The questionnaire contains the latest education, work area, and 13 (thirteen) questions related to the duties and authorities of a level crossing guard with a highway. The results of the questionnaire obtained that there were still 6 participants whose total percentage of answers was still below 60%, and there were still 14 participants whose percentage of responses was still below 70%. There are 5 participants whose answer percentage is 100%. Based on this, learning is still needed to increase the knowledge and competence of each individual because safety at level crossings is an absolute thing. This paper will present a research process on learning models for children who faced the law during the pandemic at the Children's Penitentiary. The Covid-19 pandemic is haunting people's lives around the world, including learning activities, especially for children. Teachers, are required to remain present in classes with strict health protocols, so there is no difference before and during a pandemic. The difference demanded is the model and method of learning that must vary so that students can remain focused, not bored, and remember the lessons. Teachers must be able to understand the circumstances and needs of students well. The learning model the author offers is a therapeutic model. The learning model offered in community service activities is a therapeutic model. This activity applies descriptive analysis method. At the beginning, the teacher tried one participant who was selected because of his extreme behavior. Based on the pictures that student made, and what the student wrote, then analyzed the teachers who had been trained using the data on the difficulties experienced by the participants as the basis for forming a teaching model according to the circumstances of the students.

Cooperative business is certainly different from other types of financial companies, where the establishment process is based on principles, values, and norms that must be adhered to. Cooperative members are the owners of managed funds so that cooperatives must develop so that all members can enjoy the benefits which are ultimately aimed at the welfare of members. Developing cooperatives does not always run smoothly due to a lack of strategy or preparation. Cooperatives can run smoothly and develop if managed properly. The management of the duties of each member and the management of finances in the cooperative must be clear and neat. The types of strategies that can be chosen by cooperatives are broadly distinguished between corporate-level strategies and business unit-level strategies. The types of strategies that can be chosen at the corporate level include: single business, related business diversification, and unrelated business diversification or conglomeration. Meanwhile, the types of strategies that can be chosen at the business unit level include cost minimization, product differentiation, concentration on certain markets or a combination of the three. The problem experienced by the Mitra Armindo Jaya Cooperative is that the cooperative is relatively new, so it does not yet have an adequate understanding of cooperatives. The solutions offered in this activity, among others, provide an overview of how cooperative business development efforts are to be able to recognize the market and competitors so that existing business opportunities or opportunities can be utilized, and can overcome business obstacles that will interfere with the achievement of cooperative goals.
