The article analyzes the current economic situation in the Russian automotive industry. Possible solutions to the problems of the industry are considered. Different points of view on the definition of the essence of adaptive development of production management system are presented. The analysis of managerial measures, models of adaptive development implemented in the automotive industry under the conditions of anticonvolutionary restrictions and economic sanctions is offered. The first results of the domestic automotive industry in overcoming the negative effects of economic uncertainty are presented. The aim of the work is to determine the optimal approach in the adaptive development of automobile production in conditions of economic uncertainty. To implement the goal of the research, the following tasks were set: to analyze the current situation in the Russian automotive industry, to identify the main problems in its development, to consider ways of implementing adaptive development of auto production management and its results.

IProject management and sustainable development are ones of the most important concepts that have gained great popularity in the scientific community in recent years. The need to integrate sustainability into project management is increasing every year changing the requirements for project managers` competencies. Despite of the growing scientific interest in this topic, there is a small number of research papers that consider the impact of the concept of sustainability on the competences of a project manager. Thus, the purpose of this study is to identify the most important knowledge, skills and abilities and personal qualities needed by project managers for successful sustainable project management. The research is based on the analysis of the sources of scientific literature, international, and national standards in the field of project management. The results showed that over the past 5 years the project manager profession has undergone significant changes, and in order to achieve sustainability project managers need to develop new professional competencies based on knowledge, skills and abilities, and personal qualities.

This article discusses an approach to building a model of communication flows when solving project management tasks in the context of the need for subsequent regulation in order to increase the efficiency of project implementation in general. Definitions are given that distinguish such concepts as a communication flow and a single communication link with subsequent formalization in a formulaic form. Examples of forms and methods of communication between project participants are given, followed by the example of a hierarchical approach to the formation of a model of communication flows. The article also discusses the basis for building a model, including the organizational structure of the project, taking into account resources and the process of setting tasks, and in part of the latter, an algorithm of actions is presented, distributed over key stages, including visualization of the process diagram. Examples of control actions are given in order to demonstrate the possible regulation of the proposed model.

As a result of the changes that have affected to a large extent the entire banking system of the Russian Federation, banks were forced to rebuild the proven algorithms and automated management platforms. The reason for this is the import substitution of the software used as a result of the depar-ture of the main vendors of foreign automated systems that were used by Russian banks. At the same time, many banks faced a situation in which the accepted software from Russian developers was difficult to integrate into the management environment of their business processes. At the same time, each bank solves this problem in its own way, while software develop-ers bring new products to the market, often not taking into account the inter-ests of banks, which together leads to problems in adapting the proposed software to the required functionality. Without studying the specifics of the business processes of modern banking organizations, many solutions re-main unclaimed. Therefore, it is relevant to study business processes and trends in the de-velopment of commercial processes in the banking sector, which will allow modern developers to more clearly and clearly introduce systems to the market that help meet all the needs of financial organizations. This article presents the capabilities of Russian developers to integrate modern software into the business processes of the banking sector, which will, to a certain extent, solve the problems associated with the withdrawal of foreign vendors from the market. The study will determine the capabilities of banks and is aimed at ensuring that developers also take into account the interests and specifics of the commercial processes of the banking sec-tor, which together will allow building the most effective digital management platforms.

The authors proposed a project for the introduction of an unmanned aerial vehicle for monitoring pipeline routes in order to promptly detect gas leaks and prevent violations of security zones and minimum distances from gas transport facilities. In the course of the research, the criteria for selecting the necessary equipment were determined, the economic and financial indicators of the project implementation were assessed, the project risks were assessed, the analysis of environmental, technogenic and socially significant indicators of the project was carried out. The implementation of the project will prevent serious accidents of a man-made or environmental nature by premature detection of natural gas leaks, reduce costs and time in comparison with ground-based control methods, reduce the influence of the human factor on the results of monitoring by automated systems of an unmanned aerial vehicle.

In recent years, the projectification of society has received increasing attention in researches. Stemming from the projectification of the economy with a multitude of project-based companies that rely on projects as a form of structuring tasks, projects are also playing an increasingly important role at the societal level. Many companies, implementing projects with high corporate social responsibility, must comply with the requirements for project activities established by law and standards. The position that “project society has arrived and is continuously developing” is supported by the fact that an increasing number of undertakings that were otherwise named or structured are now implemented in the form of projects. The projectification of society can be seen through the lenses of sociology and organization theory and projects can be defined as a complex, self-organizing network of a disparate group of people who interact for a relatively short period of time. Also, innovation and technological progress have a huge impact on changes in the ways of society, various spheres of life, and especially in economic activity. The rapid development of digital technologies encourages a global change in approaches to doing business, and also destroys already established traditions and habits. Thus, there is a new industrial revolution, which is caused by many factors and is currently under development. This article discusses the intermediate results of the forth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0), the processes of digitalization and design in various spheres of life. It is also important that the authors tried to answer an important question – how these processes are interconnected and affect each other.

The topic of the article as well as the issues concerning the ways to improve IT-project management processes are becoming more and more relevant, the need to respond effectively to the changing national and international challenges of external conditions is increasing. Therefore, a detailed structural study and elaboration of ways to improve IT project management processes are required. This study focuses on ways to improve IT project management processes. The research methods are theoretical methods: analysis of sources, systematization and generalization. The author of the article gives an interpretation of the concept "IT-project", "IT-project management". The article analyzes the problems of IT-project management in modern organizations. It characterizes the existing methods of IT-project management, as well as proposes new ways of managing IT-projects: the use of a unified information system, the model of "7 K-questions", the map of competencies in selecting the team.

The authors propose a model for assessing the effectiveness and risks of projects to improve the performance efficiency of fire protection units of all types. In the course of the research, a model was developed in the MS Excel environment allowing oil and gas companies to assess the economic feasibility the planned activities. The relevance of the proposed model is due to the need of an operational assessment of the effectiveness and risks of planned measures aimed at ensuring the effective functioning and development of fire protection units for oil and gas facilities. The model consists of three interconnected functional blocks: the data entry block, the calculation block, and the block of results. The use of the model makes it possible to increase the performance efficiency of fire protection units by optimizing the costs of substantiating projects to improve their activities.
