An integrative remote testing system of gyro was designed and implemented, subject to requirements such as fine real-time performance, high precision, high reliability, etc. The system is developed for physical simulation of remote wireless data acquisition for altitude information in aircraft navigation & control system and engineering application. In the testing system, rotary table was used to provide standard rate, FOG was testing criteria, and MEMS gyro was tested gyro. Butterworth low-pass filter combined with moving-average filter was also designed to smooth the output of these gyros. Testing and computing methods of main technical parameters such as scale factor, nonlinearity, max input rate, etc were analyzed and system modeling of gyro was carried out by identification method to enhance the accuracy of data acquisition. Within GSM mobile communication network, GPRS wireless terminal was used to acquire data of gyro testing remotely via Internet. Moreover, Virtual instrument techniques were used to testing functions such as data acquisition & processing of two gyros, data & waveform display, data printing & storage, etc. Besides, a buttery power supply system was designed. Experiment result shows that the testing system is able to acquire data remotely and tested parameters & gyro model can represent the actual state of tested gyro. Its accuracy & real-time performance as well as the power super subsystem meet the design requirements.

Phase shifting interferometry has become an important part of optical measurement field. In this paper, we described the phase shifting measurement principle, the analyzer interference model and the typical phase unwrapping methods. A novel phase unwrapping algorithm based on K-means clustering was proposed, and its calculation method and design process provided in order to complete three-dimensional morphology measurement. In the end, the algorithm was validated by experimental analysis of the standard sample that were consistent with the nominal and practical calibration values.

A simplified direct torque control method is introduced in order to solve difficult situations in flux linkage observation and control of the direct torque control of brush less DC motor. This simplified direct torque control adopts a simplified structure without flux linkage observation and control. To calculate torque of motor in back electromotive force shape function method is simple and effective, which will help realization of the project. The system is simulated with MATLAB/SIMULINK. Results of the experiment show that this simplified method provides better limit to the torque ripple of brush less DC motor comparing with traditional direct torque control method and dynamic response becomes faster.

Structure, material and some methods on reducing the heat transfer of special constant temperature slots are discussed. These special constant temperature slots are used in high accuracy standard capacitors, and have the resolution of 0.002°C and the fluctuation of ±0.01°C. They can reduce capacitance variance of the standard capacitors when the environment temperature changes. Then the standard capacitors are higher accuracy and better stability.

This paper analyzes some traditional design ideas about serial receiving program. For their shortcomings, a method of subsection receiving with frame synchronization(SRFS) based on DMA is proposed. The main idea of this method is to encapsulate the communication data into a frame with the specified structure, then divide a data frame receiving into several specified segments and make receiving process of every segment to match a certain execution state of receiving algorithm. Meanwhile, this method utilizes the software queue to separate data receiving from data processing. Finally, this paper conducts a compared experiment on a hardware platform of STM32F103RBT6, and the result indicates that the proposed method has prominent performance on suitability, real-time, reliability and so on. Besides, it solves the problem faced by receiving variable-length data with DMA. In a word, the method in this paper can be applied to embedded system with serial communication which demands large amounts of data transmission volume, high-speed communication, strong real-time and reliability.

Firstly, this paper provides the overall structural design of the staff positioning system of Wireless Sensor Networks in dangerous places, and introduces various types of module node which consist of the system. This paper also highlights the advantages of Wireless Sensor Networks technology which can form Ad Hoc Network and data Multi-hop. Finally, it puts forward the RSSI ranging algorithm. According to the actual condition in the factory, it also gives the precise calibration of A and n which in the formula of the simplified model. The experimental results show that in the range of 15m testing, the position deviation is less than2m, which can fully satisfy the requirements of the personnel positioning in dangerous places.

Then the principle validation experiment is carried through. The test result shows that the above PnP architecture is usable and will support the future aerospace launch vehicle for upgrading the responsive ability.

Hypersonic vehicle's nonlinear dynamics system is highly nonlinear, multivariable coupled and includes uncertain parameters. To solve this problem, a new back stepping controller is designed based on nonlinear disturbance observer (NDO). The NDO is used to observe the disturbance of the system and the limitation of the disturbance can be unknown. Theoretical analysis is done to validate that the system satisfy control requirements and is uniformly ultimately bounded. The simulation results also show that the developed method is effective and deals with the problem of uncertain factors preferably.
