Investigating Factors Towards Adoption of Mobile Wallet Payment Services 调查采用移动钱包支付服务的因素

The goal of this study is to look at the effect of "perceived ease of use" (PEOU), "perceived usefulness" (PU), "perceived service cost" (PSC), "perceived credibility" (PC) and "customers' satisfaction" (CS) on consumers' intention to adopt mobile wallet payment services. "Customer satisfaction" (CS) was the mediator between PEOU, PU and IU. The study model is based on the model of "technology acceptance model" (TAM). The study involves 300 respondents and the data was obtained via an online questionnaire. - Convenient sampling method. Smart PLS (partial least squares) regression using the "structural equation" technique has been applied to review and analyze the data. The data analysis findings are supported with several previously published hypotheses. All independent variables influence the dependent variable IU, indirect effect of PU is positive and significant to IU, further it was found from analysis that the PEOU has not significant effect to the mediator CS and the IU indirectly.

Impact of Fintech on the Financial Stability of Banks: A Systematic Literature Review 金融科技对银行金融稳定性的影响:系统文献综述

In recent decades, financial technology and stability have been debated and studied for decades. This study examines the relationship between financial technology (Fintech) and global bank financial stability. The study collected articles from research databases for this (Science Direct, Welly, Emerald, Springer Link, Google Scholar, and Research Gate). We map the financial technology–financial stability research domain and identify key developments and patterns from 1995 to 2022 using peer-reviewed articles. Financial technology's theoretical relationship to financial stability is also examined. Fintech, financial stability, and determinants are examined. This paper builds a comprehensive model of the relationship between Fintech and banking sector financial stability. Banking sectors use financial technology and financial stability practices to achieve financial stability goals and gain competitive advantages. Financial technology has increased the global banking sector financial stability.

Problems in Implementing Adequate Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Diversity Management in Organizations 在组织中实施充分的平等就业机会法和多样性管理的问题

Organizations need to be effective and timely manage diversity. Efficient diversity management within organizations helps them to build a satisfied and happy workforce that feels safe at the workplace. A happy workforce translates into higher revenues through satisfied and loyal customers. Equal Employment Opportunity is a means to achieve effective diversity management within organizations. However, there is a gap in the literature in providing a roadmap for an organization to build a strong employee base. Therefore, this paper examines the literature and tries to identify critical issues in implementing adequate EEO law and diversity management. This paper concludes with recommendations for organizations to implement adequate EEO laws for a better work environment, which results in higher revenue generation, greater brand image, and customer satisfaction.

This research shows how the ethanol process effect production in the sugar industry in UK & Pakistan. UK follows alcoholic process while Pakistan used a halal mode of production. This is a qualitative study. The data is collected through secondary sources. The primary data is gathered through an open-ended questionnaire. The goal of this project is to collect feedback from the targeted group in order to improve the feedback stage of the analysis model. Most of the quantitative data collected by the various organizations involved in the sugar industry are published by the World Bank, FAO, and research firms. The findings of the research show that the UK has more demand but less supply and imports is an alternative.But in Pakistan excess supply balance demand so exports of sugar can take place. But the difference in profitability is subject to lack of market information.

The significance of religiosity in well-being is rapidly gaining attention. Personal religiosity may provide a subjective utility to the individual and effect positively, but not associated with the well-being of the family. Higher religiosity would require time. The present study have examined the influence of personal religiosity and preaching-related absence of the household head on his family's economic well-being. The data was collected through a questionnaire from 385 Muslim families. The statistical techniques applied are; ordinary least square and Ordered Logistic regression models. The key findings suggest that religiosity and preaching-related .absence have a strong impact on the family's economic well-being, however, the significance of preaching-related absence on family economic well-being is much stronger than personal religiosity.The results of the study will provide assistance in guiding the policy makers in enhancing the well-being of the people

Determinants behind the Choice of Money Transfer Channels: A Case Study of Pakistani Migrants based in Dubai (UAE) 资金转移渠道选择背后的决定因素——以迪拜(阿联酋)巴基斯坦移民为例

The study was designed to explore and analyze the determinants behind the choice of different channels of money transfer used by Pakistani migrants living in Dubai. 400 working-class Pakistani immigrants were taken as a sample. Data was collected through Non-Probability Convenient sampling technique. A rank order analysis was used to find out the respondent's level of preference and the mean value of the rank for factors. The results revealed that the majority of the migrants used informal channels for money transfer because of convenience in regards to funds transmittal and that there was a differential rank ordered preference for choosing any channel wherein speed, cost, exchange rate and ease were given more preference. The research suggests that the policymakers should take concrete steps to ensure the awareness of the migrants about a variety of available remittance options and also to safeguard them against the possible exploitation by the agents and mediators.

Employer brand has become a topic of concern for scholars and policymakers recently. The primary aim of this study is to unveil attributes that constitute a higher education institution as an employer brand. The study at hand is a qualitative inquiry designed to unveil an employer brand's instrumental and symbolic components. This study was conducted in the context of private universities in the eastern zone of Afghanistan. Data was collected from the faculty members of seven private universities by conducting semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions of lecturers working in various departments of the selected institutions. Thematic analysis was performed using NVivo-12 for data analysis. The findings revealed eight instrumental or job-related and eight symbolic or trait-related themes perceived to represent a university as an employer brand. Moreover, the study offers recommendations for university administration and human resource officials engaged in policy formulation.

Data was collected from the faculty members of seven private universities by conducting semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions of lecturers working in various departments of the selected institutions. Thematic analysis was performed using NVivo-12 for data analysis. The findings revealed eight instrumental or job-related and eight symbolic or trait-related themes perceived to represent a university as an employer brand. This study investigates the impact of Shared Vision (SV) on Responsible Innovation (RI) and Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA). Moreover, the level of education is used as a moderator between SV and RI. RI is the process of taking into account the potential ethical, social, and environmental impacts of new technologies and innovations and making sure they are developed and used in a way that is beneficial to society. This can include considering how new products and services will affect different groups of people, and taking steps to mitigate any negative impacts they may have. It also involves engaging with stakeholders and considering their perspectives in the innovation process. SEM technique was used, and data were collected from 1018 respondents from the manufacturing sector. The results explain that SV is significantly related to RI, and RI determines SCA. Furthermore, the level of education moderates the relationship between SV and RI. Moreover, this study provides the general public and various policyholders with an overview of the various levels to which manufacturing SMEs are embracing RI.
