Reconnaissance of Professional Resources and Personal Potential of a Teacher in the Era of Social Turbulence and Transformation of Education 社会动荡与教育变革时代教师专业资源与个人潜能的发掘

Introduction. The article defines the teacher's mission in the era of social turbulence and high uncertainty characteristic of the transition of Russian society to the post-industrial stage of development. The authors focus on training a teacher for the future, determined by social conditions and directions of development of the Russian education system. Relevance. The available scientific ideas about the professional resources and personal potential of the teacher, ways to support his development in modern conditions cannot be recognized as sufficient. This determines the purpose of the study: the definition of professional resources in the context of the development of the personal potential of the teacher, the most demanded in the era of social turbulence and transformation of education. Material and research methods: the work uses theoretical methods (analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature), modeling, generalization of the experience of establishing additional pedagogical education; empirical methods (psychological diagnosis of professional resources and personal potential of teachers, readiness of teachers for professional activities in conditions of social turbulence and transformation of education). Study results and discussion. The authors propose a model of professional resources and personal potential of the teacher, indicate diagnostic methods for their research. A description of the possibility of additional pedagogical education is presented as a condition for the development of professional resources and the personal potential of the teacher. It was concluded that it is necessary to improve the advanced training and retraining of teachers in the context of modern requirements for the teacher's activities. The experience of the Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I. N. Ulyanov in this direction is described. Conclusions. The results of the study can be used in organizing comprehensive support for the development of professional resources and personal potential of teachers in the conditions of further education, managing a teacher's career, developing advanced training and professional retraining programs.

Communicative Training as a Method of Overcoming Psychological Barriers that Arise when Learning a Foreign Language 交际训练是克服外语学习中出现的心理障碍的一种方法

Introduction. The article discusses the psychological barriers that arise in the study of a foreign language among secondary school students, modern teaching methods to overcome psychological barriers. The article also analyzes the study results of the possibility of overcoming psychological barriers that arise when learning a foreign language with the help of communicative training. Recommendations are offered for the prevention and overcoming of psychological barriers that arise when learning a foreign language among schoolchildren.Literature review. The article provides a theoretical analysis of approaches to the study of psychological barriers that arise in the study of foreign languages. Particular attention is paid to Stephen Krashen's affective filters: confidence, motivation and anxiety. The factors of occurrence of psychological barriers in learning a foreign language among students are also considered.Research methods. At the ascertaining and control stages of the study, we used the "Language Barriers" methodology of the Center for Language Psychology. The purpose of the methodology: to determine the nature of the difficulties that students face in the process of learning foreign languages. At the formative stage, a communicative training was developed and introduced into the educational process to overcome the psychological barriers of schoolchildren.Research results. Analysis of the results of the ascertaining stage of the study allowed us to conclude that students have an increased level of barriers, difficulties in understanding foreign speech, do not always understand the meaning of sentences, find it difficult to use a foreign language, etc.The use of communicative training, gaming technologies in foreign lessons improved performance on all affective filters (anxiety, motivation, confidence), reduced psychological barriers, reduced fear of difficulties and improved students' attitude to the school discipline "English", create a positive attitude to its study, stimulating the independent speech-thinking activity of students.Conclusions. The results of the study led to the conclusion that communicative training, gaming technologies are effective methods for overcoming psychological difficulties and barriers that arise when learning foreign languages.

Experience in the Formation of Interethnic Relations among Students 学生民族关系形成的经验

In the article, the authors present a positive experience of working with students, aimed at creating a culture of interethnic relations among young people. The materials and methods of the study were examples of the organization of students' activities aimed at fostering values traditional for the Russian multinational culture, interethnic friendship. The student sphere, in which various attitudes of students develop in the context of interethnic and interethnic interaction. The results of the study and their discussion: activities are identified, the focus of which is shifted to the support and preservation of the Russian language. Organization of literary evenings dedicated to the life and work of Russian poets and writers. In the article, the authors gave an example of the organization of a volunteer detachment. Students actively participate in charitable events in the city of Kostroma (manufacturing of souvenirs, providing hairdressing services to vulnerable segments of the population, concert activities). Based on the study, the following conclusions can be drawn: the educational organization implements projects and activities aimed at forming a respectful attitude of young people towards the older generation, towards representatives of other nationalities and religions, the formation of an active life position, assistance, successful socialization.

About the Results and Conclusions of Checking the Level of Formation of Textual Competencies of Younger Schoolchildren in Their Native (Chuvash) Language 关于幼儿母语(楚瓦什语)语篇能力形成水平检查的结果和结论

The purpose of the article is to substantiate approaches to the development and description of tools for monitoring the level of formation of textual competencies of younger schoolchildren in the Chuvash language, to present the results of checking the level of formation of textual competencies of younger schoolchildren in their native Chuvash language.The main research methods: analysis of the methodology of formation and monitoring of general communication skills of younger schoolchildren, the results of All-Russian testing works of students in the 4th grade of the Chuvash Republic in Russian in order to identify difficulties, diagnostics of the level of formation of textual competencies in the native language of students in grades 1-4 of Chuvash schools.The importance of primary education and the importance of language learning, including the formation of textual competencies in younger schoolchildren, is pointed out. The main problems of providing the Chuvash primary school with didactic materials for the development of native speech, as well as tools for monitoring the level of formation of textual competencies are highlighted. An assumption about the expediency of creating and tools for monitoring the level of formation of textual competencies within the framework of the development of a set of didactic materials on the Chuvash language for grades 1-4 is put forward.Research results and conclusions. The necessity of developing verification works designed to ensure the unity of the educational space of the Chuvash Republic for teaching the Chuvash language, including by providing educational institutions with uniform verification materials and uniform criteria for evaluating educational achievements, is substantiated.The purpose and objectives, the methodology of developing diagnostic materials for determining the level of formation of textual competencies are clarified. The materials and results of diagnostics of textual competencies of younger schoolchildren in the Chuvash language are described.The ideas and provisions implemented in the materials for determining the level of formation of textual competencies in the Chuvash language were successfully tested in grades 1-4 in a number of Chuvash schools, and also approved by teachers.

About the Objectives and Content of the Foreign Language Training of Future Engineers 论未来工程师外语培训的目标与内容

Globalization of economy, rapidly developing new technologies and enormous information flows dictate new requirements for the organization of a higher education process in the field of engineering. Taking into account the situation on the world labour market, new educational standards are being developed for training engineering personnel to gain the required professional competencies. A special place is occupied by a foreign language professional communicative competence.The purpose of the article is to consider a foreign language training of future engineers at a technical university in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education of a new generation. It is of great importance to form a basic level of foreign language professional competence among students of technical specialties for effective intercultural professional communication. The article touches upon universal foreign language competencies according to the requirements of the program for the specialty «Aircraft and helicopter design». The peculiarities of a two-stage organization of the foreign language educational process is also discussed. It is argued that the effectiveness of teaching is inextricably linked with the formation of motivation among students and depends on understanding the connection of their future profession with the practical application of a foreign language. The use of a personality-oriented approach helps to develop a number of necessary qualities and make future graduates competitive on the world labour market according to the requirements of modern employers.The conclusion regarding the modernization of the foreign language training with all positive and negative aspects arising in the process of teaching a foreign language at a technical university is made.

Ideological Origins of the Unified Labor School 统一劳动学堂的思想渊源

The purpose of the article is based on the analysis of materials published in the pre-October period and in the first post-revolutionary years to identify theoretical ideas and practical developments in the field of pedagogy, which formed the basis for the design of the Soviet labor school.Research material. The main sources of the research are scientific and pedagogical publications of representatives of Western pedagogical thought and Russian pedagogy, published in the first decades of the XX century.Research results and conclusions. The analysis of the research source base allowed us to identify the ideological foundations formed in the late XIX – early XX centuries, on which the theory and practice of the labor school were built. The goal of the school was to, based on the labor principle of education The goal of the school was to ensure, based on the labor principle of education, the overall development of the intellectual abilities of the child, to teach him to observe the world around him and explore it independently, to gain knowledge by experience, to be able to continue and expand them, organically merging into one whole worldview.The developed ideological foundations became the basis for the theoretical development in 1918 of the project of a new Soviet school. However, by the end of the 1920s, in the conditions of the aggravation of the inconsistency of the proclaimed ideas with the requirements of the emerging Soviet state-political system, the increase of errors and shortcomings in their implementation, the model of the labor school ceased to be in demand.

Assessment of the Strength Development of Students in an Agricultural University 农业大学学生力量发展的评估

The article discusses the role of the development of physical quality «strength». The value of strength for the health and training process is analyzed. The importance and necessity of the development of strength, strength abilities, which determines the level of physical health, functional capabilities, is substantiated. The importance of physical culture for comprehensive and harmonious development is revealed. The results of the control standards according to the requirements of the university, strength indicators in accordance with the requirements of the GTO standards are analyzed. The search for effective means and methods of physical culture in the physical training of students is analyzed. The article gives an assessment of the development of the strength of students of an agricultural university. Research methods. In the course of the study, a comparative analysis of the data obtained was carried out. The search, analysis, generalization of methodological literature was used, the method of control tests was used. The study was conducted for 3 years, from 2018–2021. The study involved 63 young men aged 18–24 years. The successful implementation of the control standards and requirements of the GTO standards was noted. The results of the study. The overall assessment of the development of strength among students of an agricultural university is expressed in positive dynamics. According to the results of the study, the average level of strength development was recorded, the average readiness of the subjects to pass the GTO standards, in particular in the aspect of strength training. Analysis of the results according to the GTO standards for strength showed that the majority of students pass for the gold and silver GTO badge, an increase in the results for the bronze badge was recorded, a decrease in the number of students who did not pass the standard was noted. The majority of students who passed by 5 and 4 points according to the university program were identified, an increase was noted in those who passed by 3 points, the presence of some students who did not fulfill the requirements of the university program. Conclusions. The level of readiness of students to fulfill the norms and requirements of the GTO complex at the average level. The average level of physical fitness was recorded. Regular physical education classes with the use of strength-oriented exercises contribute to the development and improvement of physical qualities, harmonious physical development, increasing the functional capabilities of the body, achieving a high level of physical fitness necessary for the successful fulfillment of the regulatory requirements of the VFSK GTO, university.

Features of the Application of Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy Methods in the Work of a Psychologist With Adolescents 认知行为心理治疗方法在青少年心理学家工作中的应用特点

The article is devoted to the using of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy methods in the work of a psychologist with adolescents. Based on the analysis of literary sources devoted to the development of mental activity, emotional sphere, behavioral characteristics of adolescents, the use of methods of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy is reasoned and justified. The purpose of the study is to determine the psychological and pedagogical conditions for using the method of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy, psychoconditioning and psychocorrective work with adolescents.The following research methods were used in this work: analysis of scientific psychological and pedagogical literature, study of the resources of educational Internet portals, materials of scientific and practical conferences and forums. As a result of the study, the following features of psychosocial development of children in adolescence, their connection with mental activity, emotions and behavior were identified, effective diagnostic methods and techniques, techniques for tracking automatic thoughts and images, techniques for changing dysfunctional beliefs (role-playing, cognitive conceptualization, etc.) were clarified. The methods of work proposed in the article can be used in the organization of preventive, counseling and correctional work with adolescents with emotional and behavioral disorders, with low educational motivation, problems in the personal, emotional sphere and socialization. From what has been said, the conclusion suggests that an important condition for psychotherapy and correction of adolescents is the work on changing dis-functional beliefs, automatic thoughts, negative emotional states, destructive behavior in adolescents. In our opinion, it is the methods of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy that contribute to the resolution of age-related problems of adolescents: they will help to cope with stress, anxiety, increase self-esteem, improve relationships with peers and adults.

Particular attention is paid to changes in the structure and process of education due to the rapid development of new technologies, as well as the active informatization and digitalization of society. The authors emphasize the possibilities of digital educational consulting as one of the young areas, through which it is possible to minimize risks and create conditions for pedagogical support of both future teachers and young professionals.The aim of this study is to identify the significance of information and educational consulting in the professional training of future teachers.Materials and methods of research: theoretical methods (analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature on the topic of research) were used in the research.Results of the study and discussion: the activities of educational institutions of higher education for adaptability to new conditions and enterprises of various actions regarding the training of competitive and adapted to the new realities of graduates of teacher training areas were analyzed; various sources were analyzed to identify the essence and semantic characteristics of the concept of «digital competence»; the essence and role of digital educational consulting in professional training were outlinedConclusions: the most advantageous way to solve the problems associated with the preparation of future teachers in the digital transformation of education is the use of a new direction in the field of consulting – «digital educational consulting», which provides skilled support for the subjects of the educational process based on the use of digital resources and digital technologies.
