In recent years, in the development of satellite equipment, the requirements for electromagnetic compatibility of spacecraft and the speed of communication systems data transmission has increased, and the requirements for reducing the weight and size of equipment onboard complexes have become more acute. The solution of these problems is the using of microwave optics solutions arising from the confluence of radio electronics, optics, microwave optoelectronics, and a number of other branches of science and industrial production. The purpose of the work is to show the prospects of this direction, as a priority in the development of on-board satellite equipment, to determine the main areas of application of microwave optics in satellite systems, to compare the quality indicators of radio photon technologies in comparison with radio frequency ones.

The paper is devoted to the problem of fuzzy duplicate texts detection in news feeds. The signature methods of detecting fuzzy duplicate news are considered. Signatures describe the content of a news as one or a group of numbers. It is proposed to use Description words big signature. This signature consist of set of flags for the presence of description words and vector of names. This vector include names of objects, countries, names of politicians. It allow setting the exact direction of the news on this or that event. In paper the results of testing the signature methods are given. Proposed signature showed good results both in recall and in precision of duplicate news detection.

Paper is addressed to the problem of taking into account the space-time variability of daily variations of coherent bandwidths for the transionospheric radio channel of satellite communications. We applied an analytical approach to the development of a mathematical model for computing coherent bandwidth in the transionospheric radio channel. An algorithm and a system that integrates hardware and relevant software for plotting regional digital maps of coherent bandwidths with the use of experimental data on the total electron content of the ionosphere were developed. There are presented experimental data on diurnal variations of coherent bandwidths over the Republic of Mari EI and Tatarstan.

The article deals with the tasks of developing new signal-code constructs for wideband low-speed decameter radio line. At present, the actual task is to expand the bandwidth of the signals used in the decameter range. One of the problems arising from this is the dispersion distortion of broadband signals in the ionospheric channel, which lead to a decrease in reception quality. Signal code constructions based on non-linear pseudorandom sequences and non-binary error-correcting code NB-LDPC code are proposed. In the role of nonlinear binary bandwidths, new sequences with a large ensemble are used. A system based on an advanced Kalman filter is proposed to compensate for dispersion distortion. The results of his work. The results of field tests of the new signal-code constructs are presented.

The article presents the developed algorithm for the frequency and time synchronization of the chirp signal in an underwater acoustic channel based on the fractional Fourier transform. It is shown that on the basis of the data obtained as a result of the algorithm, the impulse response of the communication channel can be estimated. The limitations are considered under which different Doppler scaling acts on each propagation path of a multipath signal. Comparison of algorithms based on the fractional Fourier transform and the bank method of matched filters is carried out, it is shown that the developed algorithm is more energy efficient.

Paper presents the findings of the research into the influence of polarization interference on the frequency and impulse responses of a radio channel. Numerical experiments were carried out to analyze variations of the crossing point of magnetoionic components, the region of their high interference. Variations of polarization coherent bandwidth were studied for different mid-band frequencies of a radio channel depending on the geophysical factors.
