Evaluation of heart rate variability in time — Frequency domain 时频域心率变异性的评估

Signal recorded by electrocardiogram (ECG) is one of the most important biosignals giving information about state of living organism. The ECG, for example carries information about instantaneous heart frequency, based on heart rate variability. Changes in heart rate from beat to beat gives valuable diagnostic information about the autonomous nervous system status and the heart itself. The paper describes a method of analysis of heart rate variability in frequency and time-frequency domain. In order to compare alternative results four basic methods were chosen, namely: Welch, Burg, Lomb-Scargle method and Wavelet transform.

Two-rate neural control of TUAV with coaxial rotor and ducted fan configuration for enhanced situational awareness 为增强态势感知,同轴转子和导管风扇配置的TUAV双速率神经控制

This paper focuses on a critical component of the situational awareness (SA), the control of autonomous vertical flight for tactical unmanned aerial vehicle (TUAV). With the SA strategy, we proposed a two-rate flight control procedure using two autonomous control subsystems to address the dynamics variation and performance requirement difference in initial and final stages of flight trajectory for an unmanned helicopter model with coaxial rotor and ducted fan configuration. This control strategy for chosen model of TUAV has been verified by simulation of flight maneuvers using software package Simulink and demonstrated good performance for fast stabilization of engines during flight, consequently, fast SA with economy in energy can be asserted during search-and-rescue operations.

All-optical optofluidic fiber intensity modulator 全光光流体光纤强度调制器

We present optofluidic fiber intensity modulator based on shaped and metal coated liquid core optical fiber filled with Cargille liquid. Static attenuation of 60 dB was achieved by thermo-optical effect, where focused laser beam was used as a local heating source. Different attenuation level can be simply adjusted using low optical power of heating laser. Dynamic response documents 30 ms response time.

Unobtrusive anomaly detection in presence of elderly in a smart-home environment 在智能家居环境中对老年人进行不显眼的异常检测

In the paper we present a method for anomaly detection in user's activities utilizing data from unobtrusive sensors. A service for a smart-home environment using this method adapts to behaviour of a user and may provide alarms to a carer or other responsible person if unusual activity is detected. As an unusual activity we consider: long periods of inactivity, lacking activity, unusual presence and changes in daily activity patterns. Anomaly detection is based on a composition of unsupervised classification technique Self Organizing Maps and next activity prediction employing Markov model. Finally we present a short experimental study realized on a dataset provided by MavHome project.

Energy savings and performance optimizations of shunting hybrid locomotives 并联混合动力机车的节能与性能优化

In recent years hybrid drive accommodates in public transportation and automobiles. Following article deals with hybrid drive technology and its impact on energy savings and performance optimization of shunting locomotives conventionally driven by diesel-generator set. Based on classic longitudinal train dynamics theory of train movement and with support of simulation results, a comparison of electrochemical accumulators and super-capacitors impact is introduced.

Probabilistic error analysis of encrypted transmission for safety-related railway applications 安全相关铁路应用加密传输的概率误差分析

The paper deals with the problem of probabilistic error analysis of an encrypted transmission used within safety-related control system for applications with increasing safety integrity level (SIL). The requirements to cryptographic block code in safety-related communications for railway application are describe. The main part is oriented to description of mathematical apparatus for the error probability of the cryptography block code for the communication system on the end-to-end with GSM-R communication channel. The practical results are related with the quantitative evaluation of an average error probability of the cryptography code for several lengths of safety - related message which are expanded with determination of the cryptography degradation with using GMSK modulation scheme.

Autonomous power restoration of medium voltage distribution network 中压配电网的自主电力恢复

The paper introduces a novel approach to medium voltage electrical distribution network reconfiguration. It focuses primary at searching of a new network topology enabling to minimalize the size of faulted area and to restore power for the highest number of loads possible. It describes characteristic features of medium voltage distribution network and discusses implementation of presented approach in existing networks. The software tool, developed by authors, including physical simulation of model network and its autonomous control system is described in the end.

Complex permittivity of the niobium oxide capacitor 4.7 μF/ 10 Vdc and tantalum oxide 1 μF/ 25 Vdc was measured at room temperature at frequencies from 20 Hz to 2 MHz using the HP (Agilent) E4980A impedance analyzer, with Agilent 16034E 2-terminal test fixture for surface mounted devices (SMD). The real part of the complex permittivity for the niobium oxide capacitor at room temperature is 50 at 20Hz with one dielectric relaxation peak, which was observed at about 10 kHz. Whereas the real part of the complex permittivity for tantalum oxide capacitor at room temperature is 27 at 20Hz with one dielectric relaxation peak, which was observed at about 100 kHz. It has been shown that to be useful to use niobium and tantalum oxide capacitor below 100 kHz for measuring the dielectric properties of niobium and tantalum oxide film.

The impact of various waveform shapes on the response signal in pulsed eddy current NDE 脉冲涡流无损检测中各种波形形状对响应信号的影响

This paper focuses on the pulsed eddy current (PEC) excitation in nondestructive evaluation (NDE). In conventional eddy current NDE, where the harmonic excitation is used, the optimal inspection frequency for detection and evaluation of expected defects depends on material thickness and its electromagnetic properties. In PEC a single pulse can, in principle, generate a wide range of frequency components. This study concerns evaluation of pulse shape and its width on resolution of defects with different depths. Different excitation waveforms contain wide spectrum of frequencies, therefore the resolution of defects could vary. Resolution of defects with various depths based on difference signal is then investigated for various pulsed waveforms while the width of pulses is varied as well. The presented results show the dependencies on pulse width and shape.

Electrical and dielectric properties of LiPON glasses LiPON玻璃的电学和介电性能

Analyzing the frequency dependences of real and imaginary part of the dielectric permittivities measured at various temperatures we can study the transport mechanisms connected with the ionic hopping motion of charge in ion conductive glasses. The experimental results getting from electric measurements on LiPON phosphate glasses are analyzed, discussed and compared. Arrhenius graphs constructed from d.c. and a.c. electrical measurements including loss tangent are used to characterize the relaxation processes and transport mechanisms connected with the mobility of conductive ions.
