This article discusses the importance and necessity of using auditor selection methods when collecting audit evidence during audits. It is based on the fact that the proposed auditor selection methods are important in obtaining reliable audit evidence. An algorithm for applying statistical methods for selecting auditors was also developed and its practical application was proposed.

The positive and negative situations that affect the efficiency of production of digitalization of enterprises are described. It examines how digitalization affects the textile industry and the implications for its customers, sales channels, textile products and the textile value chain. Based on the analysis, suggestions and recommendations are given to improve production efficiency.

The data presented in this article and the analysis on which it is based can serve as a basis for more thorough research in the field of improving the efficiency of the use of public finances to ensure employment of the population and the application of this experience in solving problems in the labor market of Uzbekistan. The study of labor resources on the example of the policy implemented in Croatia showed that the provision of benefits to young workers under the age of 30 in the systems of social payments, insurance contributions and personal income tax led to a significant increase in employment and a reduction in the outflow of migrant workers.

The article proposes methodological foundations for the development of digital integrated models for the development of the rural labor market in labour-surplus regions in the conditions of the functioning of a socially oriented market economy. It includes the proven milestones for the development of digital integrated models (DIMs) for the development of the rural labor market in labor-abundant regions: definition of the goal and the list of problem-optimization tasks to be solved; implementation of the choice of the type of digital economic and mathematical models; development of target integrated models and verification of their consistency; collection, analysis and assessment of the reliability of the necessary information; computer approbation of the proposed DIM, a comprehensive analysis of the obtained computer results. At the same time, on the basis of the developed DIM, forecast indicators for reducing the informal employment of the rural able-bodied population of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2025 were determined.
