CHARACTERIZATION OF THE PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF THE BIOSURFACTANT PRODUCED BY L. ACIDOPHILUS AND L. PENTOSUS 嗜酸乳杆菌和戊酸乳杆菌制备的生物表面活性剂理化性质的研究

Biosurfactants or surface-active compounds are biodegradable, non-toxic and eco-friendly compounds released by microorganisms. Biosurfactants are amphiphilic compounds cause surface tension reduction both aqueous solutions and hydrocarbon mixtures. The main purpose of this work was to characterize biosurfactant produced by Lactobacillus strains.  Identification using 16s rDNA identified the isolates as L. acidophilus for Fm1 and L. pentosus for Y1. Effect different parameters (temperature, PH and Salinity) were studied to evaluate the stability of biosurfactant after treatment.  In addition, critical micelle concentration of biosurfactant, emulsification index and viscosity reduction of palm and engine oils have been studied. The results revealed that, the biosurfactant from L. acidophilus and L. pentosus maintains its emulsifications activities unaffected in the wide range of parameter's study except slightly decreasing in emulsification index values at salinity 15%. The maximum reduction in surface tension was 18.05 mN/m with minimum concentration of critical micelle concentration of 7.5 mg/ml and high decrease of palm and engine oil viscosity of 110.1 and 165.3% respectively. This study concluded that, the emulsification activity, the surface activity and the stability to heat treatment, different PH and salinity of biosurfactant of Lactobacillus strains revealed the application of the biosurfactant in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics industries and oil recovery.

EFFECT OF SOIL IRRIGATION WITH WASTEWATER ON NI FRACTIONS IN SOME CONTAMINATED SOILS IN EGYPT 废水灌溉对埃及部分污染土壤镍组分的影响

In this study Ni species were determined using a sequential extraction technique. The method consists of sequential extraction of the soil with different solutions, and it is designed to separate into six operationally defined fractions namely water soluble, exchangeable, carbonate bound, Fe-Mn oxides bound, organic bound and residual fractions. The objectives of this study were to investigate nickel forms in tested soils and to determine the effect of industrial wastewater effluent irrigation on the metal fractions in soil.   Data showed a remarkable increase in all tested Ni-forms in polluted soil. It could be concluded that soil composition has been changed with depth. Especially under such condition whereas, metal soluble organic compounds found in wastewater may precipitate and percolates through soil and may transport soluble Ni with the soil solution.

SECURED DATA RETRIEVAL IN MILITARY APPLICATIONS USING CP-ABE 在军事应用中使用cp-abe进行安全数据检索

Disruption-tolerant network (DTN) technologies are only solutions for military environment because of their mobile nodes irregular network connectivity and frequent partitions. But due to its nature of having external storage node during the transmission there is chance of getting exploited. Cipher text-policy attribute-based encryption(CP-ABE), is a good solution however, the problem of applying CP-ABE in decentralized DTNs introduces several security and privacy challenges with regard to the attribute revocation, key escrow, and coordination of attributes issued from different authorities.Some users (receivers) may change their associated attributes at some point (for example moving their region) here there is a need of attribute updation and also provides forward and backward secrecy for the attribute revocation problem. So we proposed a system that provides a multi authority CP-ABE scheme for secure data retrieval in decentralized DTNs a variation of the CP-ABE algorithm that overcomes the attribute revocation problem.

With the initiation of internet in the 1990s to the present day facilities of universal computing, the internet has reformed the computing world in extreme way. It has travelled from the concept of parallel computing to distributed computing to cluster computing to grid computing to utility computing to virtualization and recently to cloud computing, in future Internet of Things. Cloud computing is a style of computing in which dynamically scalable and other virtualized resources are provided as a service over the Internet. In this paper explain the cloud computing deployment models and delivery models, with the help of model cloud computing do work properly in the area of IT sector. In this paper describe the traits and benefits of cloud computing.

THE APPLICATION OF EVOLUTIONARY GAME IN RESOURCE ALLOCATION 演化博弈在资源配置中的应用

Resource allocation could not arrive at Nash equilibrium directly as that under completed rationality, due to bounded rationality of users. A resource allocation strategy based on evolutionary game is proposed to investigate the evolutionary process of user colony from the dynamic viewpoint. Using the method of replicated dynamics, an evolutionary stable strategy is produced to allocate resource. In particular, the evolutionary stable point, evaluation function characteristics, and replicated dynamic diagrams are discussed under different conditions. The results show that using evolutionary game approach, users could study and adjust strategy constantly through repeated games to achieve evolutionary stable equilibrium, which leads to an optimal allocation of resource.

A five year feasibility study was conducted using process modeling to design new fuels that could inherently reduce nitric oxides, sulfur dioxide and mercury emissions in power generation. The commercial station chosen for the study was a northeastern utility in Homer City with a history of emission difficulties. Heat data for the utility's unit 3 was available from diagnostic work done at this station back in the early 1980s.   Unit 3 has a pulverized coal (with CE Raymond Mills) balance draft steam generator with single stage reheat rated at 4,280,000 lb steam per hour. The Turbine is a 692 MW four valve unit operating in variable pressure mode. The unit utilizes two steam driven boiler feed pumps.

The yield of field pea in Ethiopia is hampered due to the prevalence of Ascochyta Blight disease. 49 field pea materials including 21 introduced field pea materials; 19 single plants selected from bulked gene pool materials and 9 released varieties were evaluated under field condition of two environments using simple lattice design to identify resistant genotypes. The current study revealed that considerable variation was found for response against ascochyta blight diseases and yield performance even if high level of resistance materials were not identified. High degree of disease severity was observed at Kofele site than Bekoje.  Out of the total 49 genotypes; 16 genotypes (GPHA03, GPHA019, GPHA06, GPHA01, GPHA018,P-313-010 , P-313-045 ,P-313-086, P-313-082, P-313-071 , P-313-065 , P-313-098 , P-313-061 , P-313-068 , P313-067 and  PDFPT-BEK) were moderately resistant and the remaining 33  materials were susceptible to ascochyta blight disease. Genotypes PDFPT-BEK, P-313-067,P-313-010, and P-313-082 were relatively high yielder and moderately resistant materials. It is better to repeat this trial in multi-location and season to check disease and yield stability for further breeding purpose.

INFORMATION PROJECTS QUALITY MODEL 信息工程质量模型

The requirement to establish a quality model has been felt by users for the purpose of evaluating the software quality quantitatively and qualitatively.Information quality literature has provided a great amount of proposals for assessing the quality of information, but there is still a need to develop frameworks for assessing and improving the quality of information from the information consumer and the organizational point of view in the perspective of the information project classification. Moreover, for each dimension there must be set a clear definition what it represents, in order to be able to compare it for any type of Information Project (i.e. Information System) throughout its life cycle [2].  In order to improve the quality of information projects, it is required to present an information project quality improvement model that can be iterative measured and improved, during a period of time. Quality improvement is an iterative process that requires planning, execution, checks and feedback from the information consumers (IS users) in the organization. By this process, during a certain time frame, the quality of the project can be improved and reach higher business performances. Therefore, the quality activities are performed on a time scale, all along with the project's life cycle, in order to achieve an effective improvement of the project quality.

The major goal of the article is to examine the nature, speed, susceptibility, and an effect of the environmental catastrophe in a global perspective.  The study will concentrate on several climate change agendas. With a focus on the Indo-Bangla Diaspora, it seeks to examine numerous environmental crises and challenges relating to global warming. The environmental catastrophe, which is now the most urgent issue on the planet, is also a threat to human life. There is currently scientific agreement that if greenhouse gas emissions are not reduced, humanity will suffer serious effects. Millions of people in underdeveloped countries are expected to experience water shortages, food grain shortages, and increased health and life hazards. Most of the world's cities may flood because of climate change. This could force hundreds of millions of people to leave their homes. They have already started to suffer; there will be deaths, and the environment will collapse. The environmental catastrophe of today is more artificial than natural. Experts propose a worldwide political accord to address the growing issue. Through the worldwide platform of the climate change agenda and discussions throughout time, this article has acquired a thorough grasp of the problem and its potential solutions. The world urgently needs an effective environmental and climatic management policy, as human sensitivity to climatic calamity is growing every single day.
