Prerequisites for the development of a universal template of an interactive simulator for a foreign language at the University of Telecommunications 电信大学外语交互式模拟器通用模板开发的先决条件

This article discusses the need to create an interactive simulator for a foreign language at the University of Telecommunications. The advantages of such a simulator for use in classroom and out-of-class work are given. The prospects of using a universal simulator in the educational process for students and teachers of the university are identified and presented. The article describes the interrelation of various university disciplines through a universal simulator, that is, it is shown that competent application of an interactive simulator leads to the integration of disciplines, which increases the level of education.

The article is devoted to the questions of socio-cultural environment formation in the modern Russian higher educational institution. In the course of the study, the author analyses theoretical aspects of this social phenomenon, its forming elements and functional characteristics in the course of higher education system’s transformation. Based on the analysis results, the author comes to the conclusion about integration of functions, which allow managing innovations in the educational sphere effectively.

The article is devoted to the problems of management theory development in educational publications. The author emphasizes that today one of the problems of various educational publications is a formal approach to their preparation and provision of educational material. I.V. Ponkin's tutorial «Theory of public administration» was used as the basis of the analysis. The author comes to the conclusion that at the present time there is a need to prepare and give such a tutorial on management, which would be based on the scientific positions of the management theory and create a basis for graduates in the formation of their managerial competencies in accordance with the Federal state educational standards of higher education and professional standards.

Socio-epistemological factors of contemporary university modernization 当代大学现代化的社会认识论因素

The article deals with the outlook analysis of contemporary university modernization as a socio-cultural project. The main groups of factors, which accelerate or slow down the process are considered. Among them are: intellectual trends in interpretation of the phenomenon of the University (mainly as a post-ideological); specifics of the given trends implementation (in accordance to legitimation limitations); modern tendencies of science development (in the context of difference in dynamics between education and science); to-day circumstances of contemporary society (as intensively changing and requiring for rethinking of the epistemological university grounds).

The article provides a comparative analysis of Proverbs containing the names of food and expressing the specific characteristics of Russian and Chinese linguocultures. As a source of material of Russian proverbs and sayings containing the names of food, the dictionary «Proverbs and sayings of the Russian people» by V. I. Dahl is used. The analysis of proverbs and sayings of the Russian language, contained in the dictionary of V. I. Dahl, as well as their comparison with Chinese proverbs and sayings allows us to add new details to the gastronomic picture of the world that has developed in the two folks and have been consolidated in the language.

The article is devoted to the description of the educational-axiological picture of the world as a set of values, norms and attitudes, studied as a mental image of the world, recognized by a certain socio-cultural group. The purpose of the work is to identify the values of this picture of the world. The methods used are descriptive and method of a psycholinguistic experiment. The results of the study consist of studying this picture of the world as part of the linguistic picture of the world, identifying its value basis, types of values, and also in studying its relationship as a psychological context with a socio-cultural environment, with an educational environment.

The article deals with the problem of learning a foreign language, the necessity of rethinking a familiar picture of the world, adoption of a different way of thinking and building your speech in accordance with other rules. The key to understanding a foreign language culture is the analysis of new learning models. Pedagogical overcoming of factors hindering the adoption and understanding of another culture allows developing the country's ethnocultural potential and achieving strengthening of the social and political as well as social and economic stability of the society and contributing to a productive intercultural dialogue.
