This paper investigates how a Multinational Corporation (MNC), Starbucks in this case, adopts best practices to produce optimal results in the Lebanese market mentioning the difficulties and factors that influence the application of best practices. The ability of a MNC to effectively adapt a best practice to a host environment depends on the style of management of the company. After a face-to-face interview with the District Area Manager of the Starbucks Mena region and plenty of information gathered from the company's website and documents, Starbucks Lebanon adopts a combination of two different management styles introduced by Professor Howards: Polycentric and ethnocentric approaches.

This study shows evidence that the direct influence, including organizational climate, has a significant effect on the productive behavior of lecturers in private universities in East Java, Indonesia. This study uses a model concept that emphasizes the individual level, where individual factors have an essential role in an organization. Organizational sustainability is found in individuals in the organization, especially those who have good behavior and are supported by organizational climate. Another factor is job satisfaction for productive behavior; it will strongly influence and make a habit of doing constructive behavior. This research method uses a survey in which the sample is taken from the population with a questionnaire as a tool in the primary data collection. The unit of analysis is lecturers from private universities in East Java, Indonesia. On the other hand, this research can also be regarded as explanatory research that examines and discusses the effect of organizational climate variables and job satisfaction on productive behavior in private university lecturers in East Java, Indonesia. Based on the statistical calculations using the structural equation model (SEM) analysis technique, this study shows that the path coefficient value from organizational climate to job satisfaction is 0.384. strong influence. The results of data analysis using a structural equation model show that there is a path coefficient value from organizational climate to productive behavior with a value of 0.207; the importance of this path coefficient has a positive direction which explains that the more vigorous or higher the value of organizational climate is owned and felt by private university lecturers in East Java. The conclusion is that private universities in East Java have their peculiarities in maintaining the institution in the face of uncertain fluctuations or changes that are not easily predictable. Private universities in East Java have a relatively large number of institutes, high schools, polytechnics, and universities. In the face of various uncertain conditions, it is necessary to have an effort that emphasizes more productive behavior. The application of constructive behavior needs support and some theories on which to base it.

Background: Aquaculture is the best source of sustainable livelihood for communities, as long as the technology is in place and environment friendly. The aquaculture in southern Negros Occidental continues to experience a crisis that includes this recent COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to rapid financial and structural changes and awareness of farming's enormous influence on ecosystem health. Oyster and fish cages farmers were familiar with and associated terms such as environmental protection, small-scale aquaculture, profitability, and productivity with sustainable oyster and fish production. Furthermore, the researcher, who has experience in the aquaculture industry, desires to investigate sustainability and recognizes this aquaculture owners/operators' vulnerability and challenges in their livelihood. Thus, the paper analyzed the sustainability, vulnerability, and challenges of aquaculture livelihood projects in Southern Negros. Methods: Using a descriptive quantitative research design, 50 aquaculture operators/owners answered a checklist questionnaire to analyze the sustainability, vulnerability, and challenges of aquaculture livelihood projects. Frequency count and percentage distribution were used in analyzing the quantitative data. Results: In human capital, the operators/owners have at least a high school graduate to engage in aquaculture livelihood and range 0-1 year of experience. They are aware of health and safety practices, and the skills they know are feeding and harvesting. They are sole workers, and the physical skill they perform is swimming. For natural capital, all operators/owners gained access to the Nanunga River permit from the Local Government Unit of Municipality of Hinigaran. The size of the fishing ground and fish pens is at 5x5meters, and they conduct monthly coastal cleaning for the maintenance of the surroundings. The timeline and growth and water sensitivity affect the timeline growth of the oyster shell and fish species, respectively. They are also given an action plan to prepare the climate change and initiate the monthly coastal cleanup to maintain cleanliness in the coastal. In terms of financial capital, the income of operators/owners is higher compared to expenses, debt, and taxes paid per harvest. As a result, they can set aside a net amount for savings. Also, they received support from the government every year. They were given a three-year projected financial statement to know the income, expenses, debt, savings, and taxes. Regarding social capital, the aquaculture livelihood helps their community by providing livelihood to their families, providing food supplies, and contributing to economic gain. The operators/owners are trusted, and they follow norms in the community. They are also involved in the monthly meetings to discuss the concerns about their aquaculture livelihood projects. They also avail of the financial assistance loan from the government through the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)

Destination image has become an interesting issue in tourism research, but empirically, the study about destination image relationship and tourist loyalty show diverse result. This study aims to analyse the effect of destination image on loyalty. This study uses quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out using a survey method with questionnaire to tourism visitors. One hundred and ten respondents have been selected as respondent, and path analysis carried out the data analysis. The results showed that the destination's image affected emotional bonding, and emotional bonding mediated the destination image impact on tourist loyalty. The study was only based on Trenggalek city, East Java Province, Indonesia, and therefore, the results cannot be generalised. The study proves that the emotional bonding variable can replace the role of satisfaction in mediating the effect of destination image on tourist loyalty. The results of this research can be used as a basis for tourism marketers to design marketing strategy to improve consumer intention to revisit the tourism destination. Several studies of the destination image influence on tourist intention to visit have been carried out. However, research that specifically discusses the role of tourist emotional bonding in the influence of destination image on tourist loyalty has not been widely discussed. Keywords: tourism, destination image, emotional bonding, tourist loyalty

In this article, we highlight comprehensive and up-to-date information on the analysis of the central public administration that addresses how the authorities, institutions and central public entities with responsibilities in preventing and combating the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in Romania have used public funds allocated in this purpose. Romania has accepted the decrease of budget revenues, through a series of fiscal measures and by diminishing the income-generating economic activities. The budgets of some main authorizing officers with special attributions during the state of emergency were supplemented, namely: the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection; Ministry of Health; Ministry of Public Finance; Ministry of Public Works, Development and Administration; Ministry of Interior; Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure and Communications; Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Public ministry; National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority; Special Telecommunications Service; Romanian Information Service; Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Romanian Academy. In order to implement measures to prevent and combat the pandemic, as well as to manage the state of emergency, a series of resources were mobilized, in addition to donations and sponsorships, received by public institutions from the central public administration during the state of emergency. At the same time, for the local government component, the data are structured in such a way as to reflect the tasks and tasks of local authorities in preventing and combating the pandemic, but also the findings on resource management used for this purpose, segmented into the following areas: medical assistance (medical equipment, medicines, sanitary materials, salary rights, etc.); expenses incurred in establishing the quarantine; disinfection costs imposed by measures to prevent and combat the epidemic; Other expenditure due to the need to take measures to prevent and combat the epidemic. The Government of Romania has adopted an emergency ordinance for the organization and conduct of public information campaigns in the context of the epidemiological situation caused by the spread of COVID-19, in order to raise awareness of the risks of disease and increase voluntary compliance with health and social regulations imposed by competent authorities, in order to limit the spread of the virus after the end of the state of emergency. Audiovisual and printed materials that will be broadcast in public information campaigns, such as audio and video spots, online banners, print mock-ups, mock-ups for billboards, will be created and produced centrally by a creative structure in which specific professional associations can delegate members. from several volunteer and / or paid agencies.

At present, zakat payments allow payment via online. Therefore, the relationship between the Amil Zakat Institution and the muzakki must be strengthened, primarily through online zakat payments. E-CRM or what is known as e-Customer Relationship Management is used to facilitate the implementation of CRM in the world of digital payments. E-CRM allows the Amil Zakat Institution to provide appropriate services to satisfy muzakki and increase muzakki loyalty in paying zakat through online applications. Also, the E-CRM feature is essential for management. Zakat Payer Relations Online, without the e-CRM feature, CRM in the world of online zakat payments cannot be realized. Some literature there is no theoretical model for E-CRM implementation on online zakat payments. Besides, there are shortcomings in previous studies that focused on identifying the importance and categorization of e-CRM features in the various stages of the transaction cycle. So, this study seeks to fill the information gap based on empirical data obtained from the survey. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between E-CRM features in online zakat payments and online zakat payer loyalty at various stages of the pre-payment, when-payment, and post-payment transaction cycle. The results of this study indicate that the use of E-CRM in online zakat payment applications can affect the satisfaction and loyalty of online zakat payers. Research contributes to the role of the E-CRM feature in increasing the loyalty of zakat payers online at various stages of the payment cycle. What's more, this study highlights the critical elements of the E-CRM program, where online zakat payment applications must invest to increase the loyalty of zakat payers.
