Feature Engineering with Word2vec on Text Classification Using The K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm 基于Word2vec的特征工程:基于k -最近邻算法的文本分类

Text feature extraction is the process of convering unstructured text data into structured so that machine learning algorithms can process it. One of the commonly used text feature extraction techniques is tf-idf. This technique has the potential to produce high-dimensional data which results in longer computational time and affects accuracy results. This study aims to compare feature extraction between word2vec and TF-IDF. The study uses a data explore 4 step approach with a text classification process whose modeling uses the KNN algorithm. The results showed that the highest accuracy value of TF-IDF with the KNN algorithm was 73% in the 7:3 scenario with 8133 features. The highest accuracy value of Wod2vec with the KNN algorithm was 74% in scenario 9: 1 with 300 features. IDF where word2vec produces data with fewer dimensions. This study can prove that feature extraction with word2vec can be done for machine learning research, not only for deep learning. This study can also be used as a comparison of classification per-formance measurement with different feature extraction which can later be applied in web or mobile apps.

User Experience Analysis on Banking Contact Center Mobile Application Using The HEART Metrics and Eye Tracking 基于HEART指标和眼动追踪的银行联络中心移动应用用户体验分析

Banking Contact Center is a service that bank customers can use to contact someone who represents the bank. Customers can use this service for reporting banking and complaints. One of the platforms that customers can use is the banking contact center mobile application, where customers can contact customer service at the bank quickly and safely. The Problem is how to provide the most satisfactory experience for customers when using the banking contact center mobile application. The research aimed in order to determine user satisfaction with using the banking contact center mobile application and for data collection using quantitative and qualitative methods, this research combined HEART metrics with sub-variables (Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention, and Task Success) and eye-tracking methods. This study used a sample of 140 participants to complete a questionnaire that included the HEART metrics instrument and 20 respondents to perform several tasks on the banking contact center mobile application to generate an eye-tracking analysis. This research has academic and business implications. Academically, this research provides new insights to increase knowledge about satisfactory user experience with a combination of 2 methods and can be a reference for further research with different objects. Furthermore, in terms of business, this research helps to increase and improve user satisfaction on the banking contact center mobile application and can also be a reference for increasing user satisfaction on other contact center mobile applications.

Effects of IT Service Management on E-Learning Readiness through the HOT-Fit Model 基于HOT-Fit模型的IT服务管理对E-Learning准备的影响

The majority of private universities are prone to encounter gaps and incompletely realize contributions and effects of IT service management on e-learning readiness. So far, the focus of this readiness has been more on online learning processes and mechanisms. Distributing knowledge through electronic media regardless of time and locations, therefore, becomes existing limitation. This study objective was on confirmation and ascertainment of the extent of IT service management in positively influencing e-learning readiness through the HOT-Fit model. The researchers applied a survey method with an explanatory design and a follow-up explanation model. There were questionnaires successfully completed and submitted by 298 respondents who were in association with special schools of informatics skills and computing in West Kalimantan. Likert scales were used to process the whole data collected and the SEM-PLS method was used for analyses. Meanwhile, bootstrapping was applied for data distribution in terms of normality. Finally, a feedback process lasted. Outcomes represent that IT service management is a crucial factor and technology is no longer a factor determining the success of implementing e-learning readiness with very high predictive relevance (99%).

Research and Development for Technology Transformation of Digital Radio 数字无线电技术改造的研究与开发

Mass media managements utilize research and development as a means of ensuring their survival. For context, nowadays the media industry is facing a new challenge in the form of technological developments. This has resulted in the emergence of new communication patterns emphasising on flexibility and openness, both marking a new way of conveying information in the media industry. The research entitled “Research and Development for Technology Trasformation of Digital Radio”, performs a qualitative research with references from multiple journals, articles, books and interviews to identify the technological developments that contribute to the transformation of conventional radio to digital. We figured that the development of today's media industry is highly interrelated with technological advancements in various fields, ranging from equipment technology to human resources. herefore, we may conclude that research and development is imperative in developing media strategies. It should be noted that the success of research and development is highly dependent on adequate management strategies that supports technological developments.

An E-Learning Continuance Intention and Cultural Student: Mediation Role of Perceived Ease of Use 网络学习延续意向与文化学生:感知易用性的中介作用

The purpose of this study is to examine the e-learning adaptation model, namely the mediation of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness in the relationship between compatibility of technology and student continuance intention. The object of study of the research focuses on students, who already have experience with the use of e-learning concepts at universities. The research method used is a survey, with the selected data is quantitative. The survey was conducted on students in the city of Bandung, which has many universities that implement the concept of e-learning. The data from students as respondents was collected through questionnaires and the data was processed using the SmartPLS tool, considering the mediation model testing such as path analysis. The test results conveyed that there was a positive relationship between research variables. Compatibility of technology as a supporter of the e-learning concept can be the main supporter of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. The impact is on adapting the concept of e-learning which is more easily accepted by students. Besides, it is known that there is a good relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness in increasing continuance intention. Another finding is that continuance intention can be directly influenced by compatibility of technology, but with a low correlation value. These findings can explain that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness can be the right mediation to increase students' continuance intention in the concept of e-learning. The culture and habits of students seem to have a role in adapting the concept of e-learning, this is also a recommendation for further research. This research provides insight into universities that organize the concept of e-learning, where it is necessary to pay attention to the mediation of technology adaptation, to be able to support the implementation of e-learning.

Integrated Academic Information System Based on The Perception of Ease And Benefits 基于便捷与利益感知的综合学术信息系统

The current management of higher education cannot be separated from an information system, one of which is an academic information system. Along with the many accesses from various devices, there are obstacles in the form of an unresponsive interface when accessed on a mobile display. The purpose of this study is to assess the user interface of an integrated academic information system in increasing the comfort of the system from the user's point of view. Technology Acceptance Model is a method that can be used to measure user perceptions of the ease and usability of the system. In other words, this research is to assess users' willingness to accept useful facilities and make it easier for users, both in terms of function and appearance. Overall, the academic information system assessment variable is considered good by users, namely, the ease of use factor is worth 1900 smaller than the usefulness factor which is worth 2033, but some indicators have a small total score below 300. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the other criteria in identifying user wants and needs as a whole.

Internet speed and business competitiveness are driving all business transactions to the online marketplace, or e-commerce. The expansion of e-commerce trends is not limited to large cities alone. This study aims to examine the impact of e-loyalty on the online marketplace. This study employs the quantitative-associative and purposive sampling methodologies. All data is collected through an online survey administered to customers of an online marketplace. Analysis is performed on the 323 respondents who fill out the survey in its entirety. This study demonstrates that brand equity, customer experience, and e-trust influence e-loyalty.

Downtime Prevention Using Failover on IoT-based Contactless Temperature Checkers 在基于物联网的非接触式温度检测器上使用故障转移预防停机

Covid-19 is a highly contagious disease. Prevention needs to be done to avoid interaction between humans. One of the preventions is checking body temperature. However, a body temperature checker with contact is very risky. Currently, IoT can be applied as a body temperature checking device using the MQTT protocol. However, the MQTT protocol is dependent on the broker, so if the broker is interrupted, it cannot publish information and customers cannot subscribe to topics so that information from censors cannot be received. To overcome this problem, a failover mechanism is needed. In this paper, we develop an Internet of Things (IoT) based automated and contactless body temperature monitoring tool using the MQTT and failover protocols. The failover method is used to support the availability of the MQTT broker. This system is based on a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller with MLX96014 contactless temperature sensor, HC-SR04 Ultrasonic sensor, and Buzzer. The monitoring system is built using Node-Red and stores data using a MySQL database. The test results show the availability of the value reaches a value of 99.96%. Meanwhile, QoS shows that a broker with failover is better than a broker without failover.

Blockchain technology is a relative innovation in computer science that is expected to fuel global economic growth. In recent years, various sectors and one of the fields of education have implemented Blockchain technology to improve information integrity in ensuring the security, privacy, and authenticity of educational data. There is a problem in education, namely the existence of data that is not following the General Data Protection Regulation. So the purpose of this research is to provide a descriptive analysis of the education sector, the role of big data, and applying Blockchain technology to verify education data and develop solutions to overcome it. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach to track event record data, which supports publishing, storing, and leveraging various types of academic information. The results and conclusions of this study are increasing awareness of the world of education, of the importance of protecting educational data in the form of the General Data Protection Regulation, which can further provide a sense of security and comfort in processing data in universities.

the demands of industry 4.0, teachers are required to improve the quality of their profession. A quality profession will not be achieved if the teacher does not have a quality and prosperous personality at the same time. By utilizing technological developments, teachers can monitor and diagnose the condition of their own wellbeing on an ongoing basis, so as to optimize the quality of work life. Quality Work Life Teachers are very important for teachers themselves as educators, institutions and the nation and state. Quality of work life can be used as a benchmark for teacher growth both vertically and horizontally along with the growth of the institution. The encounter of Educational Sciences, this psychological trait with Artificial Intelligence is called Positive Education, which is the main goal of this research. One of its forms is self-diagnostic which is able to diagnose psychological conditions to produce optimal quality. This study aims to design a face recognition application through the N euroresearch and Waterfall research methods. The result of this research is a design to build a Face Recognition Teacher Wellbeing application.
