According to Rostekhnadzor, an increased level of accidents is observed at the facilities of the oil and gas complex of the Russian Federation in 2021, in relation to the previous year. This is due to the insufficiently effective work of the production control services, the lack of a detailed analysis of each accident and accident, the prevention of the study of the causes. Every year, the economic damage caused by accidents, industrial injuries, and occupational diseases increases both in the main and auxiliary activities of companies in the Russian oil and gas complex. Recently, companies in various sectors of the economy have been paying great attention to the introduction of innovative technologies (IT) to ensure industrial safety (IS), including labor protection, fire safety and road safety. It is relevant to study trends in the implementation of IT in the areas of safety assurance used by domestic oil and gas companies to reduce the number of accidents, eliminate occupational injuries and occupational diseases. It should also be emphasized that the literature does not pay enough attention to comprehensive research reviews of projects for the implementation and practical application of IT in the field of IS, and, first of all, in oil and gas companies. These reviews are especially valuable for managers and specialists in the field of IS to make strategic and tactical timely management decisions for the implementation of IT. Research of projects on the introduction of innovative technologies for ensuring industrial safety in Russian oil and gas companies will allow you to build the entire decision-making chain: from goal setting to practical implementation.

This work considers the program "Transformation of the Business Climate", one of the goals of which is the growth of Russia in the Doing Business rating. It is assumed that the rating indicators are unequal, and it is possible to single out the indicators, the impact of which most strongly affects the level of ease of doing business. For this purpose, a regression model has been built, on the basis of which the forecast of Russia's advancement in the ranking in the coming years is built. This work highlights the strengths and weaknesses of the Business Climate Transformation program and offers recommendations for promoting Russia in the Doing Business rating.

The article is devoted to the problem of portfolio risk management of network project interdependencies in an agricultural company, as the lack of existing methods of project portfolio risk assessment and proper consideration of interdependencies are traced. During the study, we conducted an in-depth interview with the CFO of the company to identify the pool of ongoing projects of the company, determine the types of interproject dependencies, the likelihood of the corresponding risk in the project and the level of losses in monetary terms. Using the method of expert assessments and the noisy-OR gate tool, calculations were made in the GeNIe software product to determine the overall risk of the project portfolio after identifying high-risk projects and then recommendations were given for the application of a dynamic portfolio risk management model based on the software product used in the company.

The paper analyzes various project management systems. It is shown that in conditions of rapid changes in the external environment for both complex and very complex projects, the choice of one or even two complementary project management systems may not be effective. The paper analyzes three complementary pairs of project management methods. The advantages and disadvantages of each project management method are shown. At the end of the analysis, a "Convergence Model" of project management methods is presented, in which the values of systems theory, game theory and fuzzy sets are separately noted, allowing the use of project analytics, which relieves companies from excessive formalization of project activities.

The article provides the analysis of applying of the production traumatism and occupational diseases indicators in the projects of Russian and international oil and gas companies. The advantages and disadvantages of the main indicators were considered. The application features in occupational risk assessment and a possibility to compare the occupational safety level in different companies were discussed as part of implementation of oil and gas projects. While investigating the international indicators, an assessment of application possibility of these indicators was presented in terms of the current aspects of the accident statistics in domestic companies. The regulations and criteria of the occupational risk indicators system development in oil and gas companies were designed. The article offers the list of indicators to provide sufficient information for assessment of occupational health and safety conditions in the company and to develop risk response activities.

The article deals with the problems of developing a corporate project management system in an engineering company that implements "full-cycle" projects - from object design to commissioning in the field of industrial water treatment and water treatment. The problems are connected, first of all, with the achieved level of maturity of the business, the fear of any changes, when the stability of the result is more important than further development. The analysis of the process of working on the project from the stage of initiation to completion was carried out, the most problematic, bottlenecks in the current project management system were identified. Based on the conducted research, the company's management has developed and approved a plan for the development of CSU for the next year and for the future.

The notion of project leadership is considered to be one of the most popular topics among both researchers and managers. However, the question of whether transformational project leadership (TFL) or transactional project leadership (TAL) is more efficient for organizations is widely debated. The aim of this study is to provide an overview of the tendencies in the research of TFL and TAL in 2016–2019. This study was based on literature review and selected research articles of each year from Scopus according to particular metrics: article citation index, author h-index and journal CiteScore. A questionnaire among experts was conducted in order to evaluate the relationship between the metrics. The main contribution of this study is that it unites research papers of a different focus and offers insight into the key findings on the notions of TFL and TAL in the last four years. The study shows that TFL and TAL were found to have both positive and negative implications under certain factors and circumstances. Furthermore, the study indicates that TFL and TAL do not oppose but rather complement each other. Hence, the balance between TFL and TAL is likely to be an optimum choice. Limitations of the study and recommendations for future research are thoroughly discussed in the paper.
