environmental resources, operation management strategy for incubation and counseling, brand management and marketing of the entrepreneurship base, and local sustainable management.

This paper presents an account audition system based on (Expert System), an artificial intelligence technique. This paper presents an account audition system based on (Expert System), an artificial intelligence technique. Since the limited studies dealt with using artificial intelligence in a general and expert system in auditing accounts in Iraq (within the researcher's knowledge limits), the researcher tried to tackle these two subjects in his current study to apply them in reality. The expert system that is designed within rules and facts of knowledge base analyzes, audits, and extracts data from financial tables within accounting distributions consist included such as names of accounts and their numbers whose values are represented within cost centers represented by certain symbolic numbers that differ from one institution to another and obtaining the required results by using an applicable knowledge base. The Proposed system approach offers a practical method of auditing and distributing the required data by using the expert systems manually by many auditors. Using the expert system led to lessening time and effort taken to make audits and the accuracy of obtaining results.

The novelty of this paper is in applying the downstream innovation in the tourism concept into herbal tourism village as alternative tourism in the new normal era. This project assistance is an implementation of the results of previous research related to tourism villages, especially the Catur Tourism Village, Kintamani, Bali as a form of implementation of herbal tourism villages as alternative tourism in the new normal era towards innovation in the downstream tourism concept of the herbal tourism village. The results of this project assistance can strengthen homestay-based tourism villages in Catur Tourism Village by strengthening homestay management so that the attraction of overnight tourism increases following the standards of hospitality, cleanliness, health, safety, and environment and health procedures in the era of adaptation to new and post-pandemic habits. Lifting, creating, and selling the potential for natural, agro, herbal, and cultural tourism, through assistance in exploring, packaging, and presenting tourist attractions as something to see. Empowering and instilling the values of excellent service quality local tour guides in eco-tourism exploration as something to do. Empowering tourism village managers and villagers in developing tourism products based on the principles of Sapta Pesona, including developing and packaging Catur Village souvenir products as something to buy, so that tourists get a thorough tourism experience. This study aims to examine the effect of CEO characteristics and stakeholder involvement on CSR disclosure quality, with firm performance as a moderating variable. This study was conducted with the assumption that the analysis of human factors (in this case management) is often forgotten when analyzing CSR reporting. Thus, the upper echelon theory is used as the basis in this study. This study also provides a different measurement of CEO education, where CEO education is not only seen from the background of economic and business education, but also seen from the CSR certification followed by the CEO. The study's findings, based on data from Kompas-100 firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2019, show that CEO tenure, CEO education, and stakeholder involvement all have a significant positive influence on CSR disclosure quality. However, CEO compensation has no effect on CSR disclosure quality. Furthermore, the firm's financial performance was proven to moderate the positive influence between CEO tenure and CEO education on the quality of the firm's CSR disclosure, but failed to moderate the effect of CEO compensation and stakeholder involvement on the quality of the firm's CSR disclosure.

The study aims at examining the ergonomics practices in the banking sector of Bangladesh especially on Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) and strains to show the relationship between ergonomics and employee satisfaction in the workplace. This study conducted on the existing employees serving the said bank branches operating in Rangpur. The significance of ergonomics in the workstation was commenced in 1949 in the Ideas Bank in US. Ergonomics, a new design of applying sophisticated tools facilitates employees’ performance and general productivity ensuring congenial work environment. A theoretical framework has been developed showing the dependent variable and independent variables were showed. The study confirmed that there is highly significant relationship between ergonomics factors and employee satisfaction withe help of Pearson Correlation Matrix. Employee satisfaction is very much important for earning profit and maximizing wealth of the bank. The study explored specific factors such as working tools, health, body posture, acoustics, working time, working environment and distinctly analyzed these factors while data collection. Data were collected through Likert’s Five Point Scale and used SPSS software. For internal consistency and reliability test, used Cronbach’s Alpha (.958) and KMO (.625>.5) test for quantifying observations in this study. The study identified six considerable factors having the direct relation with employee satisfaction. The study explored some specific delinquent in the practices of ergonomics in the banks and suggested for overcoming the challenges as well.
