Open Resources in the Process Management of an Educational Organization in the Context of Integration and Inclusion 整合与包容背景下教育组织过程管理中的开放资源

The formation of a digital education space is an important moment for the development of the education system in the modern world. The article analyzes the problems of ensuring the security of information technologies in the management of the educational process of organizations, the risks and threats of open Internet resources in the context of integration and inclusion. It is proposed to identify the process of forming digital mentors in a pandemic Covid time as a safe expert space that can reduce risks and threats.Materials and Methods. Using the method of descriptive analysis of datasets voluntarily made publicly available on the Internet by educational organisations allowed the authors to investigate examples of large-scale projects of virtual schools in the formats of exchange models for information subscribers and system integrators. The issues of ensuring the safety of underage users, legal shortcomings of access and protection of Internet consumers of open educational resources were discussed.Results. The study has shown that the evidence from innovative processes of developing and producing open educational resources is complex, context-specific and difficult to generalise. Such initiatives require significant organisational change, including external partners of educational organisations and stakeholders with different cultures and educational practices. The authors highlight the use of benchmarking technology as a tool for the quality of intellectual integrations and the effectiveness of educational activities as a whole as an important condition for the success of the processes taking place. In the context of the research, the authors raise the issue of computer addiction among pupils and students and their safe interaction with multifaceted information online, drawing attention to the need for legal and educational measures for online safety, which should be planned and implemented in the educational organisation on a regular basis.Open educational resource OER initiatives are related to institutional change and require appropriate pedagogical and psychological approaches and legal support to help all actors in the educational space adapt to changes in the IT culture. The materials of this article will be useful to specialists and educational managers, including inclusive education, in developing prospective strategies for digital education and models for the development, production and maintenance of open educational resources.

Pedagogical Conditions Aimed to Involve the Blind and Visually Impaired Students into School Extracurricular Activities 旨在让盲人和视障学生参与学校课外活动的教学条件

The basic problem of the visually impaired students’ integration into different spheres of public life through educational practices is considered in this scientific article. The purpose of the work is designing of specially organized pedagogical conditions for disabled students’ involvement into extracurricular activities. Key issues of the maintain of the school extracurricular activities are identified, basic examples of school activities in the frame of Federal State Educational Standards are presented. Special pedagogical conditions are usually identified after having studied the students’ readiness for creative activity, their participation in the school events, after having penetrated into the students’ problems and preferences. The article involves results of the research held on a bias of Grot boarding school. 215 students of the 5th–12th grades participated. These special conditions should help to the involvement of the disabled students into educational process, the main goal of which is upbringing of a harmoniously developed and socially responsible person. A set of the best pedagogical conditions is proposed in the article. The development of mixed aged communities at school and providing pedagogical assistance in their productive work is analyzed. The content of the school community activities is often connected with the solution of the participants’ personally important problems. There’s sense in the students’ being involved into working out and discussing a plan of extracurricular activities, it’s vitally important to support and initiate their ideas. It’s necessary to make a spectrum of different methods of education work wider and to involve students to design them. Development of the teachers’ professional competence and building relationships with the students on a bias of human values are urgent for the successful solution of educators’ tasks. The article concludes that the proposed set of pedagogical conditions will contribute to the successful socialization of schoolchildren and the development of their life competencies.

On the Problem of Personalization of Higher Education in Russia 论俄罗斯高等教育的个性化问题

The process of social transformation taking place in the world and in Russia, expressed in education reform programs, is changing the role of educational organizations in society and the economy and, probably, in culture as a whole. New players on the educational services market that has emerged in Russia (international IT corporations, etc.) in many ways initiate these changes or have a great impact on the structural and substantive restructuring of Russian higher education. The purpose of the article is to investigate what is happening with Russian higher education, the preconditions and trends of transformation of the domestic model of education are analyzed. Within the framework of the goal, the task to explore the components of this transformation is solved: digitalization and personalization (individualization) of the learning process. The source of the study was strategic documents on the development of national education and the practice of their implementation in individual educational institutions. Research methods – theoretical analysis and synthesis. The results of the research are set out below: the problems of educational institutions that arise in the implementation of the «request» for the personalization of education have been identified; some conceptual gaps in strategic documents are identified that make it difficult for performers to comprehend the goals of digitalization of education; some organizational reasons are indicated for which the implementation of the concept of individualization (personalization) of education for students in practice is difficult.

Features of Physical Preparation of Students for Passing the GTO Standards 学生通过GTO标准的体能准备特点

The article deals with the problems of motor activity, the development of physical qualities and speed abilities of students. The importance of physical culture and physical fitness is revealed. The search for effective means and methods of physical culture in preparation for passing the GTO standards is analyzed. The features of physical training of high-speed orientation of students to pass the GTO standards for speed are considered. The effectiveness of the use of speed-oriented exercises, which are necessary for students to achieve the norms of the GTO complex for speed, within the framework of physical culture classes, is revealed. Research methods. In the course of the study, a comparative analysis of the results was carried out. The method of control tests was used. The overall assessment of the effectiveness of the above tools and methods is expressed in positive dynamics. The results of the study. According to the results of the study, there is a positive trend. The analysis of the results according to the table of GTO standards in the framework of physical culture classes allows us to note the growth of indicators for all established tests. Systematic classes using high-speed, high-speed and power-oriented exercises with a gradual change in the load, improving the technique of performing exercises, contribute to the development of the physical quality «speed». Conclusions. Regular physical education classes with the use of speed exercises contribute to the development and improvement of physical qualities, the achievement of growth rates of GTO standards. The level of readiness of students to fulfill the norms and requirements of the GTO complex at the average level. Affordable, effective means and methods of physical training make it possible to actively use the scientific and educational potential of the university. The purposeful organization of the educational process contributes to achieving the proper level of physical fitness necessary for the successful implementation of the regulatory requirements of the AR PCS Complex GTO.

Learning to Write Titles for Research Articles 学习撰写研究文章的标题

The article discusses the basic guidelines for writing titles of articles intended for publication in scientific journals. The relevance of the topic touched upon in this article is due to the fact that currently teachers are faced with the need to train master degree students at both linguistic and non-linguistic faculties to write scientific articles in English. The title is a very important part of the article, since it presents in a concise form the main information about the content of the publication. A well-formulated title can interest the reader and make him or her eager to read the article. On the contrary, titles which are too complicated to understand, cumbersome, and vague are unlikely to attract attention and arouse the interest of a potential reader. The aim of the study is to provide an overview of guidelines for writing titles that can be found in the English-language literature. The author also analyzes the typical mistakes that Russian-speaking authors make when writing titles of articles in English. Research methods include analysis, description, observation, comparison. The results of the study showed that the most common causes of errors in the formulation of titles are linguistic interference and ignorance of the peculiarities of the English-speaking communicative culture related to written communication in the scientific field. It is concluded that the course «Written academic communication in English» should be included in the Master course program, which will familiarize students with the main features of scientific articles in English and teach future authors to correctly formulate the titles of their publications.

The purpose of the article is the solution of the problem of activating the intelligence of students, it seems especially relevant as an innovative technological stage that promotes young chess players to a higher level of realization of creative inclinations and abilities, intellectual potential.The following methods are used in the learning process: observation, testing, conversation, game methods, methods for solving chess problems, writing games, designing and solving original chess problems, modern information technologies, participation in competitions, including the Internet competitions, viewing and analyzing the content of chess games, participation in tournaments and competitions, P. Torrens creativity test «Finish a painting».Results. The Torrence test, conducted at the beginning and at the end of the study, determined the effectiveness of the experiment. We got a result that differs from the initial one: if the number of children with a low level was 27%, then at the final stage up to 19%, some of them moved to the middle level, some went to the group with a high level. The number of students with a high level at the beginning – 12%, at the end of the experiment – 21%.Conclusions. The intellectual activity of younger schoolchildren in the process of learning to play chess suggests that the student demonstrates the ability to break from the traditional solution and type of tasks to another type of tasks – original, non-standard, having a different proof algorithm, significantly improves the quality of training of young chess players, activates mental activity.The main thing is the active internal activity of the child himself, the realization of intellectual abilities, the development of inclinations, their transformation into intellectual abilities, unconventional, contradictory, creative thinking, the presence of a life goal to achieve chess heights, which determines his further own nature of activity.

Some Features of the Lexicon of the Russian Language Personality 俄语人格词汇的若干特征

The article deals with the process of modern Russian linguistic personality vocabulary enrichment as a result of cultural-historic development of Russia in concert with the Russian language.The purpose of the article is to describe and analyze semantically-structural features of lexical units being the most relevant and widely used in the modern Russian linguistic personality vocabulary; to characterize the «linguistic personality» term based on the native and foreign linguist scientific studies; to interrelate active vocabulary enrichment of modern linguistic personality with cultural-historic development of language, nation, country.The following linguistic investigation methods were used: method of observation, method of description, method of content analysis, method of scoring.As the result of study 5 lexical units, the most relevant and significant from national history and modern geopolitics viewpoint, used in speech of contemporary native speakers of Russian living both in Russia and outside, were discovered, described and analyzed: «alphabet», «satellite», «Sputnik V», «the Trans-Siberian Railroad», and «the Baykal-Amur Mainline» words.Conclusion. Cultural-historic development of nation and country encourages evolution of language system lexical level which leads to vocabulary enrichment of linguistic personality using this language as means of communication.

On the Issue of Teaching Creative Writing to the Primary School Students 论小学生创意写作教学问题

The purpose of the article is to determine the importance of teaching creative writing to younger schoolchildren.The urgency of the problem of teaching creative writing in the native Chuvash language is due to the need for the formation of text competencies in younger schoolchildren, the lack of formation of their native writing skills, especially creative writing.Material and methods of research. The main research methods were the study of literature, the analysis of teachers 'difficulties and errors in the students' works.A brief history of the issue is considered: the ideas of developing creative writing skills among foreign researchers: the most successful start of learning creative writing is 4-5 years old (M. Montessori), the need to believe in the creative abilities of a child (S. Frenet); leading domestic teachers: every child is born a potential writer (L. N. Tolstoy), the experiments of V. A. Sukhomlinsky and Sh. Amonashvili on composing fairy tales and stories by students, I. Ya. Yakovleva on teaching creative writing to students of the Chuvash Simbirsk school; the main provisions of the Chuvash linguodidacts: the support of written creativity on the development of oral speech (M. Ya. Sirotkin), on the observation of objects, phenomena (F. T. Timofeev), the need to study the structure and content of the text from the first grade (V. E. Efimov, I. V. Drozdov, L. P. Sergeev), the need to work on composing miniature texts in the native language lessons (D. S. Filippova). The main problems in teaching creative writing in the Chuvash primary school are highlighted. The assumption is made about the effectiveness of planning within the hours allocated to the native language, creative writing lessons.The results of the study. The purpose and tasks, features of the organization of creative writing lessons in grades 2-4 of Chuvash schools are described: it is recommended to conduct one lesson every two weeks, the main goal is the formation of a comprehensively developed language personality. The main directions, methods and forms of work: work on the content, structure of the text; on language tools, editing.It is concluded that the idea and provisions of the methods are accepted by teachers, and the lessons of creative writing are introduced into the practice of the Chuvash primary school.

Digital Competence of the Educational Environment of the St. Petersburg Public School 圣彼得堡公立学校教育环境的数字化能力研究

Currently, a new digital educational environment is being formed, changing not only the content, but also pedagogical technologies. There are also new requirements for the digital competence of all participants in the educational process. As a result, there is an increasing need for educational organizations for specialists who are able to organize and support the educational process using the resources of various educational platforms, e-learning, online games, digital textbooks, etc. The purpose of the article is to familiarize readers with the issues of introducing a digital educational environment in a modern general education school, which is used to solve various educational and organizational tasks. During studying the topic, the following methods of the empirical level were used: description, comparison, measurement. The analysis of regulatory documents and a survey among users of existing digital educational environments were also used.At the end, the modeling of the digital educational environment for a specific educational organization was carried out. The result of the study is a designed structure of the environment that reflects the interests of all participants in the educational process. The tools for creating each component of it are also considered. The possibilities of each tool are revealed for students and their parents, teachers and the administration of an educational organization. The composition and user group of the environment components are described.Special attention is paid to the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the environment when implementing mixed and distance learning within the individual training route of students at any stage. Since the openness of the environment should take into account social mechanisms – competition, cooperation, mutual learning and mutual evaluation. In addition, the specific features of the digital educational environment at different levels are reflected. The issues of high-quality content and openness of the digital educational environment are raised.

The Correlation Between the Types of Family Education and Aggressiveness in Adolescence 家庭教育类型与青少年攻击性的相关研究

This article analyzes the correlation between the type of family education and the manifestation of aggressive behavior in adolescence. The relevance of this study is determined by the influence of family education on the development of aggressive behavior of a teenager, as a result of which this is one of the most acute problems today. The aim of the study is to identify and study aggression in adolescents, as well as to establish the relationship between family education and aggression in adolescents. It is hypothesized that there is a connection between the aggression of adolescents and the type of family education. Materials and methods of research. The study involved students of 9 «B» in the number of 30 teenagers aged 14–15 years, including 15 boys and 15 girls. The stages and a set of psychological techniques are described. The results of the study showed that 66.7% (20 parents) have violations in family education. This number includes parents who have destructive and mixed types of family interaction, adolescents have a high and average level of aggression, of which 30% (9 adolescents) are boys and 36.7% (11 adolescents) are girls. Moreover, the level of aggressiveness is more pronounced in young men. Based on this, we can say that young men are more affected by the inharmonious style of family education. We found that the assumption that there is a link between the aggressiveness of adolescents and the type of family upbringing was confirmed. It is necessary to understand that what is laid down in the family is the determining reason for the development of a system of values and a culture of human relationships.
