The presence of a child is the biggest and most beautiful gift for every parent. Parents in a family have an obligation to provide all needs including basic needs to their children. Parents raise their children with certain patterns, including parents who raise authoritarian, democratic or permissive patterns. children, manage children at will without caring if children also have the right to their own lives. The implementation of this service is carried out by the lecture method. Through a psychoeducation program on toxic parenting for adolescents, it shows that participants understand and add insight regarding definitions, factors that cause toxic parenting, impacts, and strategies for dealing with toxic parenting with a more positive attitude, and strategies for managing the impact of the relationship between parents and the participants themselves. The results of this service show that the youth participants gained knowledge of the definition of toxic parenting, the factors that influence the formation of toxic parenting, the impact of toxic parenting on adolescents, and strategies for dealing with toxic parenting. Based on the results of the service, it is recommended to provide psychoeducation for adolescents so that adolescents can be better able to deal with toxic parenting with more positive strategies.

COVID-19 has hit the world and has had a major effect on all activities and sectors of the community's economy in the world. This impact also affects state universities' ability to recruit new students, so it requires a strategy to be able to compete with other universities. This research was conducted to determine the strategy carried out by the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic State University of Palangka Raya to attract new students using descriptive-qualitative methods. Data to support this research is sourced from primary data obtained through interviews with the parties concerned and secondary data obtained from various data and documents. This research refers to the theory of personal selling strategies, which includes four strategy processes, namely: attention stage, interest stage, desire stage, and action stage, based on the results of interviews, observations, and other data collection. The results of this socialization show that the campus in accordance with its strategy of netting new students is applying an excellent process.

The pandemic makes the utilization and competition of information and communication technology has increased. One of the ways to maintain the existence of schools are publication media of more varied school information and teaching-learning activities media. The purpose of this training program is to provide additional expertise for creating inexpensive and fast publications media and teaching-learning media. The offered solution is the use of web logs from Google which is often known as Blogger. Blogger offers a free and easy web log feature. The training was carried out directly at the Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Ngampel by using lectures and demonstrations method. There are several parts in this training, web log making, web log management, and also web log analysis. The results of this training show that the participants have succeeded in having their own web logs which are ready to be further managed and analyzed on a regular basis. The use of web logs can be used for various needs, including as a publication media and supporting teaching-learning activities.

The subjects in this study were 610 Haizh. While the object of research is 15 Hafizh. The method used is coaching and education. Obstacles that affect the development and education of Islamic youth morality in Dayah Ar-Raudhah Tahfizh Ak-Qur'an are the willingness of some students who are still unfamiliar, the personalities of some students are different and the environment of facilities and infrastructure is still limited.

The purpose of this training activity is to provide broader understanding, knowledge, and insight to employees and management of the company regarding proper internal control and information systems within the company in order to minimize risk and maximize the company’s performance. This training activity is carried out using the lecture method. Participants of this training activity came from the employees and management of PT Sarwa Inspirasi Konstruksi, Pontianak, West Borneo. The number of participants for this training is 10 (person) participants. This training activity went very well because of the good cooperation and coordination of the various parties involved. This training activity is expected to have a positive contribution and impact on the development of the company in the future, both in terms of understanding of employees and company management regarding internal control and good information systems within the company so that the company can develop towards a better direction, more efficient and effective in carrying out the company's operational activities as well as minimizing the risks that may arise and can cause losses in the company.

In order to maximize the prevention of the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Government seeks to maximize and meet the target of the accelerated vaccination program. Mass vaccination is being intensified to make it easier for the public to access Covid-19 vaccination health services. However, this government activity program requires the support of adequate locations and facilities which include the availability of space and human resources. Universities are considered to be adequate facilities to accommodate government programs for Covid-19 vaccination activities. As one of the leading private universities in Bekasi City, the STIAMI Institute took part in the success of the government program. The university, which has a central campus in Jakarta, assessed that the Covid-19 Mass Vaccination activity could be collaborated with Community Service (PKM) activities. Community Service Activities are the obligations of Lecturers listed in the Tridharma of Higher Education. Utilizing the media relations network, the STIAMI Institute seeks to determine the value of news and package Covid-19 mass vaccination activities as an optimal publicity medium in marketing communications. Public Relations strategy by combining media relations and marketing communications is able to generate publicity ideas. The news value chosen to be an attraction for mass media coverage is "Dare to Vaccine Get a College Scholarship". The incessant publicity carried out by the STIAMI Institute is expected to be able to maintain its image and reputation in the eyes of the public, both potential customers, consumers, competitors and internal institutions.

The purpose of community service activities (PkM) is to educate and train State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to have knowledge and skills in evaluating and reconstructing efforts to increase ASN commitment and performance through motivation. Focus group discussions (FGD) and workshops are technical tools to implement this PkM. The main partner of this PkM activity is the ASN of the Kupang City Government which is determined by purposive sampling and quota sampling techniques. PkM participants were 28 people. The SWOT analysis is the basis for PkM education and training to participants. The success of this PkM activity is that participants are educated and have the knowledge and skills in evaluating and reconstructing strategies to increase commitment and performance through motivation. The reconstruction of the strategy is to strengthen the understanding base of the state civil apparatus through continuous knowledge management related to the principles of basic duties as government employees, considering compensation in terms of increasing commitment and performance by cutting the budget for activities that are disproportionate and dual functions so that it can be transferred to employee compensation, and enforced an integrity pact-based performance that will discipline employees at work.

One challenge in developing SMEs is still weak access to financial institutions and markets, making it difficult for SMEs to develop. The difficulty of access to financial resources will have an impact on limited business expansion which will result in a weak capacity to expand business volume. On the other hand, weak market access also has an impact on the small market controlled by SMEs which has an impact on small product demand growth. The weakness factor that sticks to SMEs is mainly access to business development. This service program aims to strengthen understanding of the importance of relationship capital for the development of agro-businesses in Tamarenja Village, Donggala Regency. In this community service activity, lecture, question and answer, and discussion methods are used. This training activity is focused on Agro business management training through strengthening business networks. There are three stages in the implementation method, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. Bekelir village which was originally a slum village has now turned into an independent village. Starting from self-help of the village community to have a comfortable place to live, so a colorful village concept was created that can be seen today. The local government service, through the Environmental Service, gave permission to the village community through Pak Kholik as the head of the RW to sell on the banks of the Cisadane river. Due to information from the inhabitant of Bekelir Village where they were constrained by the idea of UMKM. UMKM Opportunity are given at a very low cost, namely Rp. 5000/Day will be profitable for inhabitant who will sell the produk. Therefore, this community service is carried out to provide the knowledge needed by the inhabitant of Bekelir Village. The training provided is how to make Putu Ayu Cake starting from the Mise en place process, the recipe used, the method used, the equipment needed and quality results. In addition, in this training, residents also received material on how to calculate production costs, determine selling prices and the profits to be obtained. It is hoped that this Community service will have a direct impact on improving the local economy.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the government set various policies to prevent transmission. The use of masks, practicing a clean and healthy lifestyle, and limiting distance and even Large-Scale Social Restrictions are the efforts that have been set. However, many violations are still being committed, including school children who have had face-to-face meetings (PTM) at school. Disobedience to implementing health protocols can be caused by a lack of knowledge. This health education activity is about preventing the spread of Covid-19. Activities are carried out offline when students do PTM at Bojong 01 Elementary School, Majalaya District, Bandung Regency, totaling 44 students. The results of this activity showed that there was an increase in students' knowledge about preventing the transmission of Covid-19 by 5.45% from previous knowledge so that it became 88.18%. Good knowledge about preventing the transmission of Covid-19 can be a strengthening basis for the formation of a healthy lifestyle. In conclusion, students' knowledge about preventing the transmission of Covid-19 increased after being given health education. Suggestions, the next study is an effort to increase students' positive attitudes so that they can form good behavior in preventing the transmission of Covid-19.
