Wi-Fi Signal Analysis for Heartbeat and Metal Detection: A Comparative Study of Reliable Contactless Systems 心跳和金属检测的Wi-Fi信号分析:可靠的非接触式系统的比较研究

In this survey paper, we present various proposals of Wi-Fi applications which can benefit society, namely through detection of vital signs and detection of suspicious objects. Based on the previous research conducted in this field, we analyze how heart rate detection using Wi-Fi dependent technologies compare to older, sensor-based methods and the necessity of modern implementations especially in the medical field. People can have heart problems such as tachycardia and bradycardia at any instance, thus systems which do not require contact are most practical in detection of vital sign irregularities. Sensorbased systems may depend on Wi-Fi technologies only for the communication between different components in the system, such as in the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport System. However, the presence of a sensor in these systems can be replaced by Wi-Fi technologies to detect the presence of people and monitor their corresponding heart rates in a contactless manner. Additionally, Wi-Fi dependent systems such as Vital Radio and Wi-Sleep can monitor the heart rates of multiple people at once. Therefore contactless, Wi-Fi based systems are most efficient and practical for daily use. Moreover, although contactless systems demonstrate the benefits of technological advancements, these systems can still be further improved since they tend to produce higher accuracy rates from shorter distances, as demonstrated by the UWB radar system and the Fresnel model. Contactless systems can be enhanced to detect multiple users at once at extended distances. After providing details of contact requiring and contactless systems for heart rate detection, we also provide other useful applications of Wi-Fi technology, such as in the field of metal detection, human fall detection, etc.

Blind Identification of LDPC Code Based on Deep Learning 基于深度学习的LDPC码盲识别

In cognitive radio or military communications systems, the receiver usually needs to blindly identify which LDPC code has been adopted by the transmitter. Existing methods for blind LDPC code identification suffer from high computational complexity. This paper proposes a deep learning based LDPC code identification algorithm. According to the algorithm, the received LDPC encoded sequence is treated as a text sentence, and a special convolutional neural network (CNN), TextCNN, is utilized to understand the sequence and infer which code is adopted. Two types of LDPC codes, namely quasi-cyclic LDPC and spatially coupled LDPC, are considered. Simulation results show that, the proposed algorithm is able to accurately identify both types of LDPC codes no matterwhether an extra convolution code exists or not.

FPGA Implementation of Stepping Correlation Acquisition Algorithm for Beidou II B1 Signal 北斗II号B1信号步进相关采集算法的FPGA实现

This paper based on the time domain serial acquisition principle, a multi-channel step correlation acquisition algorithm is designed and implemented by FPGA. According to the principle of modular design, the whole acquisition system is divided into local carrier NCO module, local code NCO module, and operation unit module. Their functions are to generate local in-phase and quadrature carriers, generate local pseudo code, and down-conversion of intermediate frequency signal, then carry out related cumulative calculation, and fmally rerunning threshold judgment. Every module is implemented in Quartus, and the function simulation is achieved in Modelsim, Through the simulation of the real time Beidou satellite digital IF signal in the whole acquisition module, and compared with the Matlab simulation results based on FFT parallel code phase acquisition, The results show that the algorithm can correctly and effectively capture the Beidou satellite signals it can improve the acquisition efficiency and reduce the utilization ratio of resources.

Power cable is an important carrier of power in medium voltage distribution network. It plays an important role in power transportation and power distribution. Whether the insulation performance of the cable is intact in actual production is an important factor atTecting power safety. Of medium voltage distribution network cable distribution parameter calculation and analysis of decoupling, build the equivalent circuit model of cable insulation defects, with the voltage oscillation wave under transient voltage and current as the information sources, dynamicaUy generated waiting for cable joint insulation defects with reference data set of fault diagnosis, fault diagnosis of the defect or judging function, the cable joint is obtained by a maximum of judging function of defect location and defect severity, in order to complete the medium voltage distribution network cable joint composite insulation defects detection technology is designed, fmaUy adopts the form of the simulation results verify the etTectiveness of the designed by detecting technology.

Research on CPI Prediction Based on Space-Time Model 基于时空模型的CPI预测研究

Consumer price index (CPI) prediction is an effective approach to measure inflation and provide a reference to formulate economic development strategy. The Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model is a classic model to predict CPI. However, a main drawback of ARIMA model is that it only utilizes the time effect while ignoring inter-regional economic interaction which is another significant effect on CPI. Aiming at this, the Generalized Space Time Autoregressive Integrated (GSTARI) model is proposed. In this paper, we verify and compare the prediction accuracy of both GSTARI model and classic ARIMA model with the CPI data of 4 main cities (Dalian, Shenyang, Changchun and Harbin) in China. Our experiments show that for most of cities, GSTARI model have 7%-38% higher prediction accuracy than ARIMA model.

Chinese Long Text Sentiment Analysis Based on the Combination of Title and Topic Sentences 基于标题句和主题句结合的中文长文情感分析

The long text in our study involves a complete discourse structure with a title and approximately 1500 Chinese characters within. Long text sentiment analysis has faced a lot of difficulties on the grounds that a long text often comprises multiple sentiments and diverse focuses. This paper proposes to analyze the sentiment of long texts based on the combination of title and topic sentence. Based on the fine-labeled texts, the analysis extracted the important features of topic sentences, such as location, feature words, degree of topic relevance and emotional words. Then two topic sentences were extracted from each text that can best represent the topic through weighted calculation of these multi-dimensional features. Next this paper combined the two topic sentences with the title to complete the sentiment analysis of the whole document. The topic sentence extraction method has achieved good results in the task of extracting and judging key emotional sentences of news in the 6th COAE (Chinese Opinion Analysis Evaluation) (2014), which shows that the method is effective. This method has been put into practice in the National Language Public Opinion Monitoring system, with an accuracy of 0.82.

Controllable Correlation Big Data Dynamic Prediction Model for Mobile Communication 移动通信可控关联大数据动态预测模型

At present, there were many mobile communication deviees in China. In order to improve the prediction effect of mobile communication and realize the scalability and dynamic evolution of the prediction system, a dynamic prediction model of controllable correlation big data for mobile communication was proposed. The application experiment was carried out, and the experimental results of various models were compared and analyzed. The experimental results showed that the model fully integrated the openness, extensibility and big data dynamic prediction advantages of mobile communication. The Design of Automatic Correction System for Spoken English Pronunciation Errors Based on Phonemes 基于音位的英语口语语音错误自动纠错系统设计

The existing automatic correction system of oral English pronunciation errors has the problem of poor correction effect, in order to solve these problems, an automatic correction system based on phoneme is designed. The hardware design of the system includes architecture, audio signal modulator, demodulator, audio coUector and eontroller, The software design includes audio acquisition of spoken English pronunciation, speech signal matching flUer processing, oral pronunciation error detection and oral pronunciation error correction. Through the design of hardware and software of the system, the automatic correction system of spoken English pronunciation errors based on phonemes is realized. The experimental results show that: compared with the existing automatic correction system of spoken English pronunciation errors, the automatic correction system of spoken English pronunciation errors designed in this paper greatly improves the correction effect, which fully shows that the designed system has better application performance.
现有的英语口语发音错误自动纠错系统存在纠错效果差的问题,为了解决这些问题,设计了一种基于音位的自动纠错系统。该系统的硬件设计包括体系结构、音频信号调制器、解调器、音频耦合器和控制器,软件设计包括英语口语语音的音频采集、语音信号匹配flUer处理、口语发音错误检测和口语发音错误校正。通过对系统硬件和软件的设计,实现了基于音素的英语口语发音错误自动纠错系统。实验结果表明:与现有的英语口语发音错误自动纠错系统相比,本文设计的英语口语发音错误自动纠错系统大大提高了纠错效果,充分说明所设计的系统具有更好的应用性能。

Research on Development Strategy of Test and Evaluation Assessment for Equipment Software 装备测试评估软件开发策略研究

How to check and assess the whole process of Test and Evaluation on equipment software is one of the major challenges faced by the development of equipment software at present. In order to solve above problems, this paper proposed the development strategies of Test and Evaluation assessment for equipment software in terms of the overall design, data-driven, assessment system and method construction. Then the process of Test and Evaluation assessment on equipment software was checked to verify the development ability, design and organization ability. Therefore, the assessment loop of quality for equipment software as well as the assessment loop of design, development, and stereotyping for equipment software could be gotten through. In this way, the assessment of Test and Evaluation provides supports and traction for equipment software. Moreover, the development strategy of Test and Evaluation assessment on equipment software were made for the operational and in-service usage, which could finally and greatly improve the quality and operational effectiveness of equipment software.
如何对设备软件的测试评估全过程进行检查和评估,是当前设备软件开发面临的主要挑战之一。为解决上述问题,本文从总体设计、数据驱动、评估体系和方法构建等方面提出了装备测试评估软件的发展策略。然后对设备软件的测试与评估过程进行了检查,以验证其开发能力、设计能力和组织能力。从而打通装备软件质量评估回路,打通装备软件设计、开发、定型评估回路。这样,《测试与评估》的评估为设备软件提供了支撑和牵引。针对装备软件在作战和在役使用情况,制定了装备软件测试与评估评估的发展策略,最终能够极大地提高装备软件的质量和作战效能。

A Comparative Evaluation of AutoEncoder-Based Unsupervised Anomaly Detection Methods Applied on Space Payload 基于自编码器的空间载荷无监督异常检测方法的比较评价

The anomaly detection technology is the basis for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the on-rail payload. The traditional threshold-based anomaly detection method has low accuracy and poor flexibility, and cannot detect abnormalities in real time. In addition, due to the lack of abnormal samples, the distribution of positive and negative samples is extremely imbalanced, which increases the difficulty of abnormal detection. Therefore, this paper proposes an unsupervised learning method based on AutoEncoder and its variants, the Basic AutoEncoder, Deep AutoEncoder and Sparse AutoEncoder are used to verify the algorithm on three public datasets. And using the above three algorithms to carry out the case application on the real load dataset. The experiments show whether in the public dataset or the real data of the payload, the three methods of AutoEncoder have achieved good results, proving the AutoEncoder and its variants have a good application in anomaly detection. At the same time, it is verified that the three algorithms have different effects on different datasets, which proves that the AutoEncoder with different characteristics need to be selected in different scenarios.
