This article analyzes the importance of feedback in Agile projects, emphasizing its role in improving management processes and motivating personnel. Methods of collecting feedback, such as surveys, meetings, and project data analysis, are discussed. Special attention is paid to practical aspects of giving and receiving feedback, including strategies for effective communication among project participants. Principles of transparency, openness, and respect are discussed in the context of the Agile approach, along with recommendations for developing authentic leadership and building trusting relationships within teams. The influence of feedback on the process of continuous improvement and project refinement is explored. Overall, the article provides an overview of modern methods and practices of using feedback in Agile projects and recommendations for their application to achieve suc-cessful outcomes.

This article is devoted to formation and development of strategic partnerships to ensure sustainable business development in Russia. The article presents the author’s methodology for analyzing strategic partnerships, and also outlines the findings of its practical evaluation using the example of the analysis of the following strategic partnerships: Moscow Automotive Plant Moskvitch; Chinese automotive company JAC Motors; Optic Fiber Systems JSC; and the Japanese company Sumitomo Electric Industries. Particular attention is paid to the existing projects of the above companies, which are implemented by them jointly. The analysis has highlighted several developmental areas where these companies could develop their partnership. Also, the author considered several promising areas of cooperation between Russian and foreign companies under the conditions of sanctions pressure.

The study is aimed at the addition of theoretical and methodological provisions related to the features of the development of the post-industrial economic mechanism. The need for supplementing the provisions with an interpretation of the cluster approach in the development of the economic mechanism of post-industrial systems, clarifying its economic significance and proposing on its basis practical mechanisms for implementing the information economy is justified. As a mechanism, it is proposed to create an intersectoral cluster structure that contributes to the development of the process of informatization of industrial sectors. With the help of the proposed mechanism, it is possible to provide methodological and practical tools for the implementation of information policy and the development of informatization based on the cluster approach.

The goal of this study is to elaborate the recommendations of managing the energy companies’ financial results for maintaining their sustainable growth. According to determined criteria various models of sustainable growth were chosen and tested. Some of them which showed the best prediction power were taken for the further study. Financial analysis of companies’ reports was done and the evidence about the existence of a pattern in forming their financial results was given. The factor analysis was carried out in order to find the impact of changes in external environment on the net income. The main factors that influence the amount of net profit and the sustainable growth ratio and the quantitative extent of their impact are determined. Final recommendations are the set of financial tools, using ones will increase the effectiveness of business of energy companies.

The author examined the theoretical and methodological provisions of the relationship between project management and the concept of lean production in an enterprise, the history of the development of project management, the concept and purpose. It is noted that in modern conditions, project management managers are faced with new requirements for high agility, flexibility, prompt provision of the main departments of enterprises with operational information, but quite effective and manageable. This lean project management should contribute to the continuous improvement of the operational efficiency of enterprises. Methods and methods for creating working groups in an enterprise have been studied. Innovative methods in the economy lead to a significant increase in labor productivity and the release of labor resources. The article discusses the methodology and flexible working methods and the benefits that can be obtained through innovation. The formation and creation of working groups is presented, the need for developing the personnel potential of JSC Perm Mashinostroitel Plant is substantiated. A lean manufacturing project is described to reduce production losses in product release.

The development of digital economy is currently impeded by the complex geopolitical situation, causing negative influence on Russian companies’ IT-infrastructure stability. Given conditions determine the importance of technological products import substitution. The stimulating state policy and digital transformation of business which is based on progressive technologies determine a key role of Russian companies’ digital platforms in the import substitution of technological products. Therefore, the support of technological projects development is provided, the results of which are implemented at micro level or scaled in the form of end-to-end technologies at meso- or macro levels. This article considers approaches to the classification of digital platforms and analyzes the B2B segment services of Sber ecosystem as a platform for the implementation of Russian companies’ technological projects According to the results of the study, the directions of business solutions import substitution have been identified, as well as the development of the architecture model of Sber ecosystem B2B segment which contribute to the successful implementation of companies’ technological projects was developed.

The authors consider aspects of the established practice of developing effective regulatory mechanisms for foreign trade projects organized by trade unions of countries. Using the grouping of protectionist measures of nontariff regulation of the EAEU countries, introduced in 2020, it was revealed that the main barriers and restrictions are institutional, not economic in nature. Special attention is paid to conducting a criteria-based assessment of the relationship between institutional barriers/restrictions and the level of obstacles using the chi-square criterion. Several statistical criteria were used to assess the degree of closeness of the relationship between the types of institutional barriers and the degree of their limitations, which are relatively easy to apply, but quite informative and meaningful in interpretation. The presented approaches in the analysis expand the possibilities of quantifying non-tariff mechanisms for regulating mutual trade projects in various trade unions organized by countries.

The process of digitalization, that has already affected the entire world economy, is changing business models and the competitive environment. Therefore, these days, the system of crisis management should take this trend into account. Digital transformation projects, that are now actively implemented by companies from a variety of industries, have an anti-crisis nature, and business strategies are actively implementing a wide range of digital solutions. The authors of this article analyze the phenomenon of enterprises digital transformation, highlight the main challenges for its projects’ management and emphasize the importance of a conscious approach to the application of this tool. The article allocates the features of the modern crisis management system with the use of digital technologies and highlights the trends in digital business strategies. The authors analyze Tesla, Sber, Tinkoff and General Electrics business practices. In conclusion, the authors emphasize the special role of psychological readiness in a new technologies’ usage, the importance of following a clear algorithm, considering the specifics of the enterprise and providing flexibility when managing digital transformation projects as a part of crisis management.

The study identifies the place of leasing in the Russian financial system, and evaluates the dependence of the volume of new business in the leasing industry on such macroeconomic indicators as the GDP growth rate and the level of the key rate in the country. The volume of a new business is as a numerical indicator showing the amount of transactions concluded over a certain period for which purchased equipment was leased. This information might be useful for the leasing companies to set goals for the volume of leasing projects, based on the macroeconomic situation, and to assess their risks. The object of the study is the Russian leasing market (a set of leasing projects), including the relationship of leasing companies with other financial institutions — banks and insurance companies; the subject is the volume of new business.

The object of research in the article is interregional cooperation between authorities and business, and the subject of analysis is the forms, directions and tools for the development of interregional cooperation, stimulating the growth of the number of business projects in various territories and the development of new technologies, exchange of experience and ensuring increased competitiveness and promotion of companies in the market. The research methodology was based on the analysis of statistical data, legal documentation, descriptive-comparative method, grouping of criteria and typology of forms and directions of interregional connections, content analysis. The result of the analysis was the formation of recommendations for identifying new forms and directions of interregional cooperation that stimulate attracting business to the regions and increasing the efficiency of implementation of business projects. The generated results can be used by regional authorities to establish interregional contacts, establish interaction with domestic companies, attract them to the regions and stimulate their advancement into new markets through various support tools.

Gomaskova","doi":"10.12737/2587-6279-2024-13-1-10-21","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.12737/2587-6279-2024-13-1-10-21","url":null,"abstract":"The object of research in the article is interregional cooperation between authorities and business, and the subject of analysis is the forms, directions and tools for the development of interregional cooperation, stimulating the growth of the number of business projects in various territories and the development of new technologies, exchange of experience and ensuring increased competitiveness and promotion of companies in the market. \u0000The research methodology was based on the analysis of statistical data, legal documentation, descriptive-comparative method, grouping of criteria and typology of forms and directions of interregional connections, content analysis. \u0000The result of the analysis was the formation of recommendations for identifying new forms and directions of interregional cooperation that stimulate attracting business to the regions and increasing the efficiency of implementation of business projects. \u0000The generated results can be used by regional authorities to establish interregional contacts, establish interaction with domestic companies, attract them to the regions and stimulate their advancement into new markets through various support tools.","PeriodicalId":357307,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Research and Development.
