An accurate estimation method for position angles of salient-pole brushless DC motor 一种凸极无刷直流电机位置角的精确估计方法

In this paper, an accurate position estimation method is reported for salient-pole brushless dc motor drives or permanent magnetic synchronous motor drives. The method is proposed for obtaining the position angles, the accuracy of which affect the operation of the switching devices of the inverter that drives the motor. First, the method for estimating the position angle is proposed. Secondly, the accuracy and the robustness of the method are studied. The experimental results show that the estimated position angles are estimated precisely at the standstill condition.

Electric and magnetic field distribution inside high voltage power stations from Romanian power grid 罗马尼亚电网高压电站内部电场和磁场分布

The paper emphasize the results of the first systematic electromagnetic field measurements performed in high and very high voltage substations belonging to the Romanian national power grid in order to face the requirements of the EU directives regarding the human exposure to the electromagnetic fields. In the first part of the paper, the experimental field measurement results from a recently rehabilitated 400/220 kV substation belonging to the Romanian Transport and System Operator (TSO) Company are presented. It follows the experimental field measurement results from two 110/20/10 kV electricity distribution substations. The high intensity field zones are highlighted and the highest field value found is compared with the exposure limits given by the actual legislation. In the second part of the paper theoretical field computation methods are approached following two main reasons: to validate the experimental results and to proof their efficiency in evaluating the electromagnetic field values in the neighbourhood of the power devices from complex systems such as the substations. The final conclusions of the study performed and the actions proposed to be taken in practice finish the paper.

A voltage-to-pulse converter for very high frequency DC-DC converters 用于甚高频DC-DC转换器的电压-脉冲转换器

This work presents a new control circuit that uses a voltage-to-time converter to realize high switching frequency DC-DC converters. The proposed solution is adopted in a 20-MHz DC-DC buck converter. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach showing very fast load and line-regulation transient responses (around 1.5 mus) when using a 250-nH inductor and a 10-muF output capacitor. The simulated peak power efficiency is 90%.

Horizontal order picker driven by a direct methanol fuel cell 由直接甲醇燃料电池驱动的卧式拣货器

Direct methanol fuel cells (DMFCs) directly convert liquid methanol into electric energy. In addition to the very high energy density of methanol, the DMFC is characterized by easy handling and unproblematic refuelling. Direct methanol fuel cells are attractive for various applications, for example as replacements for batteries or accumulators, since DMFC systems permit longer operating times due to the high energy density of methanol. A market analysis was performed to find the best commercial application for the future. The results of this market analysis show that the best potential for systems lies in the material handling sector. Therefore, a DMFC system was designed for a horizontal order picker. In this paper, the system will be described in terms of process engineering and hybridization. For hybridization, the focus is on the used energy storage. The control strategy of the DMFC system was also described.

Study on improvement of efficiency for outer rotor type of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor 内置式永磁同步电动机外转子型效率改进研究

This paper describes the better shape design of the permanent magnet to improve the efficiency in the outer rotor type of IPMSM. Using the finite element method, characteristics of the modified motors are analyzed and compared with those of the basic motor. As a result, we have found the better shape design of the permanent magnet.

VHDL-AMS traction drive model including a 3D description of thermal effects VHDL-AMS牵引驱动模型,包括热效应的三维描述

This paper proposes the complete closed-loop model development of a railway traction drive, also taking into account the coupling between electrical and thermal effects. The work is based on VHDL-AMS and consists of four sections: the first deals with the compact model development of the asynchronous motor and its corresponding control sequence; the second is devoted to the DC/AC converter with PWM driving sequence and including an analytical description of the switching and conduction losses of the switches (IGBT-diode pairs); the third part presents the modeling of thermal aspects, which relies on a distributed 3D description of the semiconductor devices and their package, and, finally, those three parts are interconnected with each other inside the control loop. The resulting overall model is ideal for simulations of the traction drive over realistic mission profiles.

Physical understanding of multiple saliencies in induction motors and their impact on sensorless control 感应电机中多重显著性的物理理解及其对无传感器控制的影响

In the first part of the paper a detailed investigation of the physical reasons for the behaviour of an induction machine excited with high-frequency test signals is presented. The measured impedance curves are heavily influenced by the saturation level of the rotor slot bridges. The saturation phenomena of the closed rotor slots can be divided into mechanical angle-dependent and independent groups. The saturated and the opened rotor slots lead to non-sinusoidal HF-field distribution. The measured curves and the assumptions made are verified by FE calculations and an equivalent magnetic circuit. In the paperpsilas second part a new method for sensorless control is presented. Because of the inimitability of the measured impedance curves, the method is based on the minimum error between the measured curves during the machinepsilas operation and precommissioned reference curves. Operation at standstill, and even at zero-frequency, is possible without any problems.

The continuous enhancement of microprocessor (muP) performances, operating systems (OSs) and communication networks are pushed forward by the rising request of graphical, multimedia and control applications and of high-speed industrial and general-purpose communication tools. OSs have been embedded in a ever-growing number of applications, and their use has been recently extended to industrial drives. In this work an experimental PWM motor drive has been realized by using a common x86-based platform supported by a Linux-compatible operating system. Thanks to a multi-tasking embedded OS, the drivepsilas CPU can simultaneously perform parallel processes such as drive control, drive and machine diagnostics, and high-speed communication toward field and upper plant levels, each process being assigned with a different priority level. The drive is mainly dedicated to future research about these enhanced functionalities. Hardware, devices, and Linux-OS resources used for drive realization have been described, with experimental results.

Space Vector Modulation of a Six-Phase VSI based on three-phase decomposition 基于三相分解的六相VSI空间矢量调制

A new space vector modulation (SVM) technique having a full and independent control of the multiple voltage space vectors of a six-phase voltage source inverter is presented in this paper. The proposed space vector approach is based on three-phase decomposition, leading to the modulation of two three-phase VSIs. The six-phase load consists in a dual three-phase induction motor, with insulated neutral points. The voltage limits are investigated and the analytical developments are proved by a complete set of simulation results.

The proposed space vector approach is based on three-phase decomposition, leading to the modulation of two three-phase VSIs. The six-phase load consists in a dual three-phase induction motor, with insulated neutral points. Virtual measurement system for study and determination parameters in asynchronous motor test 用于异步电动机试验参数研究和确定的虚拟测量系统

In this paper, using Lab VIEW graphical programming environment are implemented the virtual instrumentationpsilas concept, realizing a virtual measurement system which are been used in searching and testing laboratories of electrical machine and drives, in engineering education from universities, colleges and schools for upgraded their laboratories with the power of computer based data acquisition and analysis. The measurement system and virtual instruments propose is for simulation acquisition (through simulation of three different currents and voltage or mechanical speed) or for real-time acquisition. In addition, a Test Report is printed on the printer or transmitted on the Internet.
本文利用Lab VIEW图形化编程环境实现了虚拟仪器的概念,实现了一个虚拟测量系统,该系统应用于电机和传动实验室的搜索和测试,以及高等院校的工程教育,使其实验室具备基于计算机的数据采集和分析能力。测量系统和虚拟仪器提出的是模拟采集(通过模拟三种不同的电流和电压或机械速度)或实时采集。此外,测试报告还可以在打印机上打印或通过互联网传输。
