The traditional role-based access control mechanism controls the user to access the resources based on the roles, simplifying security management. However, it cannot effectively provide semantic understanding and reasoning due to lack formal mechanisms. A new Description Logics-based access control model is presented, it applies Description Logics to realize a formal description of the relationship between the connected user and the controlled object, and does ontology reason, to realize the formal express for access control policy.

A variety of on-line businesses are rapidly emerging over the Internet, which is believed to be one of the most efficient ways to provide all electronic services. An electronic and secure electronic cash (“e-cash” in short) system plays an important role to support these businesses safely as a trustful payment over the Internet. We describe the problems faced by previous e-cash system. Based on these problems, we will propose a new electronic cash model based on bilinear pairings. The security of the new system is under the computational Diffie-Hellman problem in the random oracle model. Analysis showed that the proposed model is superior to the related system in the area of electronic cash's security, anonymity, unforgeability, communication round, and computational cost.

Multi-mode project scheduling problem is a complex and confirmed to be NP-hard problem. Many researchers have devoted themselves for solving a variety of scheduling problems. Meta-heuristic is a promoting scheme. Among them, particle swarm optimization (PSO) has been well applied for solving different problems. However, PSO usually leads to premature convergence and trapped on local optimal. Hence, a modified global best experience communication with random links to make stable convergence is proposed in this study. Moreover, a correction mechanism for infeasible solution is also provided. The efficiency of proposed scheme is verified via testing the largest scale problem in benchmark problems, named multi-mode resource-constrained project scheduling problem that is a generalized project scheduling problem collected in PSPLIB. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach is effective and can make stable convergence. Moreover, this approach is able to efficiently solve MRCPSP class problems.

To explore the factors influence the higher education institutions expansion, the paper use the methods of correlation analysis which is based on the view of gross enrollment ratio. The result shows that the elite stage of higher education system is stable. The number of teachers and enrolled students are primary factors which affects the expansion of university number. The mass stage is chaos, the factors of the population, school-age population, teacher count, school even scale and higher education institutions. The universal stage is relatively stable because the major effective factor is the teacher counts and school-age population. In China the number of higher education institutions is growing but it is incompatible between other variables.

Vocabulary acquisition has become a critical criterion for the Chinese English Majors. Since vocabulary serves as a basic constructing element in English learning. Mind-Mapping, a technique to organize and express knowledge visually and hierarchically might be a new strategy for the students to enlarge their vocabulary size. While the corpus-based data driven learning approach provides a new way of learning vocabulary in a more authentic environment with large quantity of examples, which is an effective way for the students to deepen their word knowledge. This paper attempts to demonstrate that with the strategy of combing Mind-Mapping with corpus-based data driven learning, the English Majors can be more effective in their vocabulary learning.

With the course of education informationization, digital educational resources increase rapidly. Traditional digital education public service platforms, which are rely on resources service, can not meet learners' diverse requirements for education resources. Under this background, this paper pointed out the concept of knowledge service, constructed a framework of knowledge service system, then studied knowledge service generic technology which changed traditional digital education public platform from resources service to knowledge service. In the end, this paper introduced Shanghai's endeavour on building digital education public service platform for citizen's lifelong learning.

integration systems provide a unified, called global schema, to the user over various heterogeneous data sources. Users issue their queries against the global schema, and the system computes answers to queries by suitably accessing the sources. In order to speed up query, in generally, an integration system caches recent query results at the mediator. If a cache hit, the mediator returns required data directly to users without posing sub-queries to appropriate wrappers residing at data sources for extracting local results. Although cache can reduce the load on the integration system significantly, network congestion, and the latency of each request, it brings a question of cache consistency. That is, a stale cache might be returned to a client. Aimed at this question, in this paper; we propose a data consistency algorithm based on message digest.

Clustering algorithm utilizes multi-hop communication which generates “hot zone” issues in wireless sensor networks. This paper presents a new energy-balanced adaptive hierarchy routing protocol which is called EAHRP. It establishes different intervals of hierarchical structure according to the distance between nodes and the sink. It adopts the methods of cluster-head selection based on region and multi-hop data transmission inter-cluster and the adaptive hierarchy adjusting algorithm balancing the energy-load in WSN. According to NS2 simulation results show the protocol makes energy-balanced more better and improves the living time of network and weakens the “hot zone” issues.
