Strategi Bersaing Stasiun Jaringan NET TV Yogyakarta di Era Digital

Digitalization has given opportunities and threats for new businesses in broadcasting services because it will create a more competitive environment. This research was intended to identify and to analyze NET TV’s strategies in the digital era in winning the competition. This study utilized a descriptive-qualitative method with case strategy approach. The data were analyzed using PEST and Porter’s industry value chain. The results of this research discovered that in order to create a more beneficial economy, NET TV Bureau Yogyakarta optimized digital media such as YouTube and Instagram, the business shake-up provided the private broadcasting station with supporting strength for realizing a network system established based on the democratization of broadcasts.

NEGOSIASI IDENTITAS PERAN GENDER PADA FILM BOLLYWOOD 关于宝莱坞电影性别角色的谈判

Patriarchal culture has long been rooted in society, regulating all aspects of life for both men and women. One of them is married life. Men and women are both required to fulfill traditional roles according to patriarchal standards. Men are demanded to be providers, while women only do domestic work. Women have careers only to support their husbands. The film Ki & Ka tries to show a different role from what is usual in society. So this film aims to explain how the dynamics of gender equality is represented in the Ki & Ka film. The theory used in this research is the Identity Negotiation Theory by Stella Ting-Toomey. This theory seeks to explore the ways in which identity is negotiated in interactions with other people, especially in various cultures. The method used is semiotic analysis, by trying to analyze the symbols that appear in this film. The results showed that Ki and Ka were able to show the dynamics of identity negotiation, such as efforts to fit in with the environment, to show self-identity and the turmoil of people around when gender equality was applied in society.

Peran Media Massa Barat Membingkai Aksi Terorisme 西方媒体在策划恐怖主义行为方面的作用

The 9/11 terrorism attack has become one of the issues covered specifically by the media. Terrorism stereotypes are closely related to Islam due to the prominence of news broadcast by the media. The media have a role in influencing public perceptions. Agenda setting and framing theory can explain that mass media has the ability to transfer two elements, namely awareness and information to the public agenda and its attention to issues that are only considered important by the mass media. The intensity of news about terrorism is broadcast more than in other spheres and the framing of terrorism is related to Islamic groups, thus affecting people's perceptions of labeling acts of terrorism that are identical to Islam. As well as using the functions of the media agenda, public agenda and policy agenda to analyze the role of the media in reviewing terrorism.

Komunikasi Politik Bilhikmah Datuk Kalampayan Dan Relevansinya Dewasa Ini

The Political Communication Research of Sheikh Muhammad Arsyad al-Banjari in the Sultanate of Banjar originated from his work that contributed to the sultan of Banjar at that time. among them; the formation of the crown counsel, the writing of the Kitab of Sabil al-Muhtaddin at the request of the Sultan of Banjar made a book on the fight of Malay-language worship, the judicial institution (the institution of karakatan qadhi), the manufacture of irrigation. This research aims to find out and analyze the approach of political communication Datuk Kalampayanin the sultanate of Banjar, the political communication model Datuk Kalampayan, and the application of the Datuk Kalampayan political communication model to political parties in South Borneo. Researchers use qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data sources from primary data and secondary data were 14 (fourteen) informants. The results of this research obtained findings; First, the political communication carried out by Sheikh Muhammad Arsyad al-Banjari known as Datuk Kalampayanin the 18th century turned out to strengthen the theory of Symbolic Intractional Communication Mean in the 19th century, Secondly, Datuk Kalampayan's political communication model was followed by Banjar contributing to the discipline of communication;  Third, the application of the value of Datuk Kalampayan's communication model value to political parties in South Borneo became crucial including Strengthening the firmness of faith as the foundation of life in society, nation and state. Upgrading oneself with knowledge and charity, by consistently coexisting in harmony. Not doing a frontal critique of the government, and praying for good to the government towards the benefits of mashallah.

Pengaruh Media Sosial Dalam Meningkatkan Brand Awareness “Somethinc” Pada Pengguna Instagram Di JABODETABEK 社交媒体对JABODETABEK Instagram用户“有点意识”的影响

Competition between business actors is increasingly selective and requires a strong strategy in order to build company brand awareness which is one of the goal of Public Relations. One way of marketing that PR does use social media Instagram is called Marketing Public Relations. Skincare products in Indonesia are growing at home and abroad. One of the skin care products is Somethinc. Several efforts as a form of existence to increase brand awareness can be seen in marketing through social media run by the company in order to be able to compete with other brands. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of social media to increasing brand awareness. This research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types. This research uses the Lemeshow formula and purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The data analysis of this research used SPSS with 16 statements from both variables. The data obtained states that 74% of respondents are female and 26% are male, 73% are aged 21-25 years, and 49% live in the city of Depok. The results of this study indicate that the Instagram social media variable has a positively affect on increasing brand awareness of the Somethinc skincare brand on Instagram social media users. Instagram social media is effectively used to increase brand awareness of Somethinc skin care products.

Program CSR BRI Peduli Dalam Upaya Mendukung Kemajuan Pendidikan Di Pulau Sebatik Nunukan Kalimantan Utara

Sebatik Island is located at the eastern end of Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan, which is one of the small islands whose territory is divided into two parts. Part of the territory is the territory of the state of Malaysia and part of it is included in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. In border communities who have dual citizenship, it can affect the character and lifestyle of the local community and have a negative impact on border area security and a sense of nationalism. Regional border education is a very important thing to pay attention to. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise running the BRI Peduli CSR program, the program implemented in the form of providing transportation facilities to Madrasah Tsanawiyah As'adiyah on the sebatik island of Nunukan, North Kalimantan. The purpose of this study is to describe the CSR Program of BRI Cares in an Effort to Support Educational Progress in Sebatik Island, Nunukan, North Kalimantan. The methodology in this research is a qualitative methodology with a case study method. through the method of collecting data from literature study, observation and documentation. The results showed that the BRI Peduli CSR program carried the 3p concept, namely pro people, pro planet and pro profit. By providing transportation facilities, it is very useful to help students and students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah As'adiyah in traveling to school locations so that education can be carried out smoothly and can print quality students or human resources.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran bagaimana peranan komunikasi dalam kaitannya dengan perilaku organisasi yang terjadi pada pelaksanaan kegiataan reposisi jabatan di lingkungan Sekolah Tinggi Desain Indonesia. Peranan komunikasi yang dimaksud menunjukkan keberhasilan pimpinan dalam organisasi mampu membentuk struktur dalam organisasi dengan gaya komunikasi yang berkarakter sebagai penghubung setiap personal dalam organisasi sehingga tidak terjadi kecemburuan dan kesenjangan di antara para pemangku jabatan. Peranan komunikasi menjadi objek kajian dalam penelitian ini yang merupakan bagian dari perilaku organisasi pada salah satu kegiatan penting dalam organisasi yakni reposisi jabatan. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Tinggi Desain Indonesia juga menunjukkan kepuasan para pemangku jabatan ketika menerima jabatan yang ditetapkan oleh pimpinan serta motivasi dan kinerja struktur organisasi dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kompetensinya. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian jenis deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif yang dilaksanakan melalui pendeskripsian tulisan yang sistematis, aktual dan akurat yang berisi tentang fakta dan adanya hubungan keterkaitan dengan fenomena yang terjadi dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah peranan komunikasi dalam perilaku organisasi menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan reposisi jabatan pada organisasi melalui proses komunikasi, implementasi komunikasi internal dan gaya komunikasi serta identifikasi hambatan komunikasi efektif yang terjadi.
本研究旨在说明沟通在印尼设计高中环境中对组织行为的作用。这种沟通的作用表明,该组织的领导能够成功地在组织中建立一种有个性的沟通方式,作为组织中每个人之间的一种联系,防止嫉妒和官员之间的差距。沟通在本研究中起着研究的作用,这是重组工作中重要活动之一的组织行为的一部分。在印尼设计高中进行的一项研究还显示,在接受领导指定的职位时,董事会成员感到满意,以及组织结构在履行其能力和能力方面的动机和表现。本研究采用的方法是一种通过定性方法进行的描述性研究,这种方法通过对某一现象的系统性、实际和准确的描述与通过问卷、采访、观察和记录来收集数据的技术进行描述和描述。本研究的结论是,沟通在组织行为中的作用表明,通过沟通过程、内部沟通方式和沟通方式的实施以及有效沟通障碍的识别,成功地执行了组织的重新职务活动。

Symbolic Interaction of Communication on Social Drug Users’ Community in Jakarta 雅加达社会吸毒者社区沟通的符号互动

This article considers how communication is very capable and changeable in nation’s culture. Breathtakingly, this phenomenon was afflicted in metropolitan community in Jakarta as a result of globalization which is spread to all civilizations of nations in the world. The differences in perception of each individual equally obtain stimulate can occur in their interaction, the freedom of  individual is to interpret the existing situation makes this research is needed due to the subject is  interaction’s people based on perspective of symbolic interaction.  The result have shown the drug users in Jakarta created a new communication symbols to disguise the terms of drugs in their social environment into the domain of the community. Moreover, youth groups with a very complex social life and inquisitive who wants to try a new thing and  imitate easily in part of the foreign culture such as drugs is grow up rapidly. The research used symbolic interaction analysis and the researcher revealed the symbols and the meanings of communication based on the theory of symbolic interactionism; objectivity, and internalization where user makes specialties in their interactions between drug users in Jakarta.

Implementasi Fitur Laksa Pada Aplikasi Tangerang Live Sebagai Layanan Aspirasi Masyarakat Tangerang 实现Tangerang实时应用程序的Laksa功能,作为Tangerang社区的愿望服务

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dan pengelolaan fitur LAKSA pada aplikasi Tangerang Live. Fitur LAKSA merupakan ruang virtual yang disediakan Pemerintah Kota Tangerang dalam menjawab tantangan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat Kota Tangerang di era siber, khususnya dalam hal penampung saran maupun pengaduan terkait permasalahan yang ada di wilayah Kota Tangerang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan perolehan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi, studi lapangan, wawancara mendalam serta studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa fitur LAKSA dalam pengelolaanya bekerja dengan cepat dan terukur, hal ini menjadi kinerja baik Pemerintah Kota Tangerang untuk selalu membangun kredibilitas Pemerintah dan secara langsung dapat membangun citra Kota Tangerang dalam menerapkan E-Government di Pemerintahan Kota Tangerang. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa fitur LAKSA pada aplikasi Tangerang Live berhasil menjadi jembatan penghubung antara masyarakat dengan Pemerintah dalam hal pelayanan. Kesan tidak transparan dan birokrasi yang rumit di mata masyarakat berubah dengan adanya fitur LAKSA ini. 
本研究的目的是了解如何实现和管理Tangerang实时应用程序中的LAKSA功能。LAKSA功能是Tangerang市政府为应对网络时代为Tangerang社区提供的优质服务挑战提供的虚拟空间,特别是在针对Tangerang地区的问题提出建议和抱怨方面。本研究采用定性描述性方法,通过观察、实地研究、深入采访和文献研究获得数据。研究表明,管理部门的LAKSA功能迅速且可衡量,为Tangerang政府提供了良好的信誉,并直接建立了Tangerang政府在Tangerang政府中引入电子政府的形象。因此,这项研究得出的结论是,Tangerang - Live应用程序的LAKSA功能在服务问题上成功地成为社区和政府之间的桥梁。社会上不透明的形象和复杂的官僚主义随着这些法律特征的变化而变化。

EKSISTENSI DIRI PARA PELANGGAN STARBUCKS MELALUI RITUAL POSTING INSTASTORY 星巴克顾客的存在通过INSTASTORY的仪式

Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis  fenomena yang terjadi diantara para pelanggan Starbuck di Indonesia yang sangat suka memposting instastory dengan konten-konten yang berkaitan Starbuck. Fenomena posting instastory tentang starbuck ini mendorong peneliti untuk memahami apa yang terjadi di balik itu. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap empat orang narasumber dengan menggunakan metode etnografi virtual. Metode ini dipilih karena di era serba digital ini, penggunaan internet dan social media meningkat sangat tajam; tetapi sayangnya tidak banyak metode penelitian yang mampu menjangkaunya.  Etnografi virtual bisa menjangkaunya melalui penyelidikan terhadap segala entitas yang ada di dalam social media. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kalangan muda memandang aktivitas memposting hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan Starbuck di Instasroty merupakan sebuah ritual wajib meningkatkan status sosial mereka. Menampilkan produk brand terkenal seperti Starbuck akan akan membantu mereka dalam upaya menempatkan diri diantara teman-teman pergaulan mereka.
