Data on internet users continue to increase. For this reason, a reliable network is needed, one of which uses a redundancy gateway protocol. This research will do the measurement of the three redundancy gateway protocols, namely Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP), Hot Standby Routing Protocol (HSRP) and Gateway Load Balancing Protocol (GLBP). In addition to reliability, performance is also one of the factors that affect the quality of the internet network. Technology is needed to support performance on the internet network such as Etherchannel technology. There are two etherchannel protocols, namely Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) and Port Aggregation Protocol (PAgP). To find out the performance of the combination of these protocols on a network, a study is needed. The research was conducted by measuring several scenarios using the FTP protocol on a VLAN network which resulted in the Quality-of-Service parameter values, namely Throughput, Delay and Packet Loss. The combination of GLBP and PAGP protocols is better in Throughput and delay values in normal and failover conditions, but has a packet loss value that is slightly not better than other combinations in several scenarios.

The qualitative study aims to know the university students” perception on the use of online and offline video in assessing their English listening comprehension. It used an explanatory research design involving 35 students as the respondents. It employed a questionnaire and an interview to get the data analyzed using the concept of learning and assessment media. The study reveals that the students perceive positively the use of online and offline videos in listening comprehension assessment. They offer communicative English covering vocabularies and expressions used in the real context or situation of everyday English. The authentic materials with a good setting visualization motivate the students to do the assessments. The students prefer movie, songs, and news to other assessment materials, because they can present various models of English native speakers' communication interaction. Assessing listening comprehension using the online videos is more efficient and flexible than the offline videos. It can provide the students with a real time feedback and score after finishing the assessments. The study finds out barriers they undergo when taking the listening comprehension assessment, like identifying fast pronunciation, spoken academic discourse using unfamiliar jargons and registers; and technical issues, like bad internet connection. The study concludes that the use of online or offline video in listening comprehension assessment can expose the ESL students to the context-based communication interaction that enhances their listening skill.

Internet technology has a very significant impact in this digitalization era. Based on survey data from Internet Usage and World Population Statistics, the number of world internet users is around 65.6% of the world's total population. The impact of increasing internet users has resulted in the depletion of resource allocation on internet protocol version 4 (IPv4) which is only able to accommodate 4 billion IP addresses. In addition, network availability is very important in today's information technology era. Network failures can occur due to hardware problems or link failures. This study migrates to IPv6 which can accommodate 3.4 × 1038 unique IP addresses or around 3403 billion, of course also related to routing protocols and network failures can be overcome by implementing first hop redundancy. This study evaluates the performance of routing protocols RIPng and OSPFv3 on IPv6 using the FHRP protocol, namely HSRP and GLBP. This study uses simulation methods and supporting programs such as GNS3, Iperf3, Virtual Machine, and PuTTY Terminal. Then the parameters used are throughput, jitter, packet loss, and failover response time. The results of this study are as follows, the best throughput is OSPFv3-HSRP, the best jitter is OSPFv3-HSRP, the best packet loss is OSPFv3-GLBP, and the best failover resnonse time is RIPng-HSRP.

It is widely accepted notion around the world that online intermediaries are immune from civil or criminal liability for hosting illegal or harmful third-party content, provided they comply with legal obligations set out by law through measures such as takedown. Due to advancements on the internet, their roles have expanded from mere intermediaries into publishers at the same time. Consequently, it invites confusion over an intermediary's true status and risking injustice through a ‘one size fits all’ inference. This was the scenario that the Malaysian Federal Court had to address in the MKini case in 2021, which established a new narrative on internet intermediary liability for Malaysia. The objective of this article is to investigate whether a publisher or content creator acting as an intermediary should be held liable when a third party posts illegal or harmful content on their platforms. Through a comparative analysis of the cases of Mkini, Delfi and Bunt we called into question the legal protection provided by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 and the Content Code, which guaranteed such immunity to their subjects. We propose for the possibility of a publisher utilising artificial intelligence (AI) as an effort to mitigate the liability for illegal third-party publication on its platform.

Insufficient lighting in a room can affect activity, while excessive lighting can harm vision. Visual comfort is achievable if the implementation adheres to sufficient requirements. It is crucial to have good lighting in an office to encourage productivity and provide comfort for workers. This study aims to analyze the office's board room and meeting room and compare whether the lighting in both rooms has met the lighting standards in the office. The method used in this research is the case study method focused on the lighting system in the startup branch office in Malang, Indonesia. According to the finding, the meeting and the board room's illumination exceeds the specified lighting standard above 350lx. This research recommends placing some pieces of the smart bulb to address the issue in the meeting room and board room. The recommendation was simulated using Dialux Evo Software to fulfill the space's illumination requirements. The smart bulbs installed can be managed using a dashboard control located in the middle of the desk.
