In recent years, image detection based on deep learning has become one of the main technologies of intelligent retail container (IRC). Fisheye lens is widely adopted as the imaging equipment of the IRC due to its short focal length, large viewing angle and small volume. Aiming at the distortion of fisheye lens imaging, an innovative "center coordinate correcting and clustering algorithm (CCCCA)" based on spherical double longitude model is proposed to correct the classification error of the hard sample in fisheye image predicted by neural network model. First, the YOLOv4Tiny model is used to detect the fisheye image of the IRC to gain the bounding boxes ("bboxes"). Second, the center and radius of the fisheye image are obtained by using the Hough circle algorithm in OpenCV, and the fisheye image is orthogonally mapped to the target plane by means of the spherical double longitude model so as to get the correction center coordinates of the bboxes. Finally, the x-axis coordinates of the correction bbox’s centers are clustered to determine the categories of the hard samples ("HardSampleSet"). Experimental results show that the CCCCA can reduce the top-1 error rate ("top-1 err.") of the HardSampleSet in our project by 5.57%.

For the problem of heterogenous fleet dynamic vehicle rounting, a memetic algorithm was proposed to optimize the minimum vehicle number and transportation cost. In order to improve the global exploration ability of the algorithm, an improved distribution estimation algorithm is used in the pre-optimization phase of global search, Quantum genetic algorithm is used in real - time optimization. The client node reset and 2-opt algorithm are adopted to enhance the local search ability of the algorithm. Finally, the validity of the algorithm is verified by simulation experiments.

Ship radiated noise can generally be regarded as a random process that undergoes steady states, but the complexity of its generation mechanism makes its spectral characteristics different from white noise signals. Realistic simulation of the time domain signal of ship radiated noise can improve performance of acoustic equipment. In this paper, the analysis methods of the ship's radiation noise line spectrum and continuous spectrum characteristics are studied. The near-field radiation noise data of a certain type of ship under the same operating conditions is analyzed in the time-frequency domain, and the statistically significant radiation noise spectrum characteristics are obtained. The probability density function is used to generate random numbers that meet this statistical characteristic to describe the frequency spectrum of underwater radiating sound sources at various frequencies, and the Fourier synthesis method is used to reconstruct the time-domain pass characteristic of the ship's radiated noise signal under arbitrary sound velocity conditions in shallow water. Finally, the evaluation method of the radiated noise signal modeling results is studied, and the reconstructed signal is evaluated by the similarity calculation between the measured and simulated signal. The results show that the reconstructed time domain signal has higher fidelity.

The embodied cognition theory advocates the liberation and return of learners’ body in learning, and emphasizes learners’ experience learning; while VR educational games also attach importance to learners’ situational teaching, which combines cognition, body and environment to improve teaching effect. With the swift progress of the times, educational games have been widely used in each study section of education. Nowadays, educational games supported by virtual reality technology and other new technologies have been gradually used. Researchers in various fields have explored VR educational games to varying degrees from different perspectives, but researches on VR educational games from the perspectives of embodied cognition theory and multimodal interaction are still rare. Based on embodied cognition theory and multi-modal interaction technology, this paper gives a brief overview of the current situation of VR educational games in recent years, and uses the unity3D platform to try to construct the basic development and design framework of VR educational games. Summarizing the potential relationship of VR educational games based on multi-mode and the overall trend of future development.

Commonsense knowledge reasoning is an important an important research field in artificial intelligence, and there has been a lot of research. But there is still much work to be done on the basic theory of commonsense knowledge formalization. In this article, we introduce a novel quantifier in first- order logic, called "collective quantifier", in order to construct a logical framework for the formal representation and reasoning of commonsense knowledge. After giving the semantic explanation of the collective quantifier, the complete formal expression of commonsense knowledge is realized. The proposed quantifier is slightly weaker than the universal quantifier. The universal quantifier describes the "characteristics of all individuals in the universe", while the collective quantifier describes the "characteristics of most individuals in the universe". In addition, we also propose a multi-level commonsense knowledge representation and reasoning, which divides the attribute values of commonsense knowledge into multiple levels for processing. For example, the commonsense knowledge "rainfall can cause floods" is divided into "heavy rains can cause catastrophic floods" or "heavy rains can cause major floods". Multi-level commonsense knowledge reasoning broadens the application scope of Classical commonsense knowledge reasoning.

In view of the low robustness and accuracy of traditional visual odometry in dynamic environment, a dynamic feature point detection method based on semantic-optical flow fusion based on dynamic threshold is used to solve the problem that single optical flow method is sensitive to noise. In this paper, the Mask R-CNN Network is used to segment the image semantics, and the LK (Lucas Kanade) optical flow is used to track the feature points in the image, and the optical flow motion vector is calculated. On the basis of optical flow motion vector, a dynamic point judgment method based on the depth information of feature points and camera motion information is designed, and the dynamic feature points are eliminated to adapt to the dynamic environment. The experimental results on the tum data set show that the absolute trajectory error of the proposed system is improved by more than 90% compared with ORB-SLAM2, while the absolute trajectory error is improved by more than 13% compared with the same type of DS-SLAM, which improves the robustness of the visual odometry.

This phenomenon can be described as an intentional act of lying on the compliant vehicle verification with the intent to obtain an illegal operation certificate of transport. These false data will bring safety problems in the management of transport vehicles. Regrettably, the fraud behaviors of compliant vehicle verification are too hidden to come to light, therefore access to labeled historical information is extremely limited. For this reason, the applicability of supervised machine learning techniques for compliant vehicle verification fraud detection is severely hindered. Such limitations motivate the contribution of this work. We present a novel approach for the detection of potential fraudulent compliant transport vehicle verification using only rule inference techniques and allowing the future use of supervised learning techniques. We demonstrate the ability of our model to identify potential fraudulent verification vehicles on compliant transport vehicle verification data, reducing the number of potential fraudulent verification vehicles. The obtained results demonstrate that our model doesn’t miss on real compliant transport vehicles verification data, increasing the operational efficiency in the compliant transport vehicles verification process without needing historic labeled data.

For this reason, the applicability of supervised machine learning techniques for compliant vehicle verification fraud detection is severely hindered. Such limitations motivate the contribution of this work. We present a novel approach for the detection of potential fraudulent compliant transport vehicle verification using only rule inference techniques and allowing the future use of supervised learning techniques. We demonstrate the ability of our model to identify potential fraudulent verification vehicles on compliant transport vehicle verification data, reducing the number of potential fraudulent verification vehicles.
