Bu calismada diatomit katkilandirilmis polipropilen dokusuz yuzeyler eriyik ufleme teknigi ile uretilmis ve bu yuzeylerin morfoloji, termal ve boyanabilirlik ozellikleri incelenmistir. Polipropilenin boyanabilirligini artirmak amaci ile amorf silika olan diatomit minerali, polipropilen icerisine eriyik fazinda ilave edilmistir. Polipropilen ile diatomit arasindaki uyumu iyilestirmek icin diatomit florokarbonla kaplanmistir. Ayni amac dogrultusunda maleik anhidrit asilanmis polipropilen, uyumlastirici olarak kullanilmistir. Uretilen dokusuz yuzeyler iki farkli dispersiyon boyarmaddesi (Setapers Red P2G ve Setapers Blue TFBL-NEW) kullanilarak iki farkli koyulukta (%0,5 ve %1,5) ve uc farkli sicaklikta (110oC, 120oC ve 130oC) boyanmistir. Her bir boyama kosulu altinda diatomit icermeyen polipropilen dokusuz yuzeyi standart olarak ele alinmis, numunelerin CIELAB (L*, a*, b*, C*) ve K/S degerleri bulunmus ve elde edilen renk ozellikleri ve renk verimleri degerlendirilmistir. Ozellikle ogutulmus ve kaplanmamis diatomit kullanilarak uretilen polipropilen dokusuz yuzeylerin boyanabilirligi onemli derecede iyilesmistir. Optimum boyama sicakligi ise 120oC olarak tespit edilmistir.

Halılarda Kalınlık ve Rezilyans Ölçümü İçin Yenilikçi Bir Test Cihazı Tasarımı Ve Geliştirilmesi

In this study, an innovative test device was designed to perform the prolonged static loading, brief static loading, compression and recovery tests and carpet thickness measurement automatically and on five specimens simultaneously. The automation system of the device was designed and a prototype was manufactured. The functionality of the test device was controlled by providing the verification of thickness and load measurements on prototype. In addition, the verification procedure of the prototype was conducted on different carpet samples and the trueness of the prototype was proved in comparison to commercially available test device. The designed test device provides to perform the mentioned carpet performance tests and measurements with a solo test device. Thanks to the fact that the whole complex test procedure is achieved by the automation system of the test device, the test operations will be simplified in addition to elimination of fault risks from operator side.
