GDSS MULTI KRITERIA PENENTUAN STRATEGI MARKETING TERBAIK PERGURUAN TINGGI

Dunia  pendidikan  telah  mengalami  evolusi  secara  kontinyu.  Salah  satu faktor  pemicunya  adalah  kompetisi  antar  perguruan  tinggi  yang  semakin  ketat. Oleh karena itu pemasaran menjadi unsur yang strategis dalam menjaga eksistensi perguruan  tinggi. Dalam membuat keputusan pemilihan strategi marketing, terdapat beberapa kriteria yang perlu dipertimbangkan, diantaranya adalah biaya, waktu, tingkat pengaruh, capaian target dan lain sebagianya. Pada perguruan tinggi swasta pengambilan keputusan terkait strategi marketing tidak hanya ditentukan oleh bagian Humas saja, akan tetapi  harus meminta pertimbangan dari pihak manajemen dan yayasan pemilik perguruan tinggi. Berdasarkan  kompleknya permasalahan  yang  dihadapi,  diperlukan  sebuah  sistem pendukung  keputusan  kelompok  atau  Group  Decision  Support  System  (GDSS) dalam menentukan strategi marketing pergurauan tinggi.  Pada  penelitian  ini,  penulis  mengajukan  GDSS  menggunakan metode Analytical  Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang mendukung model Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) dan  Technique for  Order  Preference by  Similarity  to  Ideal  Solution  (TOPSIS)  sebagai  model  untuk  pengambilan keputusan. Penggunaan  GDSS  pada penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk  mengakomodir  penilaian  lebih  dari  satu  evaluator  dan meningkatkan  kualitas  keputusan.  Dengan  demikian  diharapkan  penilaian  yang dilakukan lebih obyektif, karena tidak dilakukan oleh satu pihak saja. Perangkat lunak yang dibangun dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan  mempermudah dan mempercepat dalam menentukan strategi marketing perguruan tinggi.
教育领域一直在经历进化。促成这一现象的因素之一是学院间日益激烈的竞争。因此,市场营销是维持大学存在的一个战略因素。在选择营销策略时,有几个标准需要考虑,其中包括成本、时间、影响力程度、目标实现等等。在私立大学,关于市场战略的决策不仅是由公共关系部门决定的,而且还必须从管理部门和大学业主基金会寻求考虑。根据所面临问题的复杂性,需要一个小组决策系统或小组决策系统(GDSS)来决定高仓储营销策略。在这项研究中,作者建议GDSS使用分析程序(AHP)来支持多代决策决策模式(MADM)和技术,以理想解决方案(TOPSIS)为模型。GDSS在本研究中的使用旨在对多个评估人员进行评估,并提高决策质量。因此,评估必须更加客观地执行,因为它不是由一个人来执行的。从这项研究中建立的软件预计将使确定大学市场战略变得更容易和更快。

University is one of the agencies that use information technology to support various business processes. University requires data integration between the systems so that the data available in one system can be used in other systems to support data management.In forwarding data integration there are several obstacles that occur one of the causes is schema heterogeneity used by each information system. linguistic method is one of the schema matching methods used to overcome the problem of schema heterogeneityBased on the analysis of database schemes with the linguistic method, the values of precision, recall and f measure are 0.75. This value indicates that the application of the matching schema has been quite good. But there are still some of the same data between the schemes so that the integration of the data owned is not maximal. So that optimization is still needed to maximize the data integration

ANALISIS PERBEDAAN GENRE GAME PADA GOOGLE PLAY MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK OCTALYSIS 使用音阶分析谷歌游戏的类型差异

Android-based games are divided into various genres so that there are many variations of the game that can be played but many game developers don't know how to develop games based on the player's perspective that is closely related to human computer interaction. The purpose of this study was to find out the strongest characteristics of player motivation in each genre available on Google Play using Octalysis framework based on design and gameplay so that differences in player motivation were found. The Octalysis Framework has been used by many companies to make gamification products, because in gamification there are game elements so that they can be used to analyze game products. With this research, it is expected that each genre has the strength of characteristics and weaknesses as a benchmark of data for developers and game designers to create more varied games.

Perancangan Multicontrol Pada Lampu Berbasis Internet Of Think (IOT)

Technological developments in the communication and information  area can changes the lifestyle of the human become the digital lifestyle. Digitalization on the aspects of life can provide convenience for humans. Like the household appliances that can be controlled by a smartphone. In 2015 Nugraha build a light management system with android smartphone via bluetooth media. In addition, the lights are also can be controlled automatically by time and light (LDR). The disadvantages of this system are the lights that can not be used remotely and can not give notice to the home owner about the status “on or off” of the light.  This research aims  to design a multicontrol system to control the light with several media follows : bluetooth, voice, light (LDR), timer, website and SMS as notification of light status. System development method in this research using Waterfall method. The test results using bluetooth, light(LDR), voice, and timer provide a fast response with average less than 2 seconds.

Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak Generate File Akun Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) Universitas Palangka Raya pa稀有大学大学单学费帐户(UKT)软件开发概要文件

Regulations concerning Single Tuition Fee have been contained in the Regulation of Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education Number 39 of 2016. In addition, the Law on Higher Education Number 12 of 2012 Article 88 stipulates that the minister posseses the authority to set the unit standard for Higher Education operational costs which becomes the basis of state universities to set the costs charged by the students in the scope of Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. University of Palangka Raya applies Generate File Software Development Account to determine the cost of Single Tuition Fee which is a development method of modified Waterfall software. This method consists of four stages; (1) Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Implementation, and; (4) Testing. Quicksort and Depth First Search Algorithm also implemented on system. Thus this website utilizes Generate Data Account of Single Tuition Fee which will work automatically from each Higher Education entry, namely SNMPTN, SBMPTN and SMMPTN-BARAT and create easier to the management team to change automatically the data of study program from students’ Singgle Tuition Fee account based on the specified study program.   Keywords:  Single Tuition Fee, Generate File, Quicksort, Depth First Search

Analisis Penerapan Metode Convex Hull Dan Convexity Defects Untuk Pengenalan Isyarat Tangan

Research of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and Computer Vision (CV) is increasingly focused on advanced interface for interacting with humans and creating system models for various purposes. Especially for input device problem to interact with computer. Humans are accustomed to communicate with fellow human beings using voice communication and accompanied by body pose and hand gesture. The main purpose of this research is to applying the Convex Hull and Convexity Defects methods for Hand Gesture Recognition system. In this research, the Hand Gesture Recognition system designed with the OpenCV library and then receives input from the user's hand gesture using an integrated webcam on the computer and system generates a language output from the hand-recognizable gestures. Testing involves several variables which affect success in recognizing user's hand gestures, such as hand distance with webcam, corner of the finger, light conditions and background conditions. As a result, the user's hand gestures can be recognized with a stable and accurate when at a distance of 50cm-70cm, corner of the finger 25o–70o, light conditions 150lux-460lux and plain background conditions.

Gold is one of the investment commodities whose value continues to increase from year to year. The rise in gold prices will encourage investors to choose to invest in gold rather than the capital market. Investment in gold gives better results for the long term and with better purchasing power, so gold investment is an effective solution considering the value of money annually eroded by inflation. Such a state of economic instability is what drives many people, organizations and companies to invest in gold precious metals. Factors influencing the rise or fall of gold price according to Riefiyono (2010) are change of exchange rate (dollar exchange rate to rupiah), world political situation, domestic economic situation, and interest rate.   The method used in this case is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) is a method that uses In the training phase, this algorithm only retains feature vectors and sample training data classification. In the classification phase, the same features are calculated for testing data (whose classification is unknown).   The results obtained are successfully made an application for the prediction of gold prices by utilizing the method of Nearest Neighbor Retrieval. This application can help users in knowing the gold price prediction results are expensive or cheap with views in terms of economic situation, interest rates, political situation, and changes in exchange rates.

Pencarian kemiripan judul tugas akhir berdasarkan tema pada jurusan teknik informatika menggunakan metode single linkage hierarchical adalah suatu metode untuk mengetahui kemiripan atau kedekatan abstrak dan judul tugas akhir antara input yang dimasukkan admin dengan abstrak dan judul tugas akhir yang sudah dikerjakan atau sudah ada pada jurusan teknik informatika Universitas Malikusssaleh dengan teknik clustering. Pada data - data abstrak tugas akhir yang sudah dikerjakan atau sudah ada dilakukan proses clustering dengan menggunakan Single Linkage Hierarchical Method (SLHM) sampai terbentuk enam buah cluster sesuai dengan bidang yang ada pada jurusan teknik informatika. Kemudian input yang sudah ada melewati proses text mining dengan enam cluster yang terbentuk. Selanjutnya dilakukan proses pencocokan antara data uji atau data baru dengan data yang sudah ada dengan anggota - angggota dari cluster. Data - data yang digunakan untuk membentuk data clustering adalah data abstrak tugas akhir teknik informatika Universitas Malikussaleh tahun 2010 - 2015, sedangkan abstrak yang diinputkan merupakan abstrak baru untuk mengetahui asbtrak tersebut termasuk kedalam kategori mana berdasarkan clustering yang sudah ada didalam database. Hasil dari percobaan 60 data uji abstrak persentase keberhasilan kecocokan pada kategori multimedia sebesar 100%, kategori pemograman sebesar 100%, kategori pengolahan citra sebesar 87,5%, kategori pengenalan pola sebesar 11,11%, sedangkan pada kategori jaringan dan data mining tidak ditemukan kecocakan. Dan pada halaman user, hasil berupa judul tugas akhir yang ada pada database berdasarkan dengan tema judul tugas akhir yang diinputkan oleh user.

Mendeteksi Plagiarism Pada Dokumen Proposal Skripsi Menggunakan Algoritma Jaro Winkler Distance 使用远程Jaro Winkler算法检测论文建议书的剽窃

The practice of plagiarism among students in working on their thesis might happen. Plagiarism is done considering to the limited workmanship and lack of motivation to try with their own ability. It is necessary to provide a tool to prevent the act of plagiarism among the students. In this research, we built an application to detect the plagiarism on the thesis proposal. The application applies the Jaro Winkler Distance algorithm to detect the similarity from several documents. The first phase to detect the similarity of the thesis proposals is The text preprocessing phase of the document such as case folding, tokenizing,  stopwords removal and stemming. Precision and Recall formula will be used to analyze the performance of the method in application. The test result of the data set shows the application could find the 80% relevant data that indicated the similarity. It means the application could contribute to detect the plagiarism on the thesis proposal document.

Sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Web Pada SMAN-1 Pulau Malan Kabupaten Katingan

Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 1 Pulau Malan in Katingan Regency has processed data of students and teachers using computer (Microsoft Excel application) and still manage and record the attendance list and students’ grades manually using a book. This habit is considered not effective and may cause problems in calculating students’  grades.  Data searching needs much time and important documents or notes are easy to disappear. This system is developed using waterfall methodology. Researcher constructs Data Flow Diagram,  Entity Relationship Diagram, and designing the user interface. The functional system is tested using black box. The result of Web Based Academic Information is the availability of a computerized data processing of teachers, students, and academic. Teachers also can  to calculate students’ grade, processing students’ presence per meeting, showing students’ grade, downloading subject material,  showing school’s schedule and processing data account such as changing password and taking a self picture.
