Results of training a convolutional neural network for the satellite image segmentation are presented. Input images use four channels: Red, Green, Blue and Near-infrared. The convolutional neural network was trained to mark areas containing buildings and facilities. U-Net architecture was used for the task. For learning procedure supercomputer NVIDIA DGX-1 was used. The process of data augmentation is described. Results of training with different loss functions are compared. Network evaluation results for different types of residential areas are presented.

The issues of the paper are the procedure for stabilizing the characteristics of a large-sized multi-beam hybrid parabolic antenna subjected to operational burdens and its effectiveness. Stabilization is due to adapting the excitation distribution of clusters, called additional focusing. Adjusting not only the distribution, but also the position of hexagonal clusters, if necessary, significantly improves the results. The averaged and worst-case gain values for a series of reflector deformations give a quantitative measure of the stabilization effect. Additional focusing reduces the average gain loss from 1.6 dB to 0.1 … 0.2 dB.

For communication services imposed on top of the disparate data transmission technologies assembled into a single system, the issues of comprehensive assessment of the quality of collaboration of such heterogeneous technologies within the framework of ensuring the quality of a unified communication service are not fully developed. The solution of this issue will ensure the overall quality of the service provided with the ability to localize the problem network segment and identify the causes of possible deterioration in the quality of the service provided.

The characteristics of high-frequency oscillators on different transistors are investigated. The influence of transistor noise on AG fluctuations is considered. It is noted that in generators with a smaller nonisochronicity and with smaller cut-off angles of the current of the transistor, the fluctuations of self-oscillations are significantly lower. Formulated recommendations on the choice of transistors and their mode of operation for the construction of low-noise oscillators.

The object of consideration is asynchronous address systems using code division of subscribers. The subject of the analysis is quasi-orthogonal signal ensembles based on the M-sequences subset, ensuring a quick change of code sequences structure with a simple implementation of their process device to achieve better protection against the effects of simulation and signal-like interference. The purpose of the analysis is to determine the characteristics of M-sequences subset that have the stated properties of quickly adapting process device to changes in their structure. The solution is based on the principles and mathematical models developed by authors: the principle of the fast conversions in Galois fields, algebraic model of representation and structure of fast delay acquisition devices for a subclass of the sequences. This article is devoted to create models to mapping a subset of the original M-sequences in the aggregate of short M-sequences, searching for conditions for their joint fast adaptive processing, as well as evaluating the characteristics of the synchronization unit. Key features of the described method of processing are implementation of correlation reception of set of synchronized short sequences samples having identical structure with accumulation of symbols from multiple copies of short sequences received from initial M-sequence. It is shown that the proposed mapping models, together with offered delay acquisition devices, provide a very high level of device adaptation to changes in the signal structure over a specified range. The offered versions of the scheme of delay acquisition carry out reception and preprocessing of code sequences in real time that favorably distinguishes them from the known schemes, which are carrying out fast conversions by other methods. Presented results will be useful to the specialists who are engaged in design of the asynchronous-address systems using aggregate signals with large base and changeable structure for ensuring protection against influence of signal-like noises.

The article is devoted to the studying the processes of establishing oscillations in the generator on backward wave. The superregenerative mode has been considered within the framework of the linear theory. In the analysis, a complex frequency is introduced, the imaginary part of which characterizes the increase in oscillations over time. One of the main peculiarities of considered two-dimensional model is accounting focusing magnetic field effect. In the presence of longitudinal magnetic field of finite magnitude the transverse high frequency displacements in electron beam occur in addition to the longitudinal ones. The method of successive approximations has been used in analysis. The case of cyclotron resonance is considered separately, when only a slow cyclotron wave is excited in the electron beam, which noticeably simplifies the original problem and the initial relations.
