The climate in Saribaye Village makes it possible to cultivate various types of plants, both food crops and horticultural crops. Problems that are often encountered in plant cultivation are pest attacks that damage crops, especially horticultural crops in the yard. The use of chemical pesticides is the mainstay of farmers in overcoming pests and diseases. On the other hand, the use of chemical pesticides threatens environmental health. One of the solutions offered is the use of plant-based pesticides that are environmentally friendly, inexpensive and easy to manufacture. Various types of plants that grow in the Saribaye Village environment have the potential to be used as raw materials for botanical pesticides. Farmers in Saribaye Village do not have the ability to independently make botanical pesticides. Therefore, training in the manufacture of botanical pesticides was a crucial thing that must be done. The training aims to improve farmers' skills in making botanical pesticides as alternative pesticides using the basic ingredients of gamal leaves and papaya leaves. The activity will be held from 22 to 23 July 2022, located in Saribaye Village. The training was attended by the Women Farmers Group (KWT) and the head of the Saribaye Village youth and youth who were interested in developing horticultural crops in their yards. This activity is carried out through lecture methods and direct demonstrations. The results of the training showed an increase in the ability of participants to make botanical pesticides and a fairly high level of participant participation.

Aik Dewa Village, Pringgasela District, is one of the villages that has a KB village in East Lombok Regency. The obstacle faced in Aikdewa village is the low level of awareness about Marriage Age Maturity (PUP) so that early marriage often occurs. So far, efforts to increase public awareness have only used counseling with one method, namely lectures. Method Alternative solutions that can be done to overcome these obstacles is to conduct counseling with several methods. The several methods that researchers use in this counseling are lectures, watching together, and discussions. In addition, the extension process also requires the right media and is carried out in a sustainable and massive manner. The product of this counseling cannot be seen directly because it is in the form of changes in knowledge, behavior, attitudes, and decisions for each individual. To measure the success of the counseling that was carried out, the researcher conducted a pretest and posttest as well as interviews. Pretest and posttest questions related to maturation of marriage age (PUP) and early marriage and its impacts. Posttest results after counseling showed an increase in the knowledge and understanding of the counseling participants at SMAN 1 Pringgasela and MTs NW Nurul Iman Aikdewa.

The new superior variety Inpari Unram 1 BSP is functional rice because the rice is black and beneficial for health. This variety needs to be introduced to the Patuh Karya farmer group. This introduction was carried out in an effort to empower farmer groups as implementers of correct and integrated cultivation technology. This is done so that West Nusa Tenggara can maintain its position as a national rice barn and maintain rice self-sufficiency nationally. The problem encountered in the Patuh Karya farmer group in Selat village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency is that they are not familiar with this new superior variety, both regarding the description of the variety, benefits and cultivation technology. The purpose of this activity is to introduce black rice about the description, content, benefits, and cultivation technology to farmers through counseling and plot demonstrations. The method used is lecture method, discussion and field practice in the form of demonstration plots (Demonstration plots). The implementation time starts from June to September 2022. The demonstration plot is held in paddy fields belonging to the Patuh Karya farmer group in Montong Daya Hamlet, Selat Village, Narmada District, West Lombok. The results of the activity showed that members of the Patuh Karya farming group, Montong Daya hamlet, Selat village, Narmada sub-district, West Lombok, understood the description of black rice rice of the Inpari Unram 1 BSP variety, the content and benefits of black rice for health, and understood black rice cultivation technology with the Jajar pattern. Legowo 4:1 as a result of counseling. Farmers are able to practice cultivating black rice of the Inpari Unram 1 BSP variety starting from soaking seeds, seeding, planting to harvesting, through demonstration plot activities and mentoring. Farmers will plant black rice in the following season and it is hoped that the team will seek market opportunities for black rice.

Broiler cultivation is one of the largest MSMEs in East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB). The group of breeders carries out maintenance on a scale between 3,500 heads and 7,500 heads per cage. The Muara Selayar farmer group is one of the broiler farmer groups located in Pijot Village, Keruak District, East Lombok Regency. The main problem faced by the Muara Selayar Farmer Group at this time is that production performance is not optimal, which is characterized by sluggish chicken growth, many dwarf chickens, poor feed conversion, high mortality rate, which results in low profits obtained and even losses. The considerable number of dwarf chickens although it varies every period incurs losses due to poor ration conversion with low selling prices. The solution offered to bridge the problem of low broiler production performance in the Muara Selayar Broiler Farm Group is the use of symbiotic as a feed mixture for broilers of the starter period. Symbiotic are a mixture of prebiotics (feed ingredients that are difficult to digest in the digestive tract but benefit the host through selective stimulation of growth or activity of one or more microbes in the gut) and probiotics (live microbes that have benefits for the host). The results of this activity show that the use of symbiotic has succeeded in increasing the body's resistance and growth of slaughter chickens and laying hens.

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which is characterized by the acceleration of information and technology where information is easily spread throughout the world, teachers have a very important role to prepare students so that they are able to process and understand information well and equipping the students with the skills to read is one of the ways out that teachers need to do. In teaching reading, teachers are required not only to train students' skill to understand texts, but also to train their skill to think actively, creatively and critically and thus, reading learning can provide adequate literacy skills to students. This community service activity aims to socialize the learning model of reading information texts to English teachers from private high schools in East Lombok district as well as train them in applying the model. This activity took place at Al-Badriyah Islamic High School and was attended by 27 teachers. The results of this activity showed that the participants looked enthusiastic and active in participating in the existing series of activities – paying attention and listening to the materials presented by the team, discussions or questions and answers related to presented materials and English learning problems and practicing learning models to read information texts. In addition, the results of the questionnaire for the evaluation of community service activities show that the participants welcomed this activity because they could increase their knowledge and insight, especially those related to teaching reading so that they hoped that there would be similar activities provided in the future.

In the era of globalization, there can be a process of widening the gap because of the opportunities in this open economy. Therefore, the main thing that must be prevented in globalization is the emergence of this process. Inequality is a real form of development that can be solved by empowering the community, especially for real weak economic actors. Community empowerment is one of the efforts to facilitate local communities in planning, deciding and managing their resources so that in the end they have the ability and independence in an economically, ecologically and socially sustainable manner. Through this empowerment, the community can develop opportunities to show characteristics and be independent to develop their potential. Ranggagata Village is one of the villages located in Southwest Praya District, Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. Ranggagata Village has the potential for banana commodities as raw material for processed products but cannot be utilized by the community itself because there are several inhibiting factors, such as the lack of community innovation in making processed products and the lack of interest in community entrepreneurship. The implementation methods used in this activity are socialization, training and mentoring, and evaluation of activities. The results of the activity showed that the community was able to receive the results of the training well, this was proven by their enthusiasm for participating in the activity from beginning to end. From the results of these activities, it can be concluded that the service activities carried out can provide knowledge and skills to entrepreneurs, especially PKK mothers and housewives to produce products that have high selling value.
