. The technology of distributed ledgers has the potential to transform a wide variety of different sectors by incorporating trust and transparency into the procedures of conducting transactions and exchanging data. In order to study the current status of research on blockchain-based distributed systems for trust and transparency, the objective of this literature review is to undertake a methodical analysis of research publications that have been published during the last five years. These articles were published in the preceding five years. This analysis is being conducted with the goal of determining the opportunities and challenges that may arise from the use of blockchain technology in a variety of sectors, including the healthcare industry, the management of supply chains, the provision of government services, and the financial sector. The publications that were reviewed provide evidence of both the breadth and complexity of the newly emerging field of study known as blockchain technology, as well as the ways in which blockchain-based distributed systems have the potential to improve features such as openness, accountability, and productivity in a range of settings. However, the papers also highlight the challenges associated with scalability, interoperability, regulation, and ethical considerations, as well as the necessity for additional research and engagement with stakeholder groups. This literature study, taken as a whole, offers helpful insights on the potential for blockchain technology to meet the growing need for accountability, traceability, and social responsibility in a range of settings. This finding also underscores the necessity of cross-disciplinary collaboration and the active participation of stakeholders in order to fully exploit the possibilities offered by blockchain technology.

. Robot perception and sensing for environmental awareness is a rapidly growing field that seeks to develop robots capable of monitoring and understanding the environment in a variety of settings. This paper provides a literature review of the existing and proposed methodologies in this field, focusing on the sensing modalities and machine learning models used for environmental monitoring and management. The paper also discusses the limitations and challenges associated with these methodologies, as well as the future directions and opportunities for research. Existing methodologies in robot perception and sensing for environmental awareness include LIDAR-based mapping, RGB-D object recognition, acoustic sensing, thermal imaging, and chemical sensing. These methodologies have been applied in various contexts, such as environmental monitoring, precision agriculture, and disaster response, and have shown promise in improving our understanding of the environment and addressing environmental challenges. However, they also have limitations, such as range, resolution, sensitivity, and susceptibility to environmental factors. Proposed methodologies in robot perception and sensing for environmental awareness aim to overcome some of these limitations by integrating multiple sensing modalities and using data fusion techniques to improve accuracy and robustness. Multi-modal sensing and fusion can combine LIDAR, RGB-D cameras, microphones, and gas sensors to enable more comprehensive and accurate monitoring and assessment of environmental conditions and hazards. . Distributed database systems are essential to modern computing. Such infrastructures offer scalability, speed, fault tolerance, and security, enabling applications to analyse massive data volumes in real time. Some of the difficulties in designing and maintaining a distributed database system include data consistency, performance, security, scalability, complexity, and cost. A distributed database system must be carefully planned, constructed, and managed in order to address these problems. It also has to be constantly monitored and maintained in order to provide the highest levels of performance and security. Distributed databases provide a wide range of applications in these fields and more, despite the difficulties posed by sectors like e-commerce, social networking, healthcare, the Internet of Things (IoT), online gaming, financial services, and logistics. Distributed database systems will become more and more crucial in allowing real-time data processing and analytics as well as aiding the creation of new applications and services as the volume and complexity of data keep rising. The use of ICT technologies provides a more accurate picture of the proposal's original concept (the research). With the use of hardware tools like the Oculus Rift and the HTC Vive, a team of real-time visualizers has made it possible to freely move about within a virtual room and even build it. The state of the art in information and communication technology (ICT) software tools for creating in virtual reality allows for an ever more lifelike simulation. The article proposed a fresh method of virtual reality interior design by leveraging state-of-the-art computer-simulated-reality (CVR) technology and software.

Historically, men have occupied the majority of leadership roles, and women frequently encounter challenges such as gender stereotypes, bias, and discrimination. Women also have fewer mentors and role models, which makes it more difficult for women to advance in their careers. Men, on the other hand, may experience difficulties in establishing a work-life balance and developing honest connections with colleagues and employees, particularly in companies that value traditional masculine attributes. Both men and women leaders may struggle to manage diverse teams because varied perspectives and communication methods can cause disputes and necessitate different leadership styles. In a free nation like India, the media may make or break an issue. Maintaining a democratic society relies heavily on the constructive function and use of the mass media. The transition from police state to welfare state has occurred in our nation. This shift has made the state much more accountable. There has to be a lot of regulations made by parliament or by the administrative body in order for people to operate in such a more responsible way. These laws should be widely disseminated to the people that they were enacted to protect. Without people understanding their responsibilities and legal protections, the rule of law itself becomes meaningless. Under these circumstances, the law risks becoming a toy in the hands of those who would abuse it. Media alone may represent whatever development the government has done or whatever is the new area where our country should concentrate. Justice is demanded by the public with the aid of print and social media. It is clear that in the modern period, social and legal issues that have received media attention have had greater legal backing and have come to a quicker resolution than those that have not. The media's role in promoting awareness of the Right to Information Act has been shown to be beneficial to government and the nation at large. People are more aware of their rights now than ever before. The public's heightened knowledge may serve as a potent spur in the battle against corruption in government agencies. The public's perception of the media has been damaged by a few powerful individuals and institutions. These individuals and groups are publishing false information that contributes to widespread rumours via improper means. It has sparked tensions among various social groupings. These hoaxes incite violence and disrupt established social order. It must be restrained. The Fourth Pillar of Democracy is the Media, as history has shown.

India's pharmaceutical sector is essential to the production and distribution of medications to millions of people worldwide. Pharmaceutical manufacture, however, has several dangers and hazards that could endanger the health and safety of employees, the environment, and the community, just like any other industrial sector. Chemical exposures, like handling dangerous pharmaceuticals and chemicals, as well as physical dangers including loud noises, moving machinery, and ergonomic concerns can all be found in the pharmaceutical industry. The management of biological risks, such as handling live microbes and possibly contagious materials, is another issue that pharmaceutical businesses must address. In the pharmaceutical industry, safety management is crucial for maintaining regulatory compliance, safeguarding employee health and safety, and preventing serious accidents and incidents. This entails adopting stringent safety procedures, supplying thorough training to staff, conducting risk analyses, maintaining suitable ventilation and containment systems, and making sure that hazardous products are stored and disposed of properly. The risks and safety management techniques used in the Indian pharmaceutical business serve to emphasize the significance of placing a high priority on safety in this industry. Sample of 157 respondents (experts from pharmaceutical industry) were surveyed to know different Hazards and safety management in pharmaceutical industries and found that that it is important to establish norms, and carrying out routine audits and inspections, conduct regular risk assessments to detect potential physical hazards and putting preventive measures and create plans for emergencies.

In the pharmaceutical industry, safety management is crucial for maintaining regulatory compliance, safeguarding employee health and safety, and preventing serious accidents and incidents. This entails adopting stringent safety procedures, supplying thorough training to staff, conducting risk analyses, maintaining suitable ventilation and containment systems, and making sure that hazardous products are stored and disposed of properly. The risks and safety management techniques used in the Indian pharmaceutical business serve to emphasize the significance of placing a high priority on safety in this industry. In the pharmaceutical sector, medical representatives (MRs) are essential since they represent pharmaceutical corporations to healthcare professionals. Long working hours, significant travel, and strong sales targets can make the MR position in India challenging. As they attempt to fulfill their professional obligations while also keeping a healthy work life balance, MRs in India may find it difficult to manage work and personal life. Meeting sales goals, cultivating relationships with medical experts, going to conferences, and staying up to date on industry developments can all be time-consuming tasks.The potential advantages of work-life harmony for MRs, such as boosted output, more job satisfaction, and greater mental and physical health.However, given that it has an impact on MRs' physical, mental, and emotional health, the significance of work life balance cannot be overstated. To maintain their general well-being, job satisfaction, and long-term professional success, MRs in India must find a healthy work life balance. The researcher had considered 201 medical representatives from different parts of India to know difference ways how medical representative balance their work life in India. It is found that medical representative balance their work life by advocating flexible work schedules, medical representative able to balance their work life by employee wellness initiatives and Counselling services, and employee assistance programs balances work life of medical representatives
