Online Attendance System Website-Based at The Village Hall Office Paya Bakung Using The Waterfall Method 基于在线考勤系统网站的村务办公室Paya Bakung使用瀑布法

Attendance is a system for recording employee attendance which is carried out in every agency, including government agencies. The Paya Bakung Village Hall Office still applies a manual attendance system so that the recording of employee attendance activities is still relatively minimal. Performing the attendance process manually takes a long time to record incoming hours, outgoing hours, or recap employee attendance reports. From these problems, the author designs and builds a computerized attendance system that can record all attendance activities of employees. Each employee has their own account that can be accessed through the employee's device. Employees can do absent entry and absence every day. The admin records all absent data entered by employees. The web-based attendance system in this study was created using the waterfall method consisting of Requirement Analysis, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Operation and Maintenance. This attendance system provides great benefits for the Paya Bakung Village Hall Office

Communication Activities on the Implementation of E-procurement in Indragiri Hulu Regency Indragiri Hulu县实施电子采购的交流活动

This study aims to understand communication activities in implementing E-procurement in Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research is interesting in understanding communication activities in the implementation process in frontier, outermost, and underdeveloped (3T) regions. E-Procurement is an application for managing goods/services procurement data, including internet-based procurement data, designed to achieve an effective, efficient, and integrated procurement process. This research is qualitative research to explore communication activities in implementing E-Procurement. The subjects of this study amounted to 8 people involved in the Implementation of e-procurement. Data analysis was carried out in three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The study results show that communication activities occur in 4 stages of the auction process carried out by the Electronic Procurement Agency. This process involves regional apparatus organizations in Indragiri Hulu Regency with suppliers who provide goods and services registered in the electronic procurement system in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The process of procuring goods starts with a proposal process from each Regional Apparatus Organization based on their respective Performance Plans to carry out the bidding process. The auction process is carried out by a working group team formed by the Head of LPSE, which suppliers of goods and services will follow. The Working Group team will evaluate the documents proposed by the supplier and determine the tender winner.

Application of Decision Support System For Employee’s Bonus Using Analitycal Hierarchy Process Method 层次分析法在员工奖金决策支持系统中的应用

Having the best employee selection decisions on the CV. Multi Citra Agung, the writers assisted the company employing a method by developing a waterfall system. The method was carried out through this research process by designing stages of the Unified Modeling Language (UML) system. The occurred problems found were decisions that were not as expected and the lack of an objective attitude in decision making, due to the absence of a special process for evaluating employees in awarding bonuses of Multi Citra Agung by still using conventional systems. The study was conducted to select employees who are entitled to bonuses using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. A multi-criteria decision making process is to determine the best choice of a number of alternatives for employee performance appraisal based on attendance, discipline, communication and employee performance. The results of this research give the best ranking of employees by displaying an assessment of 6 employees in the form of criteria, total value and information of employees who are entitled to a bonus. For employees who are entitled to get a bonus which is 1 employee who fulfills a very satisfactory level with a range of 0.28 - 0.50.

Analysis of Kenaf Farmer’s Satisfaction With Conventional Fiber Machine 红麻农户对常规制纤维机的满意度分析

The Kenaf plant is a multipurpose plant because the application of its bark in the industry is very high. Indonesia has the largest kenaf plantation in Laren, Lamongan, East Java. The kenaf farmer group in Laren has used a conventional fiber machine to assist in slicing the kenaf stalks. Conventional fiber machine operated by hand. However, the fiber machine is not a priority for farmers to do weeding because the device still has many shortcomings. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the satisfaction of the kenaf farmers with the tool. This study uses the IPA-Kano method to analyze the design attributes of the conventional fiber machine to improve the quality attributes. It determines its user's performance, expectations, satisfaction, and dissatisfaction. According to the integration analysis of the IPA-Kano method, the conventional fiber machine needs to have a more robust frame, better support for the kenaf rods, the ability to leave a small amount of fiber in the kenaf sticks, good ergonomics, the ability to change the height, less fiber left at the cracker joint, and better cracker settings.

Nowadays, the process of assessing teacher performance at State High School 6 Bengkulu Middle is still manually, namely by filling in the scores on each criterion consisting of 14 competencies, then the values are added together to get the final result of the teacher performance assessment. However, this takes quite a long time, besides that the assessment of teacher performance is only by looking at teachers who are active in various fields in the school. The application of teacher performance in State High School 6 Bengkulu Middle can help provide the results of teacher performance assessment of the learning system in schools through a fuzzy Mamdani logic approach. The application of teacher performance to the learning system at State High School 6 Bengkulu Middle was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 Database. Based on the black box testing that has been carried out, it was found that the functionality of the teacher performance application to the learning system at State High School 6 Bengkulu Middle went well as expected and was able to analyze teacher assessment data through the Fuzzy Mamdani Method to determine teacher performance against the learning system in schools

Analysis And Implementation of Simple Queue and Queue Tree Methods For Optimizing Bandwitdh Management 优化Bandwitdh管理的简单队列和队列树方法的分析与实现

This study analyzes the Simple Queue method with Queue tree using a Mikrotik Router to perform Bandwidth management. Both of these methods will be tested using the parameters of Quality of Services ( QOS ), namely throughput, delay, jitter and packet loss. The results of the analysis of the Quality of Services will be compared with weighting based on the TIPHON standard, then the results of the analysis will be tested using the wireshark application . The results of the analysis of these two methods, the Simple Queue method is more suitable because it gets a higher value based on the TIPHON standard. Therefore it is recommended to use Bandwidth management using the Simple Queue method

Finite Element Analysis and Fabrication of Voronoi Perforated Wrist Hand Orthosis Based on Reverse Engineering Modelling Method 基于逆向工程建模方法的Voronoi穿孔腕手矫形器有限元分析与制作

Other than surgery, post-stroke spasticity, fractures due to accidents, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders due to office work on the wrist can be treated using a wrist-hand orthosis. The customized conventional methods usually have some drawbacks, which are more expensive, take a long time to manufacture, and require expert skills from medical therapists. The presence of reverse engineering (RE) technology can be applied in the medical field, such as the manufacture of prosthetic or orthosis devices. This study aims to develop a reverse engineering-based wrist-hand orthosis design, analyze it using the finite element method, and fabricate it. Research methods included 3D scanning, CAD modelling, model analysis, 3D printing, and postprocessing. The model material used was PLA with variations in the thickness of 5 mm, 5.5 mm, and 6 mm, and the load values range from 0 N to 30 N. The results of the equivalent stress analysis showed that the 5 mm thickness model could withstand a load of 30 N with a maximum equivalent stress of 23.46 MPa. With a safety factor value of 2.56, it was still relatively safe, and a critical area was at the back end of the model's palm between the thumb and index finger. The equivalent elastic strain and deformation results also had the same graphic trend with the maximum values for the same model, which were 0.0076 mm and 0.614 mm, respectively. The customized conventional methods usually have some drawbacks, which are more expensive, take a long time to manufacture, and require expert skills from medical therapists. The presence of reverse engineering (RE) technology can be applied in the medical field, such as the manufacture of prosthetic or orthosis devices. This study aims to develop a reverse engineering-based wrist-hand orthosis design, analyze it using the finite element method, and fabricate it. Research methods included 3D scanning, CAD modelling, model analysis, 3D printing, and postprocessing. The model material used was PLA with variations in the thickness of 5 mm, 5.5 mm, and 6 mm, and the load values range from 0 N to 30 N. The results of the equivalent stress analysis showed that the 5 mm thickness model could withstand a load of 30 N with a maximum equivalent stress of 23.46 MPa. With a safety factor value of 2.56, it was still relatively safe, and a critical area was at the back end of the model's palm between the thumb and index finger. The equivalent elastic strain and deformation results also had the same graphic trend with the maximum values for the same model, which were 0.0076 mm and 0.614 mm, respectively. Educational Game as An Effort to Accelerate Learning After The Covid-19 Pandemic 教育游戏是新冠肺炎大流行后加快学习的一种努力

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred forced us to carry out the learning process through the internet network (online or online). Learning carried out online creates many problems, so it is considered ineffective and causes learning loss. Various methods have been taken to overcome this learning loss, including collaborating with various parties and issuing various regulations. In addition, teachers are also required to provide a new spirit in creating and innovating to provide effective, efficient, and competitive learning media. One way is to do educational game-based learning. Educational games are considered adequate for overcoming learning losses because learning media with educational games require players to participate in determining outcomes, have an entertainment side, and can increase creativity and problem-solving skills. The planned research method stages for collecting the required data are observation, interviews, and literature study. As for the development of educational games in this study, the prototype development method will be used. This study's result is that the Educational Game design has produced output that meets the needs. In future research, when this design is implemented, it is hoped that it will be an alternative medium for accelerating post-pandemic learning.

This research is a research and development research that aims to find out the results of the development of  tower slope monitoring tools using the  ESP32 Microcontroller-Based Sensor Gyroscope  and find out the test results of  the tool tower tilt  monitoring  using the ESP32  Microcontroller-Based Gyroscope Sensor. The development model used in this study is a prototyping model  with stages of  collecting needs, building prototypes, evaluating prototypes, coding s i stem,  testing sistem, evaluation sistem, use s istem. The data used are  interviews, questionnaires, observations and measurements. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques.  Based on the results of this study,  a prototype of a tower slope monitoring  tool was produced that was used to  monitor the  slope of the tower remotely  through the telegram application. From the test results of  the tower tilt monitoring  tool using the  MPU6050 gyroscope sensor based on the  ESP32  microcontroller, it was found that the average time it takes to receive notifications if they occur  the slope is 3.21 seconds. The results of  the pecan test n there is a  difference in  the angle read at a height of 1 meter is 0.3 degrees, a height of 2 meters 0.2 degrees, a height of 3 meters 0.22 degrees, and a height of 4 meters 0.18 degrees.  The results of  the functional suitability test show that the  tool functions as designed.  The usability characteristic of the  tower slope monitoring tool gets an average  score of being included in the excellent  category.

This research is research and development (R&D) which aims to produce an official letter management information system, a supporting system for calculating remuneration performance point recapitulation at Makassar State University. Application testing uses ISO/IEC 25010. This study uses the Waterfall development model consisting of five work steps, namely analyzing needs, conducting design, coding, testing and maintenance. The developed system is validated by two system experts, and two content or material experts. The data were collected using questionnaires, interviews and documentation as supporting data for the development of information systems. Data processing uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The test results prove that the official letter management information system that has been built meets ISO/IEC 25010 testing standards with the results of testing the functionality suitability aspect in the very decent category. Aspects of performance efficiency with good criteria, aspects of usability with very good category, security aspects obtained level 1 security is at low level criteria with sufficient information. Achievements in the reliability aspect have met Telcordia's testing standards. The maintainability aspect has met three Land testing standards. The compatibility aspect is very feasible and the portability aspect is in the very good category.
