Optimal Economic Dispatch of Microgrid With Battery Energy Storage Considering Uncertainty of Renewable Generation 考虑可再生能源发电不确定性的电池储能微电网最优经济调度

Renewable energy can address the issues of energy shortage and carbon emissions. However, high penetration of renewable generation will pose severe challenges to the security of power systems, due to the uncertainty of renewable energy generation (REG). In this paper, a host of scenarios are generated via Monte-Carlo approach to describe the uncertainty of REG. For the purposes of balancing the accuracy and efficiency, back-substitution method is used to reduce scenarios and internment representative ones. Consequently, an optimal scheduling model, considering the uncertainty of photovoltaic and wind power, is established with the lowest operating cost as the objective. Additionally, the influence of uncertainty of REG on the dispatch of microgrid and the setting of battery capacity is investigated.

Analysis of Response Characteristics of Doubly Fed Induction Generator in Electromechanical Oscillation 双馈感应发电机在机电振荡中的响应特性分析

As the Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) is connected to the power system, the electromechanical oscillation characteristics of the traditional power system have changed. To study the influence of DFIG access on the low-frequency oscillation of traditional power systems, this paper uses open-loop analysis to separate the influence of DFIG, establishes DFIG and traditional power system open-loop model, and uses frequency domain analysis to analyze DFIG access to the traditional system. The impact of open-loop is analyzed by analyzing the influence of DFIG power loop parameters and access location and access on the electromechanical oscillation response characteristics of traditional systems. The feasibility of the method is verified by simulation, which can reflect the DFIG response to the rest of the system's electromechanical oscillations. This method can be used to analyze the reasonable parameter settings, access capacity, and access mode of DFIG.

Coordinated Economic Dispatch of Wind-Photovoltaic-Thermal-Storage System Considering the Environmental Cost 考虑环境成本的风-光电-蓄热系统协调经济调度

In order to accurately measure the social cost of thermal units and promote the consumption of clean energy, this paper proposes a coordinated economic dispatch method of wind-photovoltaic-thermal-storage system considering the environmental cost. Firstly, the pollutant emission of thermal units is sorted and quantified, and the environmental cost is included in the power generation cost of thermal units. Then the typical output scenarios of wind and photovoltaic power are analyzed and classified as the basis for the formulation of dispatch scheme. Finally, a coordinated economic dispatch model considering the operation cost of thermal units, environmental cost, charging and discharging loss cost of energy storage devices and the penalty cost of abandoned wind and photovoltaic power is established, which is verified by an example.

Abnormal Wind Speed Data Recognition Based on Fast R-CNN 基于Fast R-CNN的异常风速数据识别

With the wide application of wind power generation, the value of wind power generation data is gradually being valued by people. People can look for the key factors that affect the normal operation of wind turbines from massive data, and provide better services for users. In this paper, a method for identifying abnormal wind speed data of wind power generation is proposed. On image data, Faster R-CNN is trained with image data collected daily as samples. The experimental results show that Faster R- CNN can effectively identify abnormal wind speed images. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the experimental process and results, which provides a reference for the identification of abnormal data in the power system.

Unified Power Flow Calculation for Multi-terminal Direct Current (MTDC) Considering Droop Control and Modulation Index 考虑下垂控制和调制指标的多端直流统一潮流计算

Power flow calculation of AC/DC hybrid power grids with multi-terminal voltage source converters (VSC-MTDC) is the basis for stable operation of hybrid power grid. This paper incorporates different VSC control strategies into the power flow, and considers adaptive droop control coefficients, modulation index as variables of power flow model. Then droop coefficient value and modulation of VSC under different states of hybrid power grid are obtained. The article establishes direct relation between VSC control parameters and output power, through transferring the circuit of VSC stations which connects to AC power grid. It unifies the power flow calculation methods of the VSC-MTDC in hybrid power grid under various control strategies. In order to prevent the VSC modulation index (MI) from exceeding the limit, the modulation of VSC as a variable of power flow equation can be obtained from power flow results. MI value can be analyzed through power flow to avoid overmodulating of VSC. Finally, an example verifies the validity of the model and fast convergence of the method.

A Convenient Temperature Estimation Method for Half-Bridge of RC-IGBT with One Monitoring Unit 一种方便的RC-IGBT半桥温度估算方法

Temperature monitoring of power devices is critical for control optimization and health management. However, existing monitoring methods require a monitoring unit for each device, which increases complexity and cost. The reverse conducting insulated gate bipolar transistor (RC-IGBT) has great advantages in practical application, such as high power density. A convenient temperature estimation method for RC-IGBT half-bridge using one monitoring unit is proposed in this paper. The peak reverse recovery current of the diode increases with the junction temperature. The peak reverse recovery currents of two bridge arms can be measured via turn-on collector current overshoot and turn-off collector current overshoot of one bridge arm. The temperatures of IGBT and free-wheeling diode (FWD) are close for RC-IGBT. Therefore, the temperatures of two bridge arms can be estimated with one monitoring unit. The method proposed provides a simple and convenient monitoring structure. The experimental results validate the feasibility of the proposed technique.

Research on Market Clearing Mechanism for Multi-Type Generators Considering Carbon Cost 考虑碳成本的多型发电机组市场出清机制研究

Market clearing price considering carbon cost will be an important market means to promote the development of low-carbon economy. However, different types of fuel generators have different consumption characteristics and carbon emission characteristics. Thermal power units should pay different price in carbon market, so they have various carbon cost rather than the equivalent carbon cost as in the previous research. Firstly, this paper studies the mechanism of carbon emission allowances and the future development of carbon market based on China’s latest carbon market policy. Then the carbon cost is incorporated into the cost model of various thermal power units, and a multi-type energy transaction model considering the carbon cost of diverse generators is established. Locational marginal electricity price (LMEP) and carbon price (LMCP) are obtained. Finally, the simulation was carried out in the modified PJM-5 node power system. It proves that, complex locational marginal price will increase due to the additional carbon cost of thermal power units, and the clearing model in this paper will improve the utilization rate of low carbon emission units. In addition, with the development of low-carbon economy, the LMCP will gradually increase, promoting the development of renewable energy.

Research on Refinement Modeling of Transmission Lines' Meteorological Risks and Online Early Warning and Defense Strategy of Meteorological Disasters 输电线路气象风险精细化建模及气象灾害在线预警防御策略研究

Meteorological factors should be taken into account in risk assessment as it plays a vital role in the stable operation of transmission lines. On this basis, a method for early warning and protection of meteorological risk for transmission lines is proposed. Meticulous modeling of meteorological risk is carried out considering space-time power generation prediction, equipment health and reliability assessment and probabilistic load forecasting, and a novel risk measurement standard is proposed based on meteorological hazard, power grid vulnerability and post-disaster recovery cost. In addition, a research on online early warning and defense strategies for meteorological disasters is proposed for load interruption recovery and alleviation of electricity congestion. Finally, the proposed method is tested and analyzed in simulation, and the effectiveness of the method is further verified.

A Novel Deep Learning Fusion Model for Probabilistic Prediction of Photovoltaic Power 一种新的光伏发电概率预测深度学习融合模型

When a high percentage of photovoltaic power is connected to the power system, the volatility and non-smoothness of the photovoltaic power output can seriously affect the safe and stable operation of the power system. Accurate PV power prediction is of great importance to the safe and economic operation of the power system and to the dispatch of the power system. PV power probability interval prediction can effectively quantify the uncertainty of PV power prediction, which can provide more comprehensive information for power system decision makers compared to traditional point prediction models and help power system risk control and decision making. To address the shortcomings of low prediction accuracy of a single model, a CNN-BiLSTM fusion prediction model is constructed based on convolutional neural network (CNN) and bi-directional long and short-term memory neural network (BiLSTM) in this paper. Finally, the quantile regression model and kernel density estimation method are used to obtain reliable probability interval prediction results. Simulations were carried out using PV power data under different weather types and compared with other probabilistic interval prediction models based on a variety of evaluation metrics. The results show that the QR-CNN-BiLSTM PV power output probability prediction model performs better.

Research on Optimized Carrier-Based AZSPWM Strategy to Reduce Common-Mode Voltage Frequency and Prevent Overvoltage 降低共模电压频率和防止过电压的优化载波AZSPWM策略研究

Active zero state PWM (AZSPWM) can reduce the amplitude of common-mode voltage (CMV) by two-thirds, but it cannot reduce the frequency of CMV, and will lead to two-level jump of line voltage, resulting in overvoltage. Aiming at the above problems, six optimized AZSPWM vector sequences that can simultaneously reduce the amplitude and frequency of CMV are proposed in this paper firstly. On this basis, by deriving the equivalent modulation wave and carrier of optimized AZSPWM, six optimized carrier-based AZSPWM (OCBAZSPWM) strategies with simpler calculations are further proposed. Then, the cause of the two-level jump of line voltage is analyzed, and the method of OCBAZSPWM to prevent overvoltage is designed. Finally, simulation results verify the validity of the OCBAZSPWM.
