COVID-19 pandemic condition presents obstacles for lecturers and students of the Pharmacy Study Program in all aspects of life, including the educational aspect. One of the obstacles faced is the limitations of lecturers and students of Pharmacy in conducting field and laboratory research, so that it can have an impact on delays in the implementation of the tridharma. Literature review can be an option in overcoming these obstacles. This community service aims to improve targeting capabilities and design a literature review study as an alternative research solution during a pandemic. The method used in this activity is in the form of delivering material and guided discussions through webinars with the zoom meeting platform and YouTube Livestreaming on the Pharmacy account of the University of Mataram. The webinar is divided into 2 sessions, namely a material presentation session and a clinical session for writing scientific articles with experts. A total of 77 participants attended the activity consisting of lecturers from health groups and pharmacy students. The enthusiasm of the participants was quite high as evidenced by a number of questions submitted in the discussion session. Participants' responses to the activities ranged from 4.2 to 4.7 which indicated that the event was going well with an assessment using a Likert scale from 1 to 5. The components of the assessment included time suitability, material suitability, participants' understanding of the material, moderator behavior, benefits of the event for participants and participant's opinion on the event. The ability of community service participants increases in designing literature studies through the output of articles that will be submitted in reputable journals.

Bayan Village is one of the villages in Bayan District, North Lombok Regency, which consists of 1.530 families with 5.255 people, most of whom work as farmers and ranchers. One of the potentials used by the community is in the tourism sector. Several potentials in the tourism sector in Bayan Village are Bayan Beleq Ancient Mosque, traditional houses, customary forests, terracing areas, Mandala swimming pool columns, and Singang Petune waterfall. However, the tourism potential is still not widely known to the public, so many tourists do not know about the tourism potential in this village. Therefore, through the Thematic Real Work-Study activities, University of Mataram with the theme Digital Village are expected to help the community and village officials in developing and promoting the tourism potential of Bayan Village. The implementation method used is observation, website creation, and socialization. The observations show that there is still a lack of public knowledge regarding the management or use of the internet network for tourism promotion. The attractive potential is still not sufficiently explored. A website has also been created to promote the tourism potential in Bayan Village. As the final stage, there has been socialization about the importance of tourist villages as a catalyst for micro-economic improvement.

Lingsar Village is one of the villages in West Lombok Regency that has the potential to develop agro-tourism because 53% of its area consists of agricultural areas and fruit plantations. For this reason, Lingsar Village has great potential to develop organic horticultural plant cultivation which can be packaged as an agro-tourism attraction. This activity is expected to be one of the efforts to empower the community based on the creative economy and can contribute to increasing people's income. Currently, agricultural activities carried out by the people of Lingsar Village are only routine activities to plant on their land or land they rent. Agricultural activities in Lingsar Village are only carried out traditionally and conventionally so that they have not been able to have a significant impact on improving the welfare of the village community. For this reason, this activity aims to develop horticultural cultivation based on organic fertilizer with a touch of technology, which is then packaged so that it can become an agro-tourism attraction. The target to be achieved from this activity is the increasing capacity of the community to manage the potential of agro-tourism that is owned by being creative so that it can become an attraction for tourists. To achieve this target, the approach model used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) which emphasizes community involvement in all activities starting from planning, implementing and evaluating programs. This activity consists of three activities, namely counseling, demonstration plots (demonstration plots), and assistance in cultivating horticultural crops based on organic fertilizers and packaging them into agro-tourism attractions. The target group of this activity is the Millennial Farmer Group in Lingsar Village.

Chicken manure waste is one of the main problems for large-scale broiler cultivation, especially in areas close to residential areas. The accumulation of manure that accumulates under the cage attracts the arrival and development of the flies in the cultivation site. The development of these flies will spread to the houses of residents who live around the cage. As a result, many farmers stop cultivating the broilers because of public complaints. To overcome this problem, the use of probiotics from acetic acid-producing bacteria can be used to reduce the development of flies because of the ability of the bacteria to reduce the pH of the media and create an uncomfortable environment for egg growth. Likewise, the development of maggot can be a competing medium that beats the flay. In community service activities regarding "The use of probiotics and maggot production to reduce flies in the Muara Selayar broiler farm, Pijot Village, Keruak District, East Lombok Regency". Through this activity, the development of flies can be emphasized by the use of probiotics and the development of magot which can be used as chicken feed.

Maringkik Village is a fishing village located in East Lombok. This village has promising tourism potential due to the condition of the island which is surrounded by beaches with beautiful landscape. The natural beauty of Maringkik Village is starting to be covered by a serious waste problem, one of the waste problems is the unavailability of proper garbage dump, so people throw garbage into the sea or on the coast which results in environmental pollution. Therefore, an effort is needed to overcome this problem. There are several efforts that are expected to decrease the waste problem in Maringkik Village, among others, implementing a waste audit, socializing waste management and waste banks, establishing a waste bank and processing plastic waste into Eco brick that can be created into useful goods.

Income risk borne by farming households is a crucial issue. These problems are overcome by carrying out community service activities. The purpose of community service activities is so that farmer households are able to do direct marketing to consumers, are able to use cellphones as promotional media and communicate directly with customers. This goal is achieved through an adult education approach. The adult education approach is carried out using guidance and training methods for millennial farmer households and/or sons and daughters of farmers to conduct direct marketing and promotion to consumers. The results of community service show that half of the participants have used e-commerce in making sales, and only one of the 16 participants has used WhatsApp as a medium for direct online marketing promotion of fresh vegetable farms.

Pijot Village has very important marine tourism potential, because it is the closest gateway to enter the Pink Beach tourist areas and 27 Gili through the waters. This potential increases with the operation of the Mandalika International Circuit, because Pijot Village as one of the Buffer Villages has an important role to support tourism development on the island of Lombok. One of the tourist areas that can be developed in Pijot Village is the Ar Muara Selayar tourist area. However, the tourism potential of the village is still not well organized, not sustainable, and still partial. Muara Selayar area is a coastal area, where horticultural plants cannot grow properly due to the type of soil and high demand for fresh water. Meanwhile, one of the obstacles in this area is the lack of fresh water supply. For this reason, the development of hydroponics is a solution to these problems. The development of vegetable cultivation with a hydroponic system can have two functions, namely meeting the need for fresh vegetables for the needs of the community and tourist areas and at the same time becoming an attractive tourist attraction. Where tourists can pick the desired vegetables themselves and buy from the community or also meet the needs of culinary processing in this tourist area. This service activity aims to provide training and assistance in the development of vegetable cultivation with a hydroponic system. To achieve this target, a Participatory Rural Appraisal approach is used which emphasizes community involvement in all activities starting from planning, implementing and evaluating programs. This activity is divided into three, namely: 1) socialization on the establishment and management of tourist destinations and attractions; 2) demonstration plot for developing vegetable cultivation with a hydroponic system; and 3) assistance in managing the Muara Selayar Tourism destination in Pijot Village. This activity was carried out in partnership with two target groups, namely Pokdarwis and the Pijot Village PKK Group. The result of this activity is the formation of a PKK group that is able to maintain hydroponic vegetable plants to serve as a food source, as well as make it a tourist attraction. After doing this activity the target group is able to meet their daily vegetable needs continuously.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is a standard in activities that coherently complete a job. One of the activities that require the establishment of SOPs is the management of tourist sites, one of which is the management of Wisata Kampung Pecinan (WKP), located in Kapasan Village, Simokerto District, Surabaya City. WKP is a tourist attraction that has been running for approximately 1.5 years, and many tourists have visited. However, WKP still does not have an SOP regulating all its activities, so it affects the quality of service and management of tourist attractions to be less than optimal. Therefore, in WKP management, it is necessary to prepare an SOP that regulates all activities. With the hope that it can become a guideline and consideration in implementing WKP management in the future. Making this SOP aims to improve the quality of Kampung Pecinan services and a form of community service. The preparation of the SOP consists of 4 stages of activities, including 1. The survey, 2. Discussion, 3. Preparation of SOP, and 4. Socialization. After going through these stages, they produce SOPs expected to improve the quality of service from WKP
