The article analyzes the development of high-tech sectors of the Russian economy in the context of import substitution. Features of managing priority project portfolios are considered. Issues of creating a unified information space for aviation industry enterprises are studied in the context of introduction of a modified OLAP technology of management decision support. Investment attractiveness of high-tech sectors of the Russian economy is estimated based on the coefficient of gross value added of project products. Investment-overheated industries are identified, and recommendations on market correction and returning project assets to a balanced state are given.
Monitoring of adhesive strength of coatings is considered. The influence of counterbody geometry in maintaining the sample area and of the adhesive base on the monitoring results is studied by computer modeling.
Local plastic surface deformation of parts after cutting is investigated. It is shown that, with variation in the substrate thickness, the reshaping of the microprojections when the deformation is comparable with the height of the initial profile affects the following parameters: the inclination at the base of the microprojection, the relative length of the smoothed section, and the displacement of the microprofile’s trough during constrained loading.
The article considers the risk assessment system based on selecting risk response actions in accordance with the calculated risk priority number. Problems of the application of the RPN method and ideas for overcoming these problems are considered. An approach consistent with the AIAG & VDA FMEA methodology that is capable of eliminating some disadvantages of using the priority risk number method is proposed.
The article presents recommendations for optimal selection of technological operations when repairing parts of aircraft gas turbine engines that are based on the associated labor hours, costs, and capability of ensuring the required engine service life and future reparability. For the purpose of selecting technological operations, a repair optimization algorithm based on a complex criterion is developed.
The influence of electrical discharge machining on the structure in the surface layer of heat-resistant materials is studied. Research methods are developed and new data obtained regarding the change in microstructure of the surface layer after copy-piercing and wire cut electrical discharge machining of components made from heat-resistant nickel alloys.
The study investigates the potential of reducing roughness parameters Ra and Rz of specimens fabricated by selective electron beam melting via the method of electrochemical dissolution in NaCl solutions at a current density of 20 А/cm2.
A mathematical model is developed for preparing a tool control program in the finishing and hardening of a complex workpiece with a cycloidal helical surface by surface plastic deformation.
The problem of operational repositioning of saw modules on the shafts of the saw unit is solved to obtain lumber of different sizes by changing the distances between the modules. A scheme of a self-locking manipulator is proposed, which provides rigid temporary fixation of saw modules in a specified position.
