The main objective of the project is to eliminate repetitious work of hammering the bush into the sleeve and ensuring the safety to the workers by introducing the hydraulic press. Here the manual handling of hammering the bush is converted into partial automation studying the motion of the worker. A 16 ton press is introduced for this function with 100 litres of 68 grade oil and star delta starter with 10 HP capacities. After BS IV norms, ABS(Anti-lock Breaking System) came in an important position of modern world. To facilitate the effective sensing of speed, a bush is inserted into the sleeve of the front axle arm. In front axle assembly this operation of manual hammering is carried out This type of axle arm comprises of different types based on the different model of vehicles. The main aim is to eliminate the manual process into semi-automatic condition considering the safety precautions to the workers. This hammering process includes a 3 to 4 hammering strokes to insert the bush into the sleeve. So we searched for many process through which the manual Hammering can be eliminated. Two emerging process involved in reciprocating motions are1.Using hydraulics.2.Using pneumatics.As pneumatics works under compressed air and it is quite difficult to control the speed, in the case of hydraulics which uses oil as medium it is easy to control the speed. So we choose hydraulic as the best suitable for this operation. Double acting cylinder which is cheap is most suited in cost wise also but managing the resource, we came to know that an old unused hydraulic press is there. So our guide helped us in setting up the hydraulic press. Again we had a problem in holding the axle arm while pressing the bush. We are in a situation to facilitate the holding device to hold all types of axle arm and made a bush holding device. So we displaced the existing ram plate in the hydraulic press as such it can support all types of axle arm. We also designed and fabricated the bush holding devices which effectively supports the bush to its sleeve. The work holding device i.e., axle arm holder and bush holding devices are designed and fabricated for the effective functioning of hydraulic pressing. Due to this semi-automatic function the injuries happening in manual handling is avoided thus safety to the workers is ensured.

The long Term Evolution (LTE) is the current-generation mobile communication standard providing high data rate. As a key component of the LTE wireless system, the multiple-input–multiple-output (MIMO) antenna has attracted significant research power in the recent years for its well-known advantages of increasing transmission capacity and reducing multipath fading. A MIMO antenna consists of at least two radiating elements placed at certain distance to have high isolation between them, but the available space is very limited in the modern portable wireless front-ends. Various techniques have been proposed to improve isolation in MIMO antenna for LTE application. Mutual coupling between the perpendicularly placed antennas can be reduced by using narrow stubs in the ground plane and slots in the radiating elements. The designed antenna has simple structure and compact size of 50 X 20 mm2. High isolation between the MIMO elements is achieved by introducing a dual linear stub in the ground plane of the MIMO antenna which has mutual coupling less than -20 dB. The designed antenna is analysed using full-wave electromagnetic software HFSS.

Smart meter data is one among a set of massive data where there are infinite number of features are still inside it which in need of an effective mining approach for extracting from it. However, addressing every features for all problems may not be an effective way for any kind of problem addressing methodology. Hence, based on the need the features to be filtered out to improve the accuracy of the results. In this paper, an effective BIS Algorithm (BISA) has been proposed to address the problem of feature selection for classification of household data. Based on the results, it is evident that the proposed algorithm works efficiently when compared with the other existing algorithms.

Examination of the Skin-Melanoma (SM) is an essential practice to verify and authenticate the phase of the cancer in skin fragment. If the cancer phase, such as the Benign/Malignant is recognized through the screening process, a possible treatment procedure can be implemented to cure the patient. This work employs a soft-computing assisted procedure to threshold and segment the SM to identify the phase. The thresholding is executed with the Bat Algorithm (BA) and Otsu’s thresholding and the extraction is employed with the Watershed scheme. After extracting the SM slice, a relative study is applied to find the similarity level among the ground-truth and the SM to validate the performance. Further, the ABCD rule is also applied to identify the crucial SM parameters, such as Asymmetry (A), Border abnormality (B) and Diameter (D) to classify the considered SM images into Benign/Malignant. The outcome of this work confirms that, implemented practice works well on the chosen SM images.

Mobile wireless sensor network (MWSN) is an emerging technology, which is an extended form of wireless sensor network (WSN). It is employed in diverse real time applications due to its unique characteristics of self conFigure and mobility. We initiate a novel clustering technique by integrating super cluster head (SCH) concept with MTE protocolin this paper. The SCH are static and highly efficient sensor nodes which are placed inside the network to gather data from CHs. The use of SCH will reduce the distance of data transmission from CHs to BS and thereby increases the energy efficiency. The CHs transmit data to SCH and it will forward the data to BS. The incorporation of SCH with the MTE protocol will further increase the networks performance. The projected method is implemented and the results depicted the superiority of the projected method over another methods.

In this contemporary world, working on internet is a crucial task owing to the security threats in the network like intrusions, injections etc. To recognize and reduce these system attacks, analysts and academicians have introduced Intrusion Detection Systems (IDSs) with the various standards and applications. There are different types of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) arise to solve the attacks in various environments. Though IDS is more powerful, it produces the results on the abnormal behaviours said to be attacks with false positive and false negative rates which leads to inaccurate detection rate. The other problem is that, there are more number of attacks arising simultaneously with different behaviour being detected by the IDS with high false positive rates which spoils the strength and lifetime of the system, system’s efficiency and fault tolerance. Complex Event Processing (CEP) plays a vital role in handling the alerts as events in real time environment which mainly helps to recognize and reduce the redundant alerts.CEP identifies and analyses relationships between events in real time, allowing the system to proactively take efficient actions to respond to specific alerts.In this study, the tendency of Complex Event Processing (CEP) over Intrusion Detection System (IDS) which offers effective handling of the alerts received from IDS in real time and the promotion of the better detection of the attacks are discussed. The merits and challenges of CEP over IDS described in this paper helps to understand and educate the IDS systems to focus on how to tackle the dynamic attacks and its alerts in real time.

With special emphasis being put upon renewable sources of energy day-by-day, there is a growing demand for this new technology to be integrated into the existing framework. To be widely accepted and made sustainable, such a technology should be profitable for all participating entities; giving them incentive enough to continue using it. What remains to be answered is the question of how that will be done. We break down the traditional power grid into smaller clusters, called microgrid and discuss its properties as potential candidates for implementing Blockchain powered energy trading mechanisms. Blockchain enabled technology is chosen as it brings with it, a degree of security, transparency and automation; and cuts out the established monopoly with the decentralized network and peer-to-peer trading. Two such working algorithms are reviewed for their implementation into the microgrid. One algorithm works on an auction model while another is a calculative data-dependent model but both the models function using smart contracts. Pre-existing projects in this field and their implementation around the world are reviewed by us in the later section of the paper. We conclude this paper by encapsulating the deployment considerations and limitations of employing Blockchain technology in a microgrid.

Satellite picture request process incorporates gathering the image pixel regards into significant classes. A few satellite picture characterized strategies and systems are accessible. In existing k-medoid clustering technique is used for clustering the satellite data, with this method not able to cluster accurately all the classes. In our proposed method self-organizing map as a clustering technique is used. Self-organizing maps clustering the data based on similarity, topologies, with a preferences of appointing the same value to each classes. Self-organizing map clustering are used to reduces a dimensionality of data and to cluster the data. These are motivated by the tactile and engine mappings in the vertebrate cerebrum, which additionally appears to consequently organizing out data topologically. Our propose technique is Ensemble clustering with subspace discriminant algorithm for classification of satellite data into water, Agriculture, Barren land, Green Land. The proposed method of self-organising map clustering and ensemble classifier with subspace discriminant is given best result compared to existing ones.

Self-organizing maps clustering the data based on similarity, topologies, with a preferences of appointing the same value to each classes. Self-organizing map clustering are used to reduces a dimensionality of data and to cluster the data. These are motivated by the tactile and engine mappings in the vertebrate cerebrum, which additionally appears to consequently organizing out data topologically. Our propose technique is Ensemble clustering with subspace discriminant algorithm for classification of satellite data into water, Agriculture, Barren land, Green Land. The proposed method of self-organising map clustering and ensemble classifier with subspace discriminant is given best result compared to existing ones.","PeriodicalId":363880,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on System, Computation, Automation and Networking (ICSCAN)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133878962","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
