Basic human needs are a series of elements needed by humans to survive in order to remain in optimal conditions, there are various theories regarding basic human needs including the theory of Virginia Henderson and Abraham Maslow. This study aims to describe the comparison between Virginia Henderson's theory in more detail in discussing basic human concepts, compared to Abraham Maslow's theory. Nurses in carrying out nursing care must be in accordance with the principles of philosophy and nursing ethics in providing action to patients or clients. This research method uses an approach. Literature Study by identifying, reviewing, evaluating and interpreting all available research, the data obtained were analyzed quantitatively to describe the correlation between Virginia Henderson's theory and Abraham Maslow's theory. The results show that the comparison of Virginia Henderson's theory describes the definition of nursing by identifying 14 needs that underlie nursing care, while Abraham Maslow's theory describes the definition of nursing with 5 needs that underlie nursing care.

Nurses in providing nursing services must always uphold the code of nursing ethics as a form of responsibility both to patients, their responsibilities to colleagues or other professions, as well as their responsibilities to their professional organizations (PPNI). This study aims to determine the form of application of the code of ethics from the aspect of responsibility for nursing services both to patients, colleagues or other professions as well as to professional organizations. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach to Nursing Services in Homecare. The results drawn from this study are that nurse services have referred to responsibilities and there are no violations in Nursing Ethics so that there is no effect on Nursing Services.

Nurses as health professionals can participate in complementary therapies that patients can do independently. In this case a nurse has a role as an educator. This study aims to determine the concept of alternative complementary nursing with the Dorothea Orem theory approach. This research method is a literature study conducted by reviewing and analyzing several sources of articles. The results of the study show that the application of alternative complementary nursing care to patients can be done independently in accordance with the concept of Dorothea Orem theory, evidenced by the existence of acupressure therapy, hypnotherapy, herbs, and so on.

Osteoporosis is a bone disease characterized by a decrease in bone density which causes bones to become brittle, bone conditions deteriorate where bone pores are porous. According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the prevalence of osteoporosis in 2016 there were 3,385 people who came to puskesmas with cases of Osteoporosis, consisting of 1,115 in men and 2,270 cases in women. From data from the Palembang City Health Office in 2017, there were 112 people who came to the South Sumatra Health Center with cases of osteoporosis, consisting of 37 men and 75 women. Strategies to overcome the problem by consuming foods that are high in calcium, such as milk, sardines, salmon, fish eaten with their bones (anchovies), soy-based foods, fruits, and green vegetables. The study was conducted using a non-factorial complete randomized design (RAL), using 30 untrained panelists. Acceptability is carried out by organoleptic tests. The results of the organoleptic test of dimsum selected in the F1 formulation (150 grams of sardines and 25 grams of spinach), the results of the acceptability test obtained an average color value of 3,567, aroma of 3.07, taste of 3.87, and texture of 3.47. The results of proximate analysis obtained an energy content of 203.74 kcal, protein 8.75%, fat, 1.82%, carbohydrates 38.09%, and calcium 96.42 mg.

Nurses are those who have the ability and authority to carry out nursing actions based on the knowledge they have acquired through nursing education and therapeutic communication is the ability or skill of nurses to help clients adapt to stress, overcome psychological disorders and learn how to relate to others and help patients to explain their health problems so that they can reduce the burden of feelings and thoughts and can take action to change the existing situation if the patient believes in what is needed. The method used is literature review, namely by analyzing books and journals related to the implementation of appropriate nursing care in therapeutic communication. In carrying out proper nursing care in therapeutic communication, nurses must know what the nurse's authority is in providing nursing care and also good communication to help patients so that patients can be helped so that patients feel satisfied with nursing services. Examples of therapeutic communication techniques are: acceptance, silence or silence, offering, rewarding, active listening, open communication, asking the patient to sequence events according to time, seeking clarification, making observations, confrontation.

Mutu dan kepuasan pasien adalah salah satu faktor yang membuat pasien untukdatang kembali berobat karena perasaan puas yang diterimanya atau bahkan tidakakan pernah datang lagi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasanpasien terhadap mutu pelayanan keperawatan berdasarkan harapan dan persepsipasien. Disain digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan crosssectional. Penelitian ini akan mengukur kesenjangan (gap) antara pelayanan yangtelah diberikan oleh rumah sakit / puskesmas terhadap pasien itu sendiri. Daripengukuran tersebut akan diketahui tingkat kepuasan terhadap mutu pelayanankeperawatan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit/ puskesmas tersebut. Hasil daripenelitian ini menunjukkan pasien puas terhadap mutu pelayanan keperawatan padadimensi, reliability assurance dan empaty, dan tidak puas pada dimensi tanggible danresponsiveness. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikanRumah sakit/puskesmas telah memenuhi harapan pelanggan, diharapkan kepadaperawat terus memberikan pelayanan yang baik sehingga meningkatkan citra positifrumah sakit/puskesmas. Kepuasam pasien merupakan tingkat keunggulan pelayanankesehatan yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasien yang diberikan oleh tenaga medis,paramedis, dan penunjang medis. Keunggulan pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikanmeliputi aspek reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy dan tangible.Sedangkan kepuasan merupakan respon atau tingkat perasaan (senang atau kecewa)pasien yang diperoleh setelah pasien menerima produk jasa layanan kesehatandengan membandingkan antara kinerja atau hasil yang dirsakan dengan kebutuhandan harapan pasien. Jadi kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan yang diterima olehpasien akan mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pasien. Background: Children with Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever must immediately receive treatment with hospitalization (hospitalization), the most common main response when children undergo hospitalization is anxiety (anxiety). Children's anxiety levels can be overcome by offering therapies that are able to create a sense of security and comfort for children, one of which is by presenting drawing and expressing distraction techniques. Drawing and aims aim to make children happy, feel not afraid and can be used as one of the entertainments when children are hospitalized. Methods: This case study design is a descriptive design in the form of a case study with a process approach consisting of assessment, diagnosis, planning (intervention), implementation (implementation), evaluation and documentation. The subject of the case study again was two DHF pediatric patients who experienced the same problem, namely anxiety. This case study was conducted at Siti Fatimah Hospital Palembang in 2022. The data collection technique was by means of observation, interviews and filling out case study instruments for 3 days in the treatment room. Result : The implementation given is in the form of drawing distraction technique and it worsens the anxiety experienced by pediatric patients during hospitalization. Scores decreased significantly after the drawing and storytelling techniques were applied. Conclusion: The drawing distraction technique can reduce anxiety in children who experience hospitalization, the anxiety score after the drawing distraction technique decreases.

Dysmenorrhea is a pain that is felt during menstruation that is casually characterized by a feeling of cramps that are centered on the lower abdomen. Prevalencedysmenorrhea in Indonesia in 2008 that is 64,25%. Yoga is believed to reduce the fluid that accumulates in the back causing pain during menstruation. This research is aimed to find out the effect of yoga on the level of dysmenorrhea on the female midwifery student in STIKES Aisyiyah Palembang. This research was an quantitative study with quasy experiment design that is use one group pretest posttest design. Samples of this research were female midwifery students in STIKES Aisyiyah Palembang that felt dismenore wich met the criterias for participation. Sampling in this research using quota sampling technique.From 30 respondents, before intervention 13 respondents feel menstruation pain with mild pain scale, after intervention all respondents no longer felt dysmenorrhea (100,0%), while 17 respondents feel dysmenorrhea with moderate pain scale before intervention, after intervention 6 respondents no longer felt dysmenorrhea (35,3%), 8 respondents felt dysmenorrhea with mild pain scale (47,1%), and 3 respondents still feel dysmenorrhea with moderate pain scale (17,6%). Wilcoxon test results based on the statistical results table obtained p value of 0.000 which means that there are significant influence felt by respondents after the yoga. Yoga movements can stimulate the body to release endogenous opioids (compounds that work to inhibit pain) so that we felt painless.Yoga have an influence on the decrease of menstual pain.For further research is expected to conduct research on the effect of yoga on the reduction of dysmenorrhea by using a pure experimental design.

Indonesian National Nurses Association (PPNI) is an organization that houses all nurses in Indonesia. PPNI aims to improve and develop the knowledge, skills of nursing practice, dignity, welfare and ethics of the nursing profession, strengthen unity and empower nurses. This research aims to find out the various community responses regarding PPNI policies in firing its members who are allegedly not in accordance with the Ppni Articles of Association / Household Budget (AD / ART). It happened because the dismissal of PPNI members did not hammer out the correct procedures. This research method uses qualitative methods. Qualitative method is a research method that produces descriptive data in the form of words obtained from the results of surveys addressed to the public to find out various responses about PPNI policies that fire their members by not going through the correct procedures. Based on research, 82.8% of respondents were aware of the policy governing the dismissal of members in AD / ART. While 17.2% were not aware of the policy. 72.4% argued that the PPNI should not dismiss its members disrespectfully, while 27.6% thought the PPNI should dismiss members disrespectfully. 86.2% stated that PPNI has become a good organization while 13.8% do not agree with it. 82.8% did not accept the dismissal of members disrespectfully while 17.2% responded to the statement. 62.1% stated ppni behavior in accordance with AD / ART while 37.9% stated not in accordance with AD / ART. 69% argued that the professional ethics of PPNI organizations are classified as good so far while 31% stated not to be classified as good.

Wet cupping is a traditional complementary method recommended to reduce the symptoms of many diseases and is used in pain treatment The purpose of the study: knowing the effects of wet cupping therapy on the neck and upper shoulder pain PeneliHiin Method: 61 qualified office worker participants with nonspecific neck and upper shoulder pain complaints for 3 years Last month. The Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) is used to assess pain scores. Pain scores were measured before and after wet cupping therapy. Hasll research: The average score of pain letter in the case group of 7.02 (SD 1/4 1fi) and 3JO (SD 1/4 22) after cupping therapy. Decrease in pain before and after scores is statistically significant (p < 0.05). Discussion: It can be stated that wet cupping therapy has a potential therapeutic effect on non-specific neck and upper shoulder pain. Experimental research with respondents who have full-scale controlled pain complaints needs to be done to prove the effectiveness of this intervention.
