An important element in ensuring the stability of the gas transmission system of PJSC Gazprom is the reliability and safety of gas pumping units (GPU), their systems and equipment. Due to the aging of a large number of operating types and modifications of gas compressor units, the task of maintaining their healthy technical condition and ensuring reliable operation through maintenance and repair (MRO) is especially important. At present, when determining the project cost of GPU maintenance and repair work, indicators and data of different levels are used, and at the same time, data on the nomenclature, physical and cost indicators of work in the context of GPU types are not regulated and unified, depending on the full range of work performed by type MRO, technical condition and operating time of units. The article describes the methodological aspects of the development of resource-technological models (RTM) for maintenance and repair in the context of types (modifications) of gas compressor units, types and lists of works that will allow for the integrated formation of the project cost of work.

The article contains the results of an empirical study devoted to the development of a universal management tool in the field of interaction with such social projects stakeholders as investors and project managers. The management tool is presented in the form of a reference model of the communication landscape with methodological recommendations for its use. The empirical basis of the study was 5356 social projects in Russia and the Perm Territory, a series of in-depth interviews with social project organizers, survey data from more than 150 respondents involved in the process of attracting investments in social projects. It is important to emphasize that the practical application of the universal management tool allows us to solve the problems in attracting investors to social projects comprehensively, taking into account the industrial, regional, typological and other features of the participants in the investment process, while forming effective attributes of the investment brand, including: an individual approach to the development of an investment proposal, "Personal stories", reflecting the social values of the project, reputational and other investors’ benefits. Moreover, the model of the communication landscape can form the basis for the creation of a digital platform, aimed at accumulating the existing variety of social projects of a specific territory and solving strategic problems in stakeholder management within the social projects industry.

The present article describes an investigation of the group resilience role in FMCG project team management. Group resilience scale comprises seven dimensions (alignment, forecasting, adaptation, interchangeability, bounce back, accumulation of communication resources, self-organization) which were identified from the literature review and confirmed by the in-depth interviews with the project managers working in FMCG company. An intensive research (Case Study) of a single FMCG organization in which the author examined in-depth data relating to several variables reveled that project teams with high group resilience have better outcomes in difficult work environments. Outcomes could provide a better understanding of group resilience role in FMCG project management.

The analysis of scientific and technical potential is carried out, the assessment of its ability to provide transition of economy of the country from energy and raw materials to an innovative way of development is given. It is proved that in order to achieve the goals of strategic scientific and technological development of the country it is necessary to develop an effective organizational and economic mechanism for its implementation. Proposals are made to improve budget financing and human resources for the development of science through the implementation of national projects and programs.

Currently, rapid economic development successful implementation of projects is necessary for the activities of organizations. In some industries, such as construction, spacecraft production, film production and other, activities are carried out mainly through projects where a failed project can have a large negative impact on such organizations. The study based on the scientific work of the British research group BMG and the results of a survey of project managers in the Skolkovo Innovation Center, allowed to identify and compare the most important factors affecting the successful implementation of projects in the EU and Russia.

Sustainable development (SD) of territories is becoming an increasingly important task both at the national and regional level. On the other hand, there is a little research on applicability of the SD concept on the territories with special economic regimes, including Advanced special economic zones (ASEZ) implemented in the Russian Far East. This paper analyses management of ASEZ in the Far East considering SD concept. The article provides an overview of the current practice of applying SD concept in modern special economic zones and considers the applicability of SD practices in the framework of the Far Eastern ASEZs. The authors used a program management approach to analyzing the functioning of ASEZs, identified key problems in the operation of ASEZs, and provide suggestions and recommendations for solving existing problems, taking into account the SD concept. In conclusion, the authors formulated directions for further research in this area.

Project management is evolving differently when formed in different environments. Therefore, in each sector there are a set of project management features. This paper discusses the sectoral features of companies by identifying differences in the level of maturity of project management between industries: IT, Construction, Banking sector. For the present study, entirely new project approach to maturity assessment - IPMA PEM, which was developed by the International Project Management Association, was used. The study revealed significant differences between the studied sectors according to 9 out of 20 criteria. On the basis of the obtained results, recommendations for increasing the maturity of project management and a development map for the studied industries were formed.

The article is devoted to the problem of the corporate culture influence on the success of the organizational project management system (OPMS) implementation. During the research, a survey was conducted to examine employees of companies where the OPMS was implemented. Due to the survey the implementation success was estimated and the corporate culture level was analyzed. Using statistical methods a model of corporate culture influence on the success of the OPMS implementation was built and recommendations to take this influence into account were given.

The purpose of this research is to develop a methodology for modeling the probability of a project’s success and to realize a prototype model to develop recommendations for more efficient project and portfolio management in a bank. The work contains 40 foreign and 10 Russian-language sources. The first part of the study covered the theoretical foundations of project and portfolio management. The features of project management in banks are analyzed, the examples of factors and criteria for project success are given. Approaches to modeling in problems of binary classification were considered. In the second part, the main prerequisites, assumptions and limitations were described, a high-level model concept was proposed, and the author’s own modeling methodology was developed for estimating the probability of project success. In the third part, a prototype model for assessing the probability of project success was created. In addition to the tasks performed, recommendations were developed based on the results obtained: factors that predetermined the success of the project were identified and a flowchart of the implementation of the model system was compiled, consisting of a static and dynamic module into the project / project portfolio management processes. Further research directions were identified, including testing other modeling approaches (for example, using neural networks), assessing the economic effect of introducing a system of models, clustering projects in order to identify groups of similar features and apply appropriate management influences to successful project management.
